I always come here and the cs is always inconsistent. The girl at the window with a dermal didn’t even greet me when I got to the window and then she got mad when I asked for a straw for my drink. Your job isn’t easy but don’t be rude to customers who are nice to you. Management needs to put friendlier ppl at the window. I felt like I was at McDonald’s with that type of treatment but at least my iced coffee was good

Convenient as it’s across the street from the truck stop. But kind of lame that there isn’t any indoor seating. We were planning on sitting down for a bit to get away from the truck/truck stop and enjoy some coffee and it’s way too hot to sit outside.

I gave 5 stars because I always usually come here before work, and I always receive get customer service but I’m upset because this morning was another morning that I got my drink wrong. I understand they’re busy and it’s fast pace because I’ve worked myself but now it’s happened several times where I ask for specific request and it’s not added. I will not be drinking my drink as excited :(

This is one of the worst Starbucks Ive ever been too. I get its busy but people were asking if their order was up in a polite way, only to be answered with attitude. I had 2 of my 3 orders out within a reasonable time, Then after 20 mins I asked about my 3rd one an was told in a rude tone they dont have it yet. It was extremely crowded an the employees body language an attitude was not welcoming. Wont be returning to this one again..

I was on the I-5 Freeway in traffic was 30 minutes late and they would Not honor my Offers of 50% off I was very disappointed. Its not like I had control over the traffic. I even asked if they would ask one of the supervisors and they still wouldnt do it I was a half-an-hour stuck in traffic

It was small and not much seating but a welcome sight in the middle of the dessert. The temp was getting high, so we stopped off to get some cool drinks and to cool off a bit. We also love their grilled cheese

Very unorganized and not enough workers working for it being a busy spot. Place was dirty. Water was all over the lobby floor and they just places a don’t slip sign over it. Waited 30 mins for my drink and when I asked them to refund me they couldn’t even find my order. Don’t come here unless you want to be there for a long time

Did mobile order. Placed mobile order at 1:48 pm. Order wasnt ready, waited 30 minutes for my order.7/29/23 We stopped again at this Starbucks, on our way to visit family. Once again we placed our mobile order and walked in to Starbucks 10 mins after it said our order will be ready. Walked in, and there was a crowd of people just standing there waiting for their drinks/food.I waited 40 mins for our order 😩The McDonalds next door to this Starbucks for some reason doesnt have Cold Brew or iced coffee available 😮‍💨

What happened? I don’t need the red carpet rolled out when I come here but seriously what has happened to customer service? No hello, no eye contact, no thank you. This starbucks is clean and nice inside, and is close to the freeway so it was a perfect stop for me on my road trip. This location had a large bathroom that was well kept so it makes a great resting area

Coffee calibration is so far off at this place I have to try and find something nice to say. But it isnt going to be about the coffee - dirty sock water coffee! The egg bites - they were great!!!Customer service was super at the drive thru window. The cashier was kind, friendly and cheerful. I had been driving for 3 hours and getting ready to go over the Grapevine in prime time traffic. I needed a great coffee. Maybe next time.

Order a hot coffee for myself and iced coffee for my husband. The young girl that took my order was very professional. She gave me my coffee right away so I only had to wait for my husbands Iced coffee. When I asked the gentleman preparing the orders. where you pick them up he just told me I dont know I just got here. He could at least said he would check to see what happened but he didnt. He just kept preparing other orders. I had to back and wait in line to ask the girl about my order. She checked and told him what it was and said it had printed and offered to make it herself, but he told her he would make it. When he made it, it wasnt what I had ordered. Asked for 1/4 cream to the iced coffee. Gave me almost all cream and little coffee. I told him it was only 1/4 cream. He told me I cant hear you, so I practically had to yell it out. He told me he would give me the coffee and cream separately. I let him know he didnt have to do that, just add 1/4 cream. He ended up giving it to me separately. If you are going to work with the public, dont be so rude. If you cant act like an adult, maybe you are working in the wrong place. Wished I would have got his name. He might want to take some lessons on customer service from the young lady. She was great! Overall the starbucks is always great. Just that one bad apple.

