Never had any complaints here before. Maybe it was an off day. Drinks are good, staff politeness, professionalism is a hit and miss. Ive been here and received great service and Ive been here and received very poor service. No utensils for oatmeal, no straws....all the little things that drive people bananas. Overall its a hit and miss.

Fast and friendly drive through. But they didn’t have any lemonades or anything but coffee. The new cheese thing is really good it’s sweet and cheesy at the same time. I always have trouble ordering in this coffee shop because they have to many different types of coffee it’s really hard to understand and read what every coffee has. And all the coffees I drink here are sour, not sweet and I bereft drink them not really tasty

One of the cashier was rude. She act like she didnt want to take my order. I went to the bathroom and came back, and someone else was at the register. I knew she was acting funny. I am AA also that may have something to do with it.

This store is located on Hacienda & Fairgrove in the El Super shopping center with Drive-thru and plenty of parking. We ordered ahead via the app and our drinks were made as requested and on time. Today I ordered an Iced Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and it was very satisfying. The store was clean, staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall we had a great experience at this Starbucks.

Ive been to this location multiple times, very long wait time in-store. Drive thru is better. But! I recently went to this location for 1 drink in-store, I was waiting 40min. At the 30min mark I asked the employee how long I was waiting and how much longer it would be. The male employee asked what I ordered, he went through the list and another employee said she was going to make my order and I overheard the guy saying Let her wait. I was astonished because I didnt think I was being rude. He then turned to me and said, Their is a ton of orders, so you should wait longer because you can. I wont be coming back and I truly think they should work on training their employees when it comes to communication.

It gets BUSY. I went recently and met Mark and Bob, Their cool to chat with. This lady was talking from the center table to them (maybe she was their boss) and they were super funny. It gets loud because of of the blending but you can tell it’s a great energy. Will be there again.

Ive been going to this location for years, and the baristas are nothing but hospitable. They take the time to remember names and orders. Drinks and atmosphere are what youd expect, but the staff is what makes this location one of the best!

CHECK THE CONTENTS OF YOUR BAG WHEN ORDERING SMALL ITEMS!!! For the 3rd time THIS WEEK, we ordered multiple petite vanilla bean scones and were given less than ordered, but charged for the missing items. Thats only this week, too. This particular Starbucks has done this to me at least 7 times. I ordered 6 scones, and got 5 in the bag, but charged for all 6 on the receipt. Today was definitely the last time I go to this Starbucks. Id rather drive to a different store a little further than keep getting ripped off for a scone every time I go to this store. I understand that I should check the contents of my bag when I use the drive thru, but come on... As a customer, I have a certain expectation that everything I ordered and paid for should be in the bag. My expectations have changed for this Starbucks, tho.

I come here to study and play Pokémon go. Staff is genuine, kind and fun. You can tell they enjoy working with each other and its wonderful to see. Im not a fan of corporate pride but Im glad anyone whos queer is allowed to express themselves at work at this Starbucks. Usually very chill and theres typically at least one seat open every time I go. Kids can be a bit loud but thats not the stores fault. Always seating outside as well, love the little patio area. Restrooms are clean and the food/drinks are great. Happy Pride!P.S. Put your money where your marketing is though and invest some money in queer charities @ your corporate office.

Review for 9/26/2022: First time leaving a review on this place but the overrode my not caring. The order was through drive-thru under the name Jesse for a Grande Soy Iced White chocolate Mocha. The first one my bf(Jesse) brought to me tasted like WATER with a HINT of espresso. I had him take it back for a replacement of this unacceptable “drink”. The second “fixed” drink tasted the same with slightly more espresso. Whoever made the first and second drinks are just incompetent to do their job on a not difficult drink or are just plain lazy. Quit if you don’t want to do your job right. I told Jesse to go back for a refund instead of getting a third cup of water. This is the last time I go to this store. If management cares, watch your staff make the drinks.

