Went in with my son and I stood there for at least 5 min. 3 workers and no one made eye contact. A girl was on the register but she didnt say anything til I finally walked up to the register. (I normally see a guy in the front who is on top of everything, he is good.) I felt like I was annoying her when I asked for a cake pop she mumbled it. My drink was good but I almost spit it out when I heard her tell another customer she was the manager. Customers can go anywhere they want but if you greet them they will come back.

Imagine you being with your 3 littles ones waiting in line just have a member help their worker instead of you than when you bring it up you get an attitude you get the same energy you give back I understand it was mistake but imagine still getting an attitude just because you said something and broke up there little conversation people have things to do learn to teach your workers about manners because they all had a damn attitude when I said something I’ve worked with customer service for over 4 years no matter the issue even how mad I was I always kept professional us consumers are the reason why you have a job

I loved seeing Jojo in front of house he took my order with his visuals & warms my heart. Will be coming back here again just to see him do his thing. Baristas we’re also quick & made my drinks just the way I like them. Plus they honored the extra extra ice I asked for. Thanks guys!

Charismatic employees that really fill the cafe with a pleasant experience and vibe. Drinks were made quickly and food was sent out in a timely matter. Plenty of parkingBathrooms were really dirty and messy.

I truly am amazed that this Starbucks gives everyone an opportunity! I am not a coffee drinker but had a taste for a Frappuccino today and we were service by a hearing impaired individual and he was amazing and doing a great job! I will gladly support this particular Starbucks from now on!

This is the best and most reliable Starbucks location ever. I am so lucky this is my local Starbucks. I come here probably twice a week and my drinks and food are always ready and made to perfection. The staff are so kind and always give me a warm welcome. The supervisor/ manager who is here every morning always tells me hello and he always has a big smile on his face. I really appreciate this location and they make a great start to my morning when I stop by.

Girls working here need an attitude check because they are very rude and unprofessional especially the girl with all the nasty piercings on her face named Gabby. They made my 2 drinks wrong and when I went to go tell them 3 girls had to come help me because there not listening on the error they made. Pretty simple I orders 2 caramel macchiatos one grande one venti and I got 2 grandes. I also ordered 2 sandwiches turkey pestos and on the bottom of the bread had some kind of melted plastic and the manager Christina said it was not plastic it was cheese. LOL SMH I think I know some melted plastic from melted cheese but ok let’s just say it cheese when I know 100% it’s plastic. I just wanted my refund and they can keep there melted on the bottom plastic sandwiches. This place needs some more training for these unprofessional workers with bad attitudes and there very poor customer service skills.

Horrible spot!! The wait for drinks is horrible every time I have gone to this location. For a chocolate croissant it took 15minutes. They always don’t have certain ingredients for some of the drinks. The people are slow and show no sense of urgency on making the drinks. This place is Trash and this location sucks!

Very disappointed at one of the ladies that works there I wont be mentioning her name,a couple weeks ago i asked if I could use the restroom and she said no, I dont know if it was because i looked dirty since I just finished working on my yard since she looked at me from head to toe,she really made me upset, sice I buy drinks almost every day at Starbucks,she did asked me if I was gonna buy a drink at that moment i said not, BUT I NEVER BEEN DENIED THE ACCES TO THE RESTROOM AT ANY OTHER STARBUCKS LOCATIONS, I REALLY hope she was just having a bad day only because is very sad she acts that way, everyone else there is always been very polite and helpful every time!!

Arrived at 11:25 and watched as over ten people who had waited in line via cashier and then at least 15 people who had been waiting received their drinks. I checked in twice after 11:30 with baristas and was told it was on the way. Never came. By 11:45 the time was running late and no sign of my two drinks yet. Went to cashier who was unsympathetic that I had pending flight and had waited over 30 min at that point. Had to run to my car across parking lot and retrieve app, wait for the cashier to process it and then leave with nothing. Absolutely waste of an hour.

Customer Service I not the greatest. Our drinks didnt have that much flavor. My daughter order Paradise Passion and they forgot to add dry freeze pineapple, I ordered a Venti ice Chia Latte with 8 pumps of Chia and didnt have much flavor, more than likely worker didnt add all 8 pumps. This store has the rudest people working there. I went on 5/6 at 12:30pm and the staff member omg were short and rude with the customers. The guest in front of me was waiting to pay and he asked one employee can I play for this? And the employee answered with an attitude “yes you have to wait for the other person to come back”. Then when it was my turn I asked I called to check on a product availability and I don’t see it. Another employee not the one that was helping me answered “that’s all we have, If you don’t see it we don’t have it!”. I have never experienced such rude customer service at any Starbucks unexceptionable! Will never visit that store again.

Bad experience this morning picking up my coffee! On my way to work I place my order before I leave to ensure its ready by the time I arrive, I order my coffee extra hot so that I can show up 5 to 10 mins. late to reduce wait time..... when I arrived this morning there was at least 10 people waiting for their drink.... I patiently waited for 10 mins. (the order is now 20 mins. after the actual pickup time) knowing that now I will be late for work, and when I finally spoke up KATHY said, Well were backed up, do you want a refund? Are you kidding me! Thats your response to YOU making a group of people late to work! Bad customer service!

