Very nice theater. Located at the Dos Lagos Shops, the theaters are nice and clean and you can go online to pick your own seats in advance. The snack area offers food, candy, popcorn, soda, beer and wine that can be taken to your seats. Enjoy!

Went to go see Across the Spiderverse last weekend. Idk if this was just this particular room, but the screens brightness was too low. The night scenes were almost unwatchable. The audio was mixed poorly too. A lot of the dialogue was hard to hear. Cant really complain much since the tickets were 5$. Also, the bathrooms are too far from the theaters and the mens urinals have no privacy.
I love this place! Its my favorite theater to go to over AMC or Regal. They had me at popcorn season ❤️.

I like this theater. I find more adults here. At Edwards, thats the go-to in the community... all the kids are there having fun.I love their senior citizen discount 5.00 on Wednesday... that used to be on Sundays. And 6.00 every other day.It is clean, and everyone is polite that works her.This is our go-to when we go to the movies.

This one if the nicest theaters in the area. Gloria always is super welcoming. Everything is shiny and the lobby reminds me of a palace. Epex is their version of IMAX and usually only cost a dollar or so more.

I do like this theater, but they obviously are understaffed. Sat for nearly 30 minutes waiting for my movie to start. Not sure if Ill be back anytime soon or at least until they hire more people.
We love going to this theater. The special pricing on Tuesdays lets us visit often. I have two complaints. First, the bathrooms are almost always messy. Usually there are paper towels on the floor and everywhere and many of the toilets sit unflushed. They are supposed to flush automatically. I passed up 4 stalls to find one that was flushed. My only other complaint is in regards to the closed caption machines for the hearing impaired. Most of the time they dont work properly. Tonight, the ones they had were not charged, so my husband couldnt use one. Other than those two things, we enjoy the theater and friendly staff..

Good place to see a movie. They have discount days and really good senior prices! It is reserved seating. Buying your tickets on the app will cost you over $5, but you can almost always walk up and get good seats and avoid paying this charge. It makes no sense to me that I have to pay them for something that requires no work on their part.

Just saw Top Gun here and I was reminded of why we go to the movies. We go to the movies to share an experience together, to see a cinematic piece of art, to get lost in something bigger than us, to feel elation, joy, and sorrow. The moment I heard the theme song I got goosebumps and It felt great. Theres just something communal and grand about a movie theatre that primes your emotions and sets the mood. You really cant get that at home. Yes, the trend is to get movies at home and watch it alone in your pajamas on your handheld streaming device, but it is honestly not the same.I started going to the movies again and the Starlight theatre is such a great place. The prices are great overall and a bargain on certain days. The service is fast and efficient. They have all the food you would want and expect with beers and alcohol. The theatres are clean with top notch sound.Welcome back to the movies and check this place out.

Maybe they were short staffed or something ? The movie start time was 2:55 pm . Patrons were sitting until 3:20 pm when someone finally let the front know the movie should be starting. They then cut the lights and nothing came on the screen .Then the sound then came on, but no picture ? Then a calibration color grid came on the screen, then vanished . When the Avatar 3D movie came on it was blurry even with 3D glasses on . Something was extremely off visually . The lady in the front was nice and gave us passes but it was a horrible movie experience for sure . Who ever is in charge of playing the movies correctly and on time should be wriiten up at the very least . Never again for that theater .

Ive been coming to Starlight cinemas for years and have always experienced great customer service until recently. I always ask for fresh popcorn. Lately, when I ask for fresh popcorn Im met with attitude. If this behavior continues Ill go to the cinema down the street.
Very clean theater and helpful staff. You get to choose your seat so it makes for a very nice experience. Seniors are only $5. You can also buy tickets online through their app this is especially good for opening day of certain movies.

Went to an 11:00 showing and it only cost $5.00!!! Havent been to a movie theater since pre-covid!! I forgot how great the big screen is. The theater was clean, nicely decorated and had the typical snack bar, though we didnt get anything today so I cant speak to that. The bathroom was clean as well.