Location is what keeps this from being 5 stars. Its the last stop for coffee before a long stretch of driving. For that its SUUUPER busy. The workers were scrambling to bust out drink as fast as they could & all of them were going at full speed. Because of this a lot of things fell to the wayside. The lobby area was riddled in trash. I slipped on the wet bathroom floor. Which again wasnt their fault it was water run off from handwashing & I wasnt looking. They need more staff to help keep up on the janitorial part but the building is kinda small & any more people behind the counter would just cause chaos. At least the drink were made well tho. Just look before you walk. 🤣 Lucky it was just me & not someone else who could have been seriously injured.

They lost my drink. I watched the barista start making it, but when it never appeared at the bar, I tried to ask about it. Instead of listening and just looking for it, the two people at the bar got defensive and kept telling me that it’s coming. The more I tried to explain that it’s already made and somewhere back there, the more defensive they became. I think they were embarrassed when they finally found it, but instead of an apology, they tried to pretend like they’d just made it. Not very typical for Starbucks, but in hindsight the whole thing was just comically inept.

One of the few times I came here when the store was completely empty. Was served by the girl with red hair, and she didn’t even acknowledge my presence for the solid three minutes as I stood in front of the mobile checkout sign on the counter. When she finally did say something, she rolled her eyes and said “Can I help you?” I said “Uhm, I have a mobile order”. This is my worst Starbucks experience! Ever!We stopped here on our travel and the lobby was closed. It took us 45 minutes to go through the drive-thru! The lady who took my order was extremely stressed out! In my order I asked for the smallest cup of milk they had. (My wife is English and she wanted some milk for her tea, so I dont need much). After she completed my order, she told me to not change the order when we get to the front. I understood, so when I pulled up and she gave me the total of almost $10 for one latte, I asked why it was so high. She said it was one latte and a cup of milk. I explained to her again, I only needed the smallest cup they had and they were trying to charge me for a Grande size milk. She removed the milk, but then angrily took my payment from my hand. She then proceeded to yell at me and berate me because I changed the order, which she explicitly asked us not to do. She continued to talk about it for the next minute or so and did not give my credit card back until she felt I had heard enough. The drink tasted absolutely horrible and I didnt drink it. I was actually afraid she did something to the drink because it tasted so different from what it should taste.1. If you are going to have your lobby closed and only have your drive-thru open, then that better be the best and the quickest drive-thru you have ever had! It shouldnt take 45 minutes with only 10 cars in front of us!2. Even if I had not asked for the correct milk size (which I did), I should not be yelled at and berated and made to feel like I was the one at fault.3. If I am made to wait and then yelled at, you better make my latte correctly.-They failed on all accounts. Do not go to this Starbucks!!!

Ordered two drinks with a younger curly haired kid. Twenty five minutes later, Im informed that they made the wrong drink and wanted an exorberant amount of time to FIX THEIR MISTAKE. The order was repeated TWICE but the cashier still got it wrong. And because this area is what it is, no one offered to fix it with a free drink like so many starbucks do. Had to ask for a refund so they didnt waste any more of my time. I only ever stop at the Starbucks when I absolutely have to on my way up and back from Southern California. Every time I have gone to the Starbucks the barista‘s have always been rude! Their bathrooms are never clean, and my most recent visit they completely made my iced coffee cream with like a splash of coffee. So I had them remake it and the guy making my drink literally “mansplained” How I ordered my drink wrong and how it needs to be ordered in the future. As someone who was a barista at a Starbucks for five years, this is completely unacceptable and not a good representation of the corporation. I have dealt with some rude barista’s in the past, and I know this particular location is extremely busy, but there is no need to be rude especially when there is literally three people inside besides myself, and no one in the drive-through line. We just went to this store, I had the worst experience in a Starbucks store. I ordered cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese, bacon and Gouda and a coffee. I got my orders, but, no cream cheese. I asked for the cream cheese and the lady questioned me, “I personally put it in the bag, what did you do!?”, in high pitch voice. No longer reliable as a rest stop. I’ve poured a lot of money into this particular Starbucks on our travels over the years, and they are not keeping their lobby open. Last trip they closed the lobby 20 minutes before posted hours. Many people were waiting to get in and they just closed and walked out. Now it’s Locked up on FRIDAY night at 8:40? Major travel hub. Thank goodness Mobile gas has a nice bathroom. I guess we skip the coffee. Web site lists 11:30.