This is perhaps the slowest operating Starbucks in existence. Stopped in driving on a road trip from SD to LA, would be faster to drive 50 miles out of your way and going to any other starbucks than stopping here. If you’re stopping here on a roadtrip please don’t do it, you will never leave

All the baristas were friendly!This review is specifically for John. Hes the one with glasses and long hair. I usually go to Starbucks locations to do homework, but the playlist playing was similar to mine (Deftones, Loathe, Whirr, and some other artists). This usually never happens whenever i go to a Starbucks location. I asked John if the playlist was his, and he said yes. He was kind enough to offer me a drink. We were talking about the music and our favorite songs. He also played one of my favorite songs by Deftones! Hes so real for that.This was a really nice experience. Ill probably come to this location more often.

Horrible experience, the girl doing mobile drinks, is rude she had no name tag ! But she does have a butterfly tattoo on her neck that’s all I do know ! I asked for a cup holder she literally almost threw it, while I was putting my drinks she tells me move for the ppl to get there food when nobody was even there ?! Being at this establishment made me uncomfortable at first due to the judgemental looks as walking through the door, once I spent more time in the lobby the workers such as the Baristas were making me feel off side which means they were being difficult in talking to me.To top the cake with a wonderful cherry, bathroom in the back looked as if had been unkept in such awhile, after taking some time brushing my teeth plus a quick shave since I have been kicked to the street, I made the decision to clean the bathroom myself like a Gentleman my parents raised me to be. Then realized that in the middle of all of this I was being watched at the sprinkler in the ceiling, this was more than uncomfortable, video recording is at hand to prove this is true. If you plan to visit a mermaids establishment, which means she is a siren on the logo. In other words she is a mermaids, a maid of the sea. I also am a maiden of the sea due to the fact my webbed skin structure. In all trueness. Make your decision people about how these employees treat my establishment or my mothers one in fact.....

Personally, prefer this Starbucks much more than the one closer to the new Walmart. The Customer service is always so friendly and kind and I am the type of person to be big on having good customer service. I have never had a problem here and would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to buy a good coffee.

Didn’t want to make this review but multiple times I’ve visited and multiple different baristas were disrespectful with attitudes and I understand that the job is stressful or maybe a customer before me got them upset but I don’t think it’s fair to take it out on me or any of the other customers. I wish I would’ve got their names that way I could pin point them instead of leaving a three star review but unfortunately I never get a receipt since I pay through the app. On a more positive note, coffee is great, they do an amazing job, it’s just that customer service isn’t all there.

I ordered a white chocolate and just like all the other Starbucks I go to they always give me a white hot chocolate mocha SMH. So I just asked them to change it please no biggie. Then I get my cup again and I understand that my white chocolate has whip on top but to put so much where I only got half my drink is Ridiculous. I was very disappointed. When he handed me my drink you can even tell that the cup was very light and not full. I would have asked for another one but I just didnt have another 5 to 10 mins to wait for another drink.

Candice is a real Superstar! She cares a lot and really wants to make the customers happy :-) I went in there last weekend when I was moving and a customer was giving her a hard time for a mistake that someone else made. She went out of her way to be helpful and was concerned that the customer would leave still having a good day. This is a busy store. Dont get confused this is a different store then the one off the next exit. They dont have a review on Yelp so Im reviewing them on Google, on Yelp the two stores are accidently combined. Mary Lou was also very helpful and nice :-)

I only visit once a month or so and I always feel like this locations had better days in the past. The employees are not the most friendly and helpful and the lines can be long. The parking is limited and people spend a lot of time in there. Lots of people in their pjs too, not sure what that all about.

Waited for ever for my order after seeing the people behind me get theirs. Noticed this worker marylu spill hot coffee and not only that she didn’t bother to clean the mess. Customers has to go around the mess, for more than 20 minuets, and my order was incorrect. Instead of apologizing i received an attitude from the same person when I politely mentioned that my drink was incorrect... and another 20 minuets waiting for my drink.

I stayed on line to order a Venti and Bacon wrap and I usually drink my venti mocha with cinnamon powder and whip cream but they didn’t have it... I ask for the bacon wrap and they don’t have wraps🤔🤨 is the first time in 11 years that a Starbucks doesn’t have the common ingredients... I checked around and I didn’t see a note 📝 anywhere that states that “apologies for the inconvenience we run out of cinnamon and wraps” thumb down on this Starbucks 👎🏼... my coffee and food doesn’t taste the same 😐

I went to Starbucks to get a caramel macchiato with almond milk and a warmed up cookie. Poor customer service, there are 3 pepole working not one said Ill be right with you they just walked by and looked at me, didnt say a word . . . . Then after a few minutes the one said ill be with you in just a min the place was not packed or anything so RUDE ! !