Starlight Dos Lagos Is a great movie theater for the family and kids. The seats are very luxurious and have a great feel to them. Screen quality is very nice with there laser projector they use for certain movies is top notch. Wait times and lines can hold you back so always book online through them.
My first time there, ticket prices are good. The seats are older style but comfortable, the theater looks nice and very clean. Loved the cherry icee, the popcorn is okay, not the best but doable. Will definitely be back when in the area. Friendly staff which is very important to me.
Clean theater with comfortable seats. The early showtime/matinee was quite a bargain and we were able to share 1 large popcorn with 4 adults by dumping the tub in a couple boxes and getting it refilled right away. A good time was had by all.
This is a beautiful modern theatre. Ticket prices are excellent for the matinee shows, which are until 6 PM. The theatres are clean and the seats are very comfortable. The sound system is powerful and you can really feel it. Not gonna lie, the prices for refreshments and snacks are hardcore. Make sure you bring at least $25 more if you want soda and popcorn. I enjoyed the Jurassic Park theme music that was playing in the restroom. Enjoy!

After COVID lockdowns we been waiting for good new movies ..This theater offer a good descent seats, u can do reservation your seats on line also, price is affordable, and Tuesday and Thursday its only 5 dlls all day… also Sunday before 6 pm … try the combo 1 it come with 2 large sodas and 1 large popcorn..with free unlimited refill on the sodas and 1 free refill on popcorn…we always get the free refill at the same time so we don’t miss the movies…
Nothing luxurious about this theater very basic and standard. For such a nice mall you would expect something nicer but this was anything out of this world.

I want to start by saying that this is the worst movie theater. I bought my tickets online to save time. I chose my 7 tickets towards the back of the theater. Anyways when we get there, there was a line. No one was at the fast pass booth to help us. Wasted 10 minutes there, I didnt appreciate that my family and I had to get in a line and didnt get acknowledged. When we get inside the theater, our seats were 3 rows from the front. That was too close. I didnt choose those seats! Terrible customer service. It seems people are not happy to be back to work!

Worst theater I’ve ever been too!! Dirty, burnt popcorn, no salt for popcorn, no candy selection, dirty shelves. Sets were terrible, tiny screens, rude people on there cell phones. Very ghetto nothing luxury about it other than the name. Walked out after 20 minutes place was so dirty I’m gonna go home now and take a bath and hand sanitizer. not only would I not recommend this place to any friends or family but I would sign a petition to get it torn down. If I could put a rating less than one star I would so I give this theater -5 stars do not take your children and definitely do not leave your children there.

Went here a few days ago and noticed there is no plexiglass separating employees from guests. I asked an employee why and they said we cant afford it at this time. Im struggling to understand how a luxury theatre cannot afford a simple necessity for times like these to protect not only customers, but their employees as well. Also the place was pretty understaffed. I enjoyed the movie I saw but felt bad for the workers, who looked very stressed out the whole time. The staff is very friendly and I would love to come back, but I wish that safety would be a bigger focus of the management.

Today the movies was packed, So good to see people gettin out. Lines for purchase moved quickly, line for entrance moved quickly, line for concession was long and we skipped today but usually moves quickly. The bathroom were messy today again usually tidy.
We went here for the first last night. We paid $5.00 Senior discount. We absolutely LOVED THIS THEATRE!!!! We were treated like royalty. It is clean, beautiful, super comfortable seats, great food at good prices, and most of all, the personnel are so so nice and courteous. We will definitely repeat going here. During the week they have $5.00 all day specials!! Who can beat that? Next time we will go to dinner at one of the many terrific restaurants at Dos Lagos and then hit the movies.
Enjoy the deal days but last night when I went to see a movie they gave me tickets for the wrong theater and the inside of the theater was packed. So I was waiting to see if the movie is just delayed and I ended up waiting an hour until a different movie started playing but it was just messed up for that to happen. By the time we realized 16 candles wasnt playing the outside was not busy at all so I finally talked to guest services and got a refund but I feel like I deserve to see the movie for free because that really sucked and was an inconvenience! Yes I wouldve asked for the manager and everything but I was starving. I would give this app 5 stars but that was not a pleasant experience.

