Great place to get farm fresh items. Clean place, with friendly people. Can be pricey. But, still one of my go-tos when in need of certain specialty items. Especially the shrimp. Nice and plump, wild-caught, and no chemicals. I do recommend buying meats when they go on sale.

11-5-23Really nice staff and customers in store. Healthy food and not any typical grocery store brands. Organic and health conscious. Full service deli with $6 sandwich. Prices for everything else is usually 25% more than what you would expect. Get foods scooped by the ounce flours/snacks etc.4-2020 The food quality is healthier looking than other grocery spots. Like the bag your own from the bucket concept. Some items are decent priced but others, pretty expensive

Sprouts is Wonderful, always clean and the Staff is Friendly. Good for higher end Meats and Produce. Not for everyday shopping, great 4 different sauces, fruits and nuts. Good meat counter, need work on the Sandwiches tho. Get a toaster to Toast the Bread.. Holla back.

The store is aways clean and employees are nice. But. Simon in the meat dept is the most polite, helpful, and respectful person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is simply the best employee at the Hemet store. He deserves a raise and whatever else can be given to him. As a business owner who deals with employees. You just can’t find people like him any more !!!Hats off to Simon !!!!

Fresh and keto friendly market and most of all, their deli sandwiches are remarkably better than most restaurants all cheating freezer method old foods warmed up garbage situations! In these days restaurants are no longer restaurants but less than fast foods joints! Watches out restaurants foods and taste deli sandwiches not comfortable as restaurants seats but your stomach will be happy!

Love the atmosphere, and quality of the foods. The fresh fruit is the best and the same with there dairy. They will have things that no other store will even carry. I really do just love this place. Wish they had had more of them

Great place to shop for organics, also farm fresh daily. The quality is unsurpassed by regular supermarkets. It can get a little pricey on some items but thats what quality cost. They have a huge variety of organic herbs and spices, things you cant find at your local grocery stores.

Its a bit overpriced. Employees are not the nicest by any means... kind of like their nose is in the air. I go there due to dietary restrictions and they are the only ones who carry some items. Its definitely not a welcoming grocery store.... sad because some items are really exclusive and good.

I love sprouts!!! I go mostly for the dried tart cherries only place to find them.. the spice area didn’t have a pen so it was hard to mark what I had... manager was helpful to get the line down to check out... very fast and pleasant.

Not here to shop. They have the best store brand muffins in the world. Blueberry muffins are the bomb. All out of my favorite Dill pickle chips. Will have to check back. Very good store, the clerks and cashiers are really nice and have very good customer service….the people who serve the ready made foods sometimes have attitudes. I like to go there after the gym to get the traditional chicken salad but they aren’t always nice about it. Either way it’s a clean store with lots of healthy choices. This location doesn’t have a sushi section and sometimes a lot of there eggs are broken idk why.

I typically don’t have an unpleasant time shopping here but today the self checkout cashier must have been having a hard morning. I would have respected that had she not been disrespectful. She was trying to fix a machine and I chose another while that one was processing. I jokingly said to my spouse with a laugh that I was impatient but really I needed to rush home. The other three machines were available so I went to another machine. As I said the joke to my spouse the cashier replied “ apparently “. Everyone heard her so I asked “ excuse me, was that apparently comment directed at me because I chose another machine” she acted as if she didn’t hear me then answered in a question as if she had no clue what I was talking about. It’s really unfortunate because I typicallyHave great dialogue with her. However, having a bad day is not an excuse to be disrespectful or rude to someone especially a customer.. Another cashier heard her and walked up but didn’t really seem toCare either. So I left the $300 of groceries and expressed I would shop elsewhere. Perhaps we need to really work on how we treat people despite what type of day we are having or just call out and give yourself a break. Showing up to work losing the company money and behaving like a child is abhorrent. On top of that if you’re not about that life just keep your mouth closed instead of throwing stones and hiding your hands 🤷🏽‍♀️. I drove the hour to Temecula and spent a little extra with no regrets. Please don’t shop where people treat you this way. It’s really disgusting.

Great store, clean, not super friendly at checkout, although bagger (who wasnt bagging) and the one watching self checkouts were playing rock paper scissors and still not sure why. The person in front of me was disabled (it was obvious, but was doing great) but the checker didnt seem to care including handing something to the customer somewhat rough which caused the receipt to hit the floor. I did have one great interaction with another employer who saw I seemed lost, I was trying to take it all in (new location for me) and he was super nice. Too bad the checkers arent so helpful.