One stormy night, vTDAv SPAWN wanted some caffeine, he pondered how he could ever quench his hunger for coffee. Then he realized starbucks was open :D. Going through the drive through he felt something was off, someones spiritual pressure!! But not like no others hes felt, something was different, something was ohioan. Pulling up to the window he realized his life was on the line, for the window person was an OHIOAN!! As a former barista I understand how hard it is to make drinks when its busy because you are trying to cut corner anyway you can to not have any red cars. However, cutting corners do not always make the outcomes great. I have been ordering a Bbrown Sugar Oat milk Shaken Expresso and everytime the drink is not shaken or mixed well and makes the drink taste really bad (it can either be expired ingredients). If it was a one time or every once in a while then I wouldnt mind but its every time I come it is always made bad. My only fear is if the are cutting corners drinks, management can also be cutting corners on other places, like I have seen at my store or other stores I helped out.

Its like any other Starbucks, friendly staff, quick service, tasty but pricey drinks. Its mostly drive-thru with outdoor seats for ordering at the window, theres no inside seating.Public bathroom is ok. Lots of seats, small amount of parking, free wifi. Its consistent with other Starbucks.

Love / dislike relationship - just a habit now!I have been a gold member for many years. Ive spent thousands of dollars with this company, which I have enjoyed.Is Starbucks a coffee shop anymore? Reasetly, the barista told me that there was no one working who knew how to operate the poor over for a plain cup of coffee. Not once but a few times this has happened. I like a plain dark roast cup of coffee. The company was built around coffee, right? and another thing, why should I have to tell them what dark roast means? Go figure?... 😆 🤣

The Service at the Drive Through just to be fast but lately its been slow, I pulled up to the window and my stuff was ready when I pulled up but sat there for 7 min and to top it off one part of my order was wrong. If you want to get to work on time I would find another Starbucks near buy and go there cause this location is getting slow not to mention also that there were 5 people working 4 were actually doing something and 1 just walking around acting like she was doing something. She could have helped the guy at the window pump all the orders that were sitting there out but nope she was just acting like she was doing something. What a shame I liked coming to this location.

This place needs cones so a-holes dont cut in front of you. Service is great, drinks are delicious. Always used the wifi and seating area to complete midterms/finals (before covid-19). Baristas go out of their way to help you, or answer questions. Never encountered a rude employee here. Minus 1 star for the drive thru, employees cant do anything about line cutters.

UPDATE: CUT MY RATE ON this place..Everytime I use my Starbucks App to order ahead. They are NEVER N I MEAN NEVER have my drink ready.. Im always late for work too..Not just in the morning, but whenever Im out n about in the afternoon still not ready..Its like the Driver thru is more important than us people who order ahead..I would even order like 10 minutes before getting there n have to wait like 3 or 5 minutes when I get there.. I have seen many others go through what Im going through too..This needs to be fixed..I come here alot before heading to work. Usually using my App to order ahead,but this morning I didnt have money in my card😫 so I had to wait in a very long line to order. I mean long too LOL. It was a special today buy a holiday flavor drink get a reusable cup free..Anyways, the cashier JEZ was very friendly.. she looked almost like a pinup girl. So I softly whistled so she could hear us over the window fan they have, since she was not attentive to window. She looked at us pist, stated you dont need to whistle at me! You can say excuse me!!! Yes we tried to be polite and not hold up more traffic for them till she figured out were still waiting. Guess we could have just asked for our money back since incorrect and attitude. I went in on Monday asked for a pinapple black tea, except they didnt have pineapple so the cashier offered a strawberry green tea..so i agreed.When I was called up for my drink by the beautiful barista she asked how it tasted but i said it was alright.She offered to make me another tea and she gave me to try the very berry 1 and it was exceptionally tasteful!It was made w/ love and I was really amazed! This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They always mess up my drinks. I ordered a Caramel Machiato and they forgot to put in the caramel. Drinks from this place do not taste like the many other Starbucks. When I polite ask why. The store mananager answered THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE MADE!. So I guess you are telling me all the other Starbucks are wrong and you are right! The workers here are Rude!!!. Just because you are in La Puente does not mean you have to be ghetto. So this morning I ordered my Starbucks like every morning by my house in Covina the one off of San Bernardino... Was so upset it tasted horrible!! Couldnt go back was on my way to work . So I stopped in and wanted to see if the Starbucks in hacienda would remake my coffee if not I would have paid for it.Not to sure what the supervisor name is but she was amazing!!!