I ordered a mobile order of a bagel and a frappe. I received my bagel within minutes. My frappe took 20 minutes, and customers who ordered after I arrived to pick up my drinks/food received their drinks before mine was ready. I asked the barista about it and there was no apology or anything and just made excuses that he received the order after people in line ordered. However I got my bagel within minutes. Bagel and drink were good but the customer service was horrible.

I would give this place no stars. That’s not an option. I walked over to this Starbucks because I’m a truck driver and was parked at the Perro across the street. Today is February 1, 2022. Around 5:45pm I walked up to this Starbucks and saw a cafe closed sign. I walked over to the drive through and asked if I can make an order. Most places allow truck drivers in almost every state to walk up to the drive thru if you are a semi truck driver as a courtesy. Obviously a semi truck can not fit through a drive thru. There were no other customers at this time. I was told to by a woman, ( Latina early 20’s) wait than another, Latina woman a bit older with distinct eyes said no to me. I’m a truck driver. I told them I was and I was parked across the street at Petro. I was instructed to walk down the street to the other Starbucks whose lobby/cafe is open. I explained I’m right across the street on limited time. Still was told no and shoed away like a fly. Wow. Truck drivers deliver all your goods. If it wasn’t for us businesses across America would not have their products to operate.

They open at 4am, we were in at 4:30am. No toilet paper or soap in the bathroom and it was filthy. There were 7 workers, 1 taking orders at drive thru, 1 taking orders for inside, 1 making all the drinks for inside, 1 making the food, and 3 leaning on the counter talking to the one making food. Another lady asked one of the lounging workers for toilet paper and god forbid he be bothered, because he gave the lady the nastiest attitude. Even after she told them about the bathroom, no one went to clean it. Drinks took about 10 minutes, but it was not the poor baristas fault who was making all the drinks by herself. This was probably the worst Starbucks I have been to.

Stopped by this evening on the way home to L.A. as I saw the sign on the 5 freeway off ramp. Hard to find as they did not have the exterior lights on....as I walked up to the location I was appalled at the overflowing trash cans and rubbish all over the parking area and entry. Having been on the road I chose to utilize the restroom first. DISGUSTING. Trash and filth all over the floor - No Toilet Paper and fecal matter all over the toilet....was truly happy I only had to pee. They had four employees working but unlike most Starbucks the interior was devoid of coffee drinkers and there was no line. I ordered my coffee and the lady working filled the order. I told her how disgusting the mens restroom was and she laughed and said there were no guys on duty and the girls did not clean the mens room and it would have to wait until a guy was on duty. I was stunned. I even told her that I was shocked how dirty everything was as Starbucks were always clean and she just looked at me. I went over to add milk and sweetener to my coffee and at BOTH condiment stations the trash was overflowing, the napkin dispensers were empty, and there were no stir sticks and the creamers were empty and the containers were sticky and dirty. I had to ask for creamer from a slob petulant heifer barrista who grudgingly took the two empty containers I handed her. As I left I noticed the A rating from the health department....I have to wonder at the standards of Lebec, California. I have never seen such a gross poorly managed Starbucks.....Never again.