Worked in the meat department.🗣 So the meat grinder they never clean and thats after using chicken pork and beef all together one after another which is cross-contamination. They dont clean any of their tools in the back like knives or anything just rinse it off and reuse it the next day. Didnt clean up any of the trash in the back, it was all over the floor which an employee stated its not about how clean we have our department its about the sales we make. One day we were out of grass-fed beef so the manager had me grind up regular beef and put grass-fed labels on it, it was sad to watch people grab that grass fed beef and pay more money for something they thought was quality when its really just regular beef. Ive watched employees run into the back where all the meat is stored and throw up from up from a hangover to watching all the sausages that were made fall on the ground rolling around and picked back up just to be sold in the meat case. They love the fact that it was enclosed in the back so that nobody would see them. This place is poorly ran with no supervision so I will never buy meat there ever. 🤢

This place is great for fresh veggies and fruit. But when I saw the guy from the meet department grab a lobster tail that was wrapped and packaged. Took it back to behind the counter. And begun to put it inside the display for 1 more a pound, I made a vow never to buy anything in the display ever again. Expected that from stater bros but not from you. Sprout refuses to serve people with medical disability! Will never shop there again. I used to the love this store and would even eat lunch there. The store is quite large for sprouts. They have a real good selection. My experience was it seemed to be a little pricey on items that you can get for the same quality and organic at Walmart or Aldi‘s. The associates that work there are really good people. They’re very helpful, and will always assist you to find the item that you’re looking for. I was looking for vitamins there and I’m sure that the brands of the vitamins are good but you pay almost double for any other like vitamins that you would purchase at sprouts.

Many organic and specialty choices as well as bulk barrels of staples and treats. One of my top go-tos for organic and local eats. The in-house branded stuff is done well and reasonable. Some name brand things can be kinda nuts pricey though so do some comparisons if you’re on a budget. The organic fresh produce is much more reasonable than competitors and high quality in my experience.I love that they offer cotton reusable bags for their bulk dry foods, they’re like $1 and I think I have about 10 for my usual grabs. It’s great they’re helping reduce packaging and I love them for this one move!I really don’t like grocery stores in general so would probably never give one a 5-star review. But Sprouts is certainly top of my A list in this category so I feel like they’re deserving.

This is the first I have done a week of groceries here in a long time. I had a bad experience the last time but decided to go since I had surgery and didnt feel like driving far. Everything went pretty smooth. My reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were out of the gallons of spring water. This has happened almost every time I come in here. I always buy 3-4 gallons each week with my groceries so now I am going to have to make an extra trip to another grocery store. But the good news is they had everything except 2 items.

My experience is always terrific at this store! Matt in the deli is extremely helpful. Alina is very nice and friendly and happy to help you whenever she can. Checking out with Yulianna is always a pleasure as she will brighten your day and put a smile on your face. And Brandon is a great manager who is very helpful as well. I went to the Hemet CA store today and had a delightful time selecting sweet juicy strawberries and peaches that melted in my mouth Also cucumber and Anaheim peppers. I bought some of the best pure honey I ever tasted. To top it off some fresh tuna and sockeye salmon. I received excellent service from the young man in the meat and deli and the cashier was fast and pleasurable. My items I purchased had the best color and all were naturally the sweetest and juiciest I have had in years. I was wondering if they purchased from local growers. I also hit the bakery up for some fresh croissants and oversized oatmeal cookies. I hadnt shopped Sprouts for awhile but now I want their yummy food all the time. I live in Arizona and our fresh fruits and veggies dont even compare what I purchased here in cali.

I have been going to Sprouts seems like forever, when it was Boneys and Henrys. Lately the Deli starts closing at 8:00 to 8:30. Tonight I came at 8:30 and the Deli was closed. You could only get some of the pre made food and sandwiches.But the meat counter was open when I left at 9:15. Why can I not shop the Deli counter the same as the meat counter. I will be in contact with their corporate office to inquire about the policy concerning this. This is the only part of the store you cannot use as a customer. Mike you as the manager should correct this issue.

Sprouts is without a doubt my favorite store. Not only for the quality of the food but for the attitude of their superb staff. Before corona tossed the world upside down I purchased 90% of my groceries at Sprouts. Never a problem! Since then Ive had delivery until curbside service. Im a very high risk elderly person, so much so that my doctor came to my home when I needed an injection for my shoulder. Home delivery and curbside service are angels of protection for me. Kristen at Sprouts was so wonderful today. I forgot two very important items. She took my card and brought me both after she put what I had ordered in car!! I can not praise the pleasant, helpful attitude of everyone Ive ever associated with at Sprouts enough!!!

It seems that they take many precautions to keep everything germ free. An employee greeted me in the lobby at the cleaning station and offered to clean my cart and he gave me a generous squirt of hand sanitizer. Hi I am a loyal customer to this location and today I experience poor customer service and racism I figured to leave this here since I called earlier today around 5 o’clock to make a complaint against a young lady that worked in the deli where the sandwiches are my husband(Caucasian) went there to get a sandwich made and she was OK with him when I walked up (African-American) she gave me the most dirty look ever which made me feel very uncomfortable but I still proceeded to ask about the salads being made due to I am a vegetarian low carb she was very rude to me a young man was there next to her he had such empathy for me that he went over to help me as if he knew that she was wrong I would like to say great customer service skills to that young man on the other hand I wasn’t going to call to make a complaint but after leaving the store I Felt very humiliated so I went ahead and called customer service direct me over to a man supposedly his name was Mike the manager I address the issue to him and I felt the most utter disrespect when he had no sort of empathy to what had happened when I addressed the issue to him I also asked how was he gonna handle the situation he stated that he’ll go talk to her to see her side of the story I also proceeded to ask if any type of procedure will be taken and he kind of brushed it off as if it was not serious I also asked him what was he going to say to her he pause for a moment and said he didn’t know taken from that conversation that I had with him I also informed him that I will be contacting customer relations to corporate regarding the situation and how he handled the situation very sad that that’s a store that I love to go to and I feel very miss treated and unvalued

