Starbucks in Lake Elsinore

I normally go to this location but did not have a great experience. I ordered an iced drink and there was no ice in the drink. When I went in to complain I was given a cup of ice… I called to speak with the manager and was told they weren’t there and I could talk to the shift supervisor. She listened to my concern but there was no resolution. When I said I’ll call back later to speak with the manager I was given an, “okay.” When telling the shift supervisor to have a good day I was given an “okay, byyye” think a teenager telling her friends bye.Not very happy with my experience today. More than likely will not return.

So Ive been to the Starbucks a couple of times mostly because convenience when were passing by, But honestly my last time going here was 2 days ago I wont go back again, For some reason every time we go through the drive through we get really rude people in the window, And their drinks never seem to be that great, Or theyre missing ingredients or too much or not enough of certain ingredients Im not really sure maybe its a training facility? 🤔 The Starbucks in target and the Starbucks over off of highway 74 By the gas station and Wendys are really good, I love going there the drinks are always amazing and the people are super friendly just normal happy.

A large Starbucks location in the Lake Elsinore area. Lots of seating available indoors as well as a drive through. Frustratingly, all of the power outlets have been covered over so its not a good place to sit and and work while sipping coffee. The staff was very friendly and several people greeted me as I walked in.

I waited as the only person in line for 8 minutes before I was helped. The lady behind the counter working never acknowledged me or the next person in line that came. When the next customer asked for service the one behind the counter was very rude. Then I go to use the restroom and 1 is out of order and the other says employee only on a sticker they made. I asked to use it and I had to wait another 8-10 minutes to be let in. Horrible service all around.

Very unfortunately this location was somewhat disappointing. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon and Gouda cheese. My sandwich was delivered to very promptly, but my Americana coffee showed up at least 10 minutes behind it. Never even called my name. Meanwhile I asked several workers where my coffee was ? I couldnt even get a response or answer

They only have one person doing all the drinks for walk-ins. We waited for about 10 minutes for our drinks. Someone else said she was going to get her money back because she had already waited 15 minutes for her drink

Ive been coming here since they opened in my area, and everyone has been so sweet and awesome. The starbucks staff here is one of the nicest people Ive ever interacted with.

Nice new location thats big, open, airy, and not real crowded yet. They do not call out your name when order is up. Hopefully that will change.

While vacationing here in Lake Elsinore with my daughter, we’ve stopped in here several times (it’s her favorite coffee place) and we’ve enjoyed great coffee and drinks, and some delicious “cake pops” for the kids! We even met up with a dear friend there as a cozy place to chat and catch up with each other! Great customer service and very clean business!

I just wanted to take my kids to have a drink in a hot day and they lady in the window kept giving me attitude because my order was wrong. She look not all there. Then we told her how our drink was not sweet and we asked for it to be sweet and she goes in and another lady manager comes with they drink we asked for the first ladys names and the manager said why do you want her name we just asked for her name again and said well Im her manager I just want to make sure shes going to be okay idk the attitude Im not liking it. Her name was Blair
