One of the nicest Starbucks, in California. The patio and the view here are fantastic...The only thing I would suggest is to keep the tables clean at all times.

The view is BEAUTIFUL, but the seating area outside is disgusting... theres trash everywhere! An elderly man was even pushing trash away with his cane. The level of dirtiness is unacceptable! My husband said hed give this place one star, but I gave it two because the view is just gorgeous and the coffee itself was pretty good. I just wouldnt be able to rate it any higher due to the abundance of trash.

One of the best starbucks chains I have ever visited in LA vicinity and subarban areas. Nice ocean views, best at its sunset time. Patio seatings are always a good choice if you wear warm clothings. They have warm fires for you outside. A lot of people are there so you want to be patient with the seatings. Even though we seated inside because of the kids, we enjoyed the nice view of Rancho Verdes. Staffs are kind and drinks are nice. Highly recommend!

Even though its Ocean View and its beautiful. The service is terrible it takes forever to get a drink, and its always dirty the patio is always dirty the inside is always sticky and gross. Id rather sit in my backyard and see the ocean with a takeout order.

One thr best starbucks because of its fabulous view of the ocean and Catalina island. This place is busy but they always have a lot of staff and they are fast. You can sit outside on the patio, and they have one fire pit. They have tables and lounge patio sofas. You can also sit inside to avoid the wind.Happy Chomping

Came in and attempted to order a caramel Brule, was informed they were out of it. So I ordered a white mocha with an add shot. Ended up getting coffee and warm milk, no flavoring. Went to have it fixed but the baristas all ignored me (3 of them) while I was trying to get their attention politely. So I went to return it instead, stood in line for 10 minutes again, and the manager didnt reimburse for the add shot. The Manager gave me a $4 gift card though for my troubles. Went to use the gift card today and the manager never activated it. So her Im sorry for our mistake was just an added insult to injury. Ill never return to this location. Wasted 30 minutes trying to order a drink then get it corrected. Missed the sunset which was the main reason I had picked location.

The service was not what I expected considering my past experience. Most of the teas was out of the stock. What made the things worse was after that. I asked the water to the one of the staffs there and she asked me whether i want the ice. After I said yes, she went to the back, and came out with the cup of iced water for herself. When i asked again when i can get the water, she told me that i will get the water orderly, and went inside and never came back to the front. So i had to ask the water to another staff. And next to me there was a woman sho ordered water later than me but got the water before me.Though i liked this place because of the good view, i never want to go this place again.

This starbucks used to be top notch in service...! Unfortunately it appears mgt has cut back on staffing to the point where service has dropped off the table, and employees are understandably irritable and frustrated... I can not go back to this starbucks anymore. Many of my neighbors said the same thing!! Good luck mgt with your new staffing plan.

Half of my mobile order was available, half never showed up. And of course its impossible to ask anyone about it because everyone is running around like crazy. Finally just left without the drink I paid for. Not sure why Starbucks is so surprised at getting slammed on a Sunday morning. Its a very predictable situation -- they need more staff on hand and more attention to detail.

I wanted just one cup of blonde coffee. For 10 mins I couldn’t place and order because of lack of knowledges of staff. They offered me 3 types of coffee but they could hardly explain the difference. I just got a headache, but not coffee. “Thank you”.No labels with sandwiches description and prices. Each time have to ask. When I asked where are the labels, because it is not convenient each tome to ask for the info about each sandwich I was told the labels are dirty. Well, they can’t find new labels for a few weeks already now. Also Almost no internet. Super slow. I ended up using my hotspot because their internet is useless.The credit card pin pad is so dirty that I didn’t want even to touch it. See pic.

This is my regular Starbucks that I go to several times per week. Last year I gave them an average review because the store had not been kept clean. This year Ive noticed a great improvement, not sure what happened bit kudos to the staff. Now not only does this Starbucks have the best view in the area it is clean too. And the staff here is really nice.

One of my favorite Starbucks location of all times and I love Starbucks Coffee. Order a cup of coffee and sit along the back patio where you can see the wide open view of the Pacific. They even have huge fire pit for you to sit around when the weather is cooler. There is nothing better than sipping on the cup of hot Pikes Place coffee while enjoying the chat with your loved ones while awing the view of the ocean.

The Reilly girl was so helpful. She helped me pick out a mocha collie crumble cause I have never been to Starbucks prior. But she was an outstanding employee. She noticed I looked sad while drinking my coffee. She went above and beyond and asked me why I was sad. I explained that I recently got out of a relationship and she helped me find a new lover in that Starbucks. She also helped us figure out dates for the wedding. Just when I though Reilly couldn’t be better she rescued someone who was choking on their cake pop. Reilly used the Heimlich maneuver. Joe Biden was walking by and saw this and in the store Reilly was awarded the Medal of Honor. Reilly really is great.

Fantastic location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The outdoor seating is the best part about this place, however, it can get crowded here. No drive thru but plenty of parking. This is also a good meet up spot for bicycle rides, runs, hikes (theres a trail along the shoreline across the street), and other group activities.

Its a great location to catch the sunset while sipping on a latte, a cappuccino, a macchiato, on mochas and much more.Theres good seating space within the store, but I always love sitting at the open space behind the store, which gives you a stunningly amazing view of the Pacific Ocean from up on the hills of beautiful Rancho Palos Verdes. I usually order a Tall black and add my own cream and sugar to get the best coffee at the best price. I will mention I think it is absolutely smart on Starbucks part to include reasonably priced breakfast sandwiches to the menu. I realize that a number of people dont realize that coffee is the number two commodity on the planet second only to Oil. Drink & the person behind ordered 6 drinks & they got theirs..so i asked about mine.. The girl with the red hair said it was coming..so again patiently i waited..then 2 more drinks went b4 me..again i asked.. Presently my favorite Starbucks in the US... Been here probably a dozen times and the view from the deck is unsurpassed provided u appreciate the calming effect of the Pacific Ocean combined with your am caffeine. The staff inside is top notch and provides a peaceful experience.There are ticky-tack items I could take off a star for as Im an attention to detail fellow. The only one I will mention is get the tables outside wiped down a little earlier in the a.m.

Management needs to get a grip on orders placed and wait time specially 8am - 9am. Waiting 10 minutes or more for a breakfast sandwich is not acceptable.