Store is always clean and organized, staff actively wipe carts as they are brought back to the store . Clerks are eager and dont appear bothered when you ask for assistance finding things. The pre cooked meals available at the deli are absolutely delicious. When I dont feel like cooking and dont want to make a bad food choice (like fast food) i stop at sprouts and grab a perfectly good meal for the same amount I would be shelling out at McDonalds or Popeyes

I made a decision today that I will no longer be a customer of Sprouts in Hemet after being a devoted customer for almost 10 years. In the past couple years quality has gone down and prices have gone up. Every week when I get groceries I come home to find something with an expired date or bruised produce or it perishes quickly. A lot of the really friendly workers have left. Today after standing in line for almost 20 minutes the cash register crashed. I understand things can happen but its how they dealt with it that caused me to get angry. The manager came over to reboot it but instead of apologizing he took the customer about to pay. The cashier said it going to be a while. All of my groceries were on the conveyer belt. Normally at a store if theres a hold up they open another register, take you to another isle, something to move things along. She provided no solution, no apology nor did the manager. So I said so what does that mean? Am I supposed to put all my items back in the cart and stand in another line? Her tone was one of complete apathy. She said or you could WAIT but its going to be AWHILE! Very rudely spoken and she stood there and glared at me.I was shocked. I stoodthere a second to soak it all in an then I said well then Im Done! You can have your groceries! I walked out but then decided to turn around and file a complaint. When I walked back in she was laughing about it. Never again will I step foot into this store who places no value on their customers. They just lost a very loyal customer of 10 years.

The most amazing customer service I have seen in years. Makes you want to come back no matter how far out of your way their location is compared to a regular grocery store or how high their prices are. The customer service is their shining gem. You arent just a number to them in line, or some one keeping them from restocking their shelf or whatever else. They will stay with you until you get the item your searching for. Theyll make recommendations with insight rather than just to get rid of you, and if they are still learning the products they will get someone with more knowledge and the two of them together will help you so that the newbie learns.

Its well worth it to get anywhere from 3 to 7 free items each month using the digital coupons on their site.One of my favorite items at Sprouts is the Dark Chocolate covered Almonds in their bulk bins.When you need assistance, there is always someone nearby to help you find the things youre looking for. They dont just point in the direction for the item youre looking for, they take you to the spot where the item is.If I could give this Sprouts in Hemet more than 5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat.

I love shopping here for my families produce and grass fed beef. I generally pick up a few other things if theyre on sale but you cant beat the produce!! You still have to check it out but when you get it home its like it was just picked off the tree. Its so flavorful we just love it!! The grass fed beef is the only hamburger I can eat without getting sick so I will always buy that and sprouts is the only store to carry it so they have a customer for life on both fronts.

Former employee here sadly,Poor management and slow service ! I loved this job and sad I was let go on purpose. I am sad to write this review but it needs to be done and publicly known ! In hopes people will have the courage to stand up and stop customer and employee harassment / discrimination.love the store hate the management, they seem to allow bad aditudes of their employees/ managers to poorly mistreat people especially who suffer from mental health and physical health issues . Rude to customers who test positive for covid or suspect are tested positive that always practice social distancing and embarrass them in public, make known their private information to everyone in the store and chase them out while closely follow said persons belittling them as they exit out the door. Im embarrassed to know the management who work at this location. It needs major improvement and they need better training on how to handle sensitive situations! I hope in the future concerns and Complaints are taken more seriously by upper management and who they hire for department/ closing managers. Customers, former and current employees need to be treated way better than this and not to be treated inhumanely.

Great selection on hard to find herbs and spices. They have the best deli! You can build your own sandwich. My favorite bread is pumpernickel (which is hard to find) but Sprouts carries it.

Markeith at the deli section is why I am writing this review! I go to sprouts all the time for sandwiches and other delicious snack boxes.. etc. Last night he definitely made the best sandwich Ive ever had at this location. It wasnt the ingredients that set this apart but the amazing customer service (because my orders are complicated), very clean station, and overall quality food. He even went out of his way to change the gloves because my bf got mayo + meat and I dont eat either of them. Definitely hope to see him again next time around!

Ad for week of 1-23-19 thru 1-30-19 listed lamb chops 2.99 lb. Purchased last 2 packages around noon of 1-24. My experience with Sprouts is that they only apply to theexact item and only when it comes available. When; NEXT YEAR!?This is a senior community and we live by our Ads. Competitive pricing and a wide variety of organic and health food. A very nice selection and cuts of meat. You can find things like quail, antelope, deer, wild boar, and even American raised Kobe beef. I went there becausel I was trying to make tiramisu and this was the only place in the Hemet area I could find that sold lady fingers. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.
