This particular starbucks I love the location and atmosphere, its perfect since its on the way to work for me and its an amazing, sleek, modern design inside-- fabulous for starting your morning off well. the staff here are not as friendly though-- customers are often ignored when they come in and even if they are at the counter/register waiting in line. the baristas seem to enjoy chatting with eachother but are not always eager to provide service. the drinks here seem to be pretty consistent as far as quality goes. mobile orders are always made quickly.

Be prepared to receive instruction on how to use your mask to cover your face. The cashier WILL NOT take your order until they feel your mask is properly fitted to THEIR expectations. Now I understand why the drive-thru was so busy. I would rather wait in a long drive-thru line than be accosted inside the coffee shop. My iced skinny vanilla latte tasted great. Even though, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Its not a great date spot. Theres nothing to do besides drink coffee and talk about how horrible the service was. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

My favorite Sbucks in the area. Large inside table area with several tables, outside seating available, large dedicated parking area, and a drive thru if you need it. I always go inside to order and find the service fast and friendly. Drive through can be busy at peak times.... but a great place to stop in for coffee and WiFi.

I’ve always like this store and the staff, but today made me realize just how much. I placed a mobile order at the wrong location, but didn’t realize until I pulled up in the drive thru on my way to work. The sweetest woman was working the window, I hate I didn’t get her name. She made me a brand new drink, didn’t charge me again, and sent me on my way so I wouldn’t be late for work all within 2 minutes! Hands down best experience! Thank you!

Unbelievable, ordered two drinks in the drive thru, paid cash and the girl at the window wanted to keep my change as a tip. I ask her what she was doing when she put my money in her “tip glass” and she said, “That was a tip, right”. No, the bill was $11.60 and I gave her $22 to get 40 cents and a $10 bill as change, I did not mention a tip at all. I have gone to this location about 5x, 4 out of the 5 times they messed up the order. Time to go across the street to Dutch Bros. The employees they have at the Granite Bay Starbuck’s location are just too much, helping themselves to what they feel is an appropriate tip out of my change is a new level of entitlement.

The girl taking the orders in the drive thru talks to people like she is better than them, in a very condescending way. Couldn’t get her name but in case she was new and just needs to learn to be nice to people, she has a buzzed hair cut and wears her hat backwards.

Extremely quick and very friendly location. Now they did get my order wrong at first, but they immediately fixed the issue. They apologized and made quick work to fix the problem. Plus they even offered me the drink that was made incorrectly. Just be careful coming into the parking lot because people in this area are very eager to get their Starbucks! If you want to avoid some of the traffic, you can access the drive through by taking the entrance off Sierra College between Arco and Carls Jr.

I understand that the Siren lured the sailors to their death with her magic song, but I am lured by the Mermaids coffee, hopefully not to my death. But, if I have to die by the Mermaids magic, peppermint mochas and bacon Gouda sandwiches are not the worst way to go. They do take a lot of my money, but I cant use it when Im dead... So, thank you Starbucks. Life would be a little less without you.

Everything was fine, but my Latte tasted a little bit burnt. There was a unpleasant aftertaste from the coffee used to make my Latte. Not an End of the World crisis, but it sucks waiting in line for your drink and discover it doesnt taste that good.

Friendly baristas, and even though they had a line of cars out to the road in the drive thru, walking inside was super fast. It took less than 5 minutes to get our order and be back on the road. Excellent coffee made just the way I like it

The blonde girl working the drive-through is very nice and friendly, however, last time it took her 4 times to give me proper change, holding up the line (kept shortchanging me, despite me telling her exactly how much Id need back). The 2 cars in front of me were held up at the window for some reason even though I could see they only ordered 1 coffee each. Today, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and I only got the bagel. Had to park, go inside, and ask for cream cheese. Just need to pay more attention to detail and get orders right the first time instead of holding things up.

My husband and I have been going to this Starbucks on a daily basis since it opened. We love all the staff, they are all super friendly and make great coffee each and every time. Jen and Charles, the store manager, are usually there to make you feel at home and welcome. My friends and I go to the gym across the street and always look forward to coming to Starbucks for our daily coffee. At times it does get busy, but the staff is very quick and its always worth the wait because they make everyone feel special when its your turn at the register.

Very friendly customer service!!! I had a $20 gift card given to me for my birthday and used it for the first time today. The cashier told me there was nothing on it and I explained that I never used it before. He apologize and gave my husband and I free drinks due to the card not being activated correctly! Love that this location has a drive-thru. Usually makes it easy to swing by to grab my wifes goodies on the way home from work. Theyre pretty consistent in the quality and flavor of their drinks, as well. In fact, we have a location just around the corner from us that we refuse to go to anymore because theyve messed up every time weve ever gone there. So, instead, we drive further to this location for their consistency.

They never fix my coffee right! I been drinking the same coffee for years and I most definitely know what my coffee should taste like. Everytime I get coffee here at this location the coffee tasted horrible. Im not sure why, but I try not to go to this one, this was last min. I wish the one on Douglas would stay open longer.

I have been to this Starbucks drive thru and in store pickup 4 times in the last 7 days. 3 out of the 4 times they have gotten my order wrong! Very frustrating especially waiting in the long drive thru line. Baristas please pay closer attention to the customers order when making drinks.

I made a mobile order through my app and mistakenly picked it up here instead of the one across the street. When a barista asked me what I was picking up, I told her my name and I verified the cross streets. When I found out that I was at the wrong location, she quickly made my order. I have been to this Starbucks 4 times and order a venti iced cloud quad one pump vanilla and this is the worst Starbucks to make clouds the worst. I have to say they are consistent through the store about how bad they make them because each time it’s been bad. The cloud was barley there and my drink had too much ice. The store in Gridley ca. Makes the best cloud ever this place sucks for clouds.

The barista/supervisor said she did not have drink carriers so she offered me a very big box.... I decided that just would not work and she kept questioning me saying, Why not, cant you just stuff something around the drinks?. I told her they will just tip over in the box; I would just figure out a way no worries. I go here every single day with the same exact order and I do not like to be a pain over coffee if they get my drink wrong because it is a busy location but they get my drink wrong almost every single time. And I just don’t get how hard it is to put 3 shots of espresso and 6pumps in a cup. This one girl makes it sooooo strong everytime and I’m like ? It’s supposed to have 6pumps-that’s a a lot. I just want to hop in there make it myself at this point.

Drive-thru and walk-in location in Granite Bay. Great staff, super high volume location finds the drive-thru slammed all day. Oh yeah, watch out for the curb as you pull into the drive-thru. It will bite your expensive wheels everytime. The black color is evidence.

This is not my favorite Starbucks. Cleanliness is my pet gripe. The bathrooms and even the coffee area is always a mess.The garbage bins are generally overflowing and the tables sticky and not cleaned. There is trash all over the bathroom floors.. I feel like I am at a Chinese restaurant in some slinky area. Better yet, the bathrooms are like those at the Guam airport without the holes in the ground to do your number one or number two.
