Star Chaat Cuisine in Santa Clara

We came her first time and we got the thali, it was very delicious, I have had a lot of Indian food in Bay Area but this this will now be my favorite place, the price of the food is very reasonable and the service was outstanding, Narinder Singh made sure we were looked after. The place is nice and clean inside. I would recommend everyone to try this place!

Newly opened Indian vegetarian restaurant in the South Bay with clear vegan markings. The place has a wide variety of items and ample seating. We had the chole bature, sprouts bhel, misal pav, korma, masala roti and veg mix curry. Everything was delicious :)

One of the best dining experience we had so far in bay area. Amazing tasty food, best service in the whole of california and that also at a reasonable prices what else can you ask for...Cherry on top they can make lot of dishes for Jain diet (without onion,garlic and potatoes).We ordered kale patta chat, paneer pakoda, papdi chat, peshawar kulcha with navratna kurma and mango kheer. All the item were just awesome and reminded of food back home in India.If I have to comment only thing I would say is I hope they continue this food and service for long not only during starting as with other new restaurants.Keep up the service and quality of food.Thank you for providing food for Jain diet.

Good food and neat place inside. I have been waiting for this place to open since the board came up. Liked their food from Dublin location. Went on their grand opening day. Had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated, but it was worth it. Thali was wholesome, the chur chur paratha was delicious. Bhatura was well fried and chana was yumm.As it was the opening day, it was super crowded. We gave our order immediately on seating, but it seemed that order was messed up and we got it 15 min later, thats why 4-star. But thereafter service was pretty fast and good.

Did a dry run with just a Lassi Order. This joint is just fabulous. It’s new and the entire place has been renovated. It’s got a nice orange feel and the vibe is good. It’s clean. Oh, and the Lassi was good. Nothing to brag about, but the hospitality by the manager Harjeet was totally Indian. I mean truly Punjabi style with a warm welcome and a big smile. Will come here to check out the dishes with my family this weekend check out the May specials and the ambiance.

Unexpectedly good food at a good price, and amazing service. The place had soft music, tasty food, fast and effective service. Would recommend! This is a vegetarian-only establishment

We ordered papdi chaat, chane bhatura and falooda drink.Papdi chaat and chane Bhaturas were very delicious and we enjoyed every bite of it.However, falooda drink was below average and I do not recommend at all. It was merely a glass of cold milk with lots of roohafza and vermicelli. No justice done to the name “falooda drink” since it means drink made with layers of fruits and dry fruits, ice cream.

This is for the new Santa Clara location. Very nice, most importantly my parents liked it and they are very picky. We had the thaali, eggplant bhartha and dahi bhalla. Chaas is nice and light with mint. Love that they have many gluten free options.

A great new restaurant on El Camino Real. Awesome food and great staff. The food tastes exactly similar to their Dublin branch.Highly recommended.

Amazing food! Took bhel thali, it was very tasty with homely feel(less oil). Very good ambience, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