I may say that I am disappointed at they way they handled my situation. I ordered 2 frappe and got one right away and the other took more than 15 min because they forgot one of my orders. I told them that I ordered a frap and they did however make another one, but very bad. I ordered both drinks with light ice and one was very very I MEAN very watery and it tasted really gross. I know what light ice is I did not like how I got a response saying “that’s how it is because you ordered light ice” but how when my other drink was ALSO light ice but very well made like the usual? Just made no sense I am a Starbucks person I visit very often and very disappointed no apologies no “I’m sorry about that ” or “let me fix that for you.” Instead, some workers were too busy laughing and not knowing I have never visited this Starbucks before it was my first time. But when I travel down south, I will know not to stop and visit this Starbucks.

Multiple bathroom stalls for the ladies. Bathroom adequately clean. Cheap handsoap and no paper towels. The Evolution Super fruit smoothie is pretty good and its organic. Its a bit on the sweet side for me but with a venti cup of ice I can make it work. The chicken wrap is pretty good. The peanut sauce is what makes it tasty. This place doesnt carry any of the salads why? Already making a fortune on chicken wraps? Great place to stop right before the grapevine. 4 stars there is almost always room for improvement.

Arrived at just after 6 pm. First, we counted 7 plus flies flying around in the food case up front - GROSS. Was told when I ordered that after a certain time we only have Pikes Roast (no blonde or dark roast as we wanted. At 6:00??) Someone had spilled a drink at the baristas bar which was flowing 3 feet across the floor and the spilled cup and cap was on the counter and not one of the SEVEN employees seemed to think that was an issue when we told them about it (including the barista who was aware of it already) No half/half at the messy condiment counter. It took two people to look through ALL of the coolers in front to NOT find any and then a couple of minutes for someone to go in back and milk the cow... In general, all of the employees - including the apparent supervisor / manager - were pretty indifferent to their surroundings . Terrible atmosphere, first impression was the place was not sanitary...

Was parked at the Petro Truck stop across the street and walked over for a cup and the lobby is closed so I walked around to the window and lady refused to work with me at the window. I have walked through drive thrus dozens of times this year all across the country and this is the first place to deny me that way. I waited in line for about 20 minutes. The clientele are extremely rude and annoying. The couple in front of me was fighting about a peppermint shot in their latte. The cashier didnt ask them to step aside but let them continue to argue. When I finally arrived at the counter, the cashier was extremely rude. I asked for a decaf coffee. At the other Starbucks Ive been to, then brew it for me if there isnt any made. She offered me an expresso instead. I left, went to McDonalds next door and got decaf. It was 30 cents cheaper and tasted better than Starbucks. I highly suggest you skip the Starbucks and go to McDonalds next door. I went to the in and out next door costs $5, then I went to Starbucks also cost $5 the same amount as an cheeseburger. Starbucks had half the amount of customers in there. Im a new partner about 4 hours north, and the way they take orders is terrible. They make drinks out of order. One girl make 2 drinks, and two others make another 3 drinks completely out of order. The teas and refreshers they pour everything in the cups then pour into the shaker then back into the cup (not the correct way of making any of those drinks). They ignored the stickers being printed under the bar and made the drinks for mobile and drive thru. We were only there for 20 minutes, but they have a terrible system.

If you are heading over the Grapevine, and you are in need of some caffeine, this is your last chance to get a decent cup of coffee for at least another 30-40 miles. They are like a beacon in a lonely night. Perfect location. Especially if you are tired of feeling like you are on a race track with a bunch of rich kids buzzing around the Grapevine like they are in the Indy 500.Pull over, enjoy a cup of good, warm coffee, and watch the ambulance and tow trucks scrape cars off the side railing for a while. We were very impressed with the customer service at this location, after a long stressful drive trying to stay awake on our way to a funeral our drink tasted horrible and they changed it without and issue and as I drove away noticed both mine and my husbands still tasted bitter and bad not like our usual orders and drinks which we get often. We decided to park and walk in and I asked for our money back but instead a young man by the name of Baldo offered to make new ones and give us our money back but untold him I just wanted my drink corrected and if he could fix it Id be happy and he gave it a few tries until he hot it right and he finally did.. I don’t come to this one often but when I do it’s always something. They never have any ingredients and have gotten my order wrong every time. You can be very clear about your order and the worker will still ask questions about what you stated and will still get it wrong. I don’t recommend going to this one.

Terrible experience. Barrister wrote incorrect drink order. That happens but, when I asked for correct drink I was given a drink that was incorrectly mixed and a second chi tea that was also incorrectly mixed. She also implied I was deliberately changing my order. The two people making drinks wete reaching over eah other. There just didnt seem to be any system. Retrain on basic customer service is definitely required. This just made a long car ride even longer.

This is by far the most active Starbucks in California. Great staff. So many people come in and out of here. Quick service. Not always clean but they try hard to keep it clean. Great customer service.

We placed our order (1 mocha frap and 1 pumpkin spice frap - talks) and waited for 20 minutes while others who had ordered after us received their specialty drinks & coffees. We walked out.

Its hella busy, i mean obviously... its on the 5 fwy where everyone stops. Theres always limes, but I will say that every person in that Starbucks knows they have a lot to do and are hustling to get your order done. If you stop here, know that you and a lot of others need their caffine fix, and they will get to it as soon as they can!

SLOW, INCAPABLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, took them a few minutes to even give me my change. Ordered two drinks, and im pretty sure they gave one to the wrong person. They didnt even apologize, they said we could remake the drink. OF COURSE YOUR GOING TO MAKE THE DRINK AGAIN! They waited to remake my drink yet again. I waited for almost 30 mins for them to get my drink, and it looked atrocious on top of it all. And I wasnt alone. A woman ahead of me had to wait even longer and even had to go ask for her drink herself. No communication among staff what so ever!

Very fast service. This is on the 5 at the base of the grapevine heading south so they are high volume. Nice outside tables but it is hot here in the summer. Easy parking.

Horrible experience, this starbucks has abismal service. I just bought a coffee when they were closing the store. I forgot to put milk in my coffee when walking out, so immediately turned around to get milk. The girl at the door had just let me out, she knew that I just purchased coffee, and refused to let me back in for a minute to add milk. I had to argue with her to let me in to add milk. All this by the way after waiting in line 35 minutes (no exaggeration) because of their slow service.

Nice place but extremely busy when I was there. The line was 20 minutes long before you could order. Thats not Starbucks fault but when the line is out the door its better to go somewhere else!

My husband asked attendant for toilet paper & she was rude about it, didnt want to give him roll because she said people steal it, she finally gave up roll, when finished husband gave her back roll & she grabbed it out of his hands without even a thank you. Very unprofessional & unpleasant.

Just finished going through here going pver the grapevine. The girl who took our order was really sweet but the one who gave it to us was super rude, didnt give me my receipt, and got my coffee wrong. Really frustrating.

Slow service, they dont make the drinks in order and my drink tasted funky, like it wasnt made correctly. Plus, Starbucks is usually known for their clean restrooms (important for road trips) and this one was not.

I called at 12:30 to see if they were open and they answer say the close at 1 so i pull up to drive thur and no one takes my order im wait for about 10mins before driving away. U think they would be like someone just called to of were open maybe i should put a headset on.

Poor service, mobile app sent my drinks to a different location. Was told no problem will make them for you after waiting over 10 min on the drive thru line they tell me i have to go inside the store and order, unbelievable!!! I would have been ok if they would have told me to pick up at the other location!!! Not happy i waited for so long and ended picking up at another location 😠

Whoever made my drink left all of the syrup at the bottom making it really unsatisfying and then cloyingly sweet at the bottom. It was the the first time I had tried it so I didnt even realize it. Subpar experience for a $5.50 latte.

Deserves a 0 star the slowest starbucks and the orders were all over the place they were so slow! Where every other starbucks is quick on their feet and organized.. just dont bother going in if you see a big bus out side they just cant handle it!!