Friendly peeps everywhere, a nice large staff to accommodate the large weekend crowds. I think ill come back here again and explore their other cheap days...Ive heard there are several.

Awesome venue, auditoriums are just the right size and even front row seats offer comfortable viewing. We had a small issue with our online ticket, but the GM on site quickly resolved it, personally and in a very friendly and accommodating manner. I dont remember having such a good experience from any of the bigger chains, Starlight has become our favorite local theater.
The staff was so friendly at the concession stands! We easily found our theater and had purchased tickets ahead of time so seats were reserved. We enjoyed the newest Star wars movie a lot! Theater 14 was huge and a great experience!
We just got into the theater and ordered our snacks. My ckoe was flat and the hot dog I ordered was old. The csshier said it could not be old, I just took off the grill. Thats why it has burn wrinkles on when I showed it to her. When the manager came to refund my money he did not ask any questions or apologize for the inconvenience. Part of the whole movie experience is your snacks before you sit down to enjoy the movie. Very dissatisfied with this theatre.
By far one of the friendliest theaters I’ve been to. Always clean, lines go by quick, and love going to the movie throwbacks. Oct ‘18 I went to see Nightmare On Elm Street and loved it, Jun ‘18 seen Indiana Jones. So it’s definitely a good place to go!

Great theater. $5 on Tuesday and $6 on Thursday and always $5 for seniors. At first I didnt think I would like reserved seating but I do. If the snack bar line is long and the bar one isnt, you can use that one. Plenty of parking.

Even though they dont play all the top box office movies this theater has enough pros to give it five stars. It is almost never crowded. Every Tuesday and Thursday is $5. They offer alcoholic beverages. It is always clean. And lastly they show a rotation of classic movies.

Used to love this theater. Nice pricing for seniors and good sound etc. However, they just started reserved/assigned seating in their EPEX theater and will be doing in their other larger theaters. Dont like it. We could tell people were not going to their assigned seats. We selected seats with no one in front of us and the entire row in front of us was filled with people. So like probably everyone else in the theater, we moved. I am not sure what the purpose is. We are not in Hollywood where this might be common. Also, when there is a dispute (you are sitting in my seat) it is up to the consumer to challenge the people in the seat. Will probably stop going to this theater. They think this is making them an upscale theater and experience. I disagree
The theater was clean, the prices were fair and the screen display was very good. I went and saw Patriots Day a few weeks ago. The reason I gave this a 3 star review was because I literally felt like I was watching a movie at home with only the TV speakers on. There was no surround sound and the volume levels we did get were very low. I thought maybe it was because the previews were on but when the movie started playing I was shocked that the volume levels did not change and that the front speakers were the only ones that seemed to be on.If I was managing this theater I would make sure that my employees were conducting sound checks at least once a day to ensure that my customers were getting a good experience.
4D theater with both the newest blockbusters and notable Korean releases, and free parking! 4D seats did not disappoint. Saw Top Gun Maverick there and it was worth the extra expense.

Nice theater tucked away in Dos Lagos, massive parking all around which is nice, affordable movie days (Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday are $5 specials) for everything minus special engagement films. Friendly staff, clean theaters and comfortable seating. Even the smallest theaters dont feel like an after thought.After so many owners its been passed through, this feels like the best version of the theater so far. Add onto this their EPEX theater for major movies and its a good experience all around.Tip: Remember to sign up for rewards, the concession stand discount is worth it when you remember to show it.
Dos Lagos Luxury 15 Theatres is the best barging movie theater around! As a matter of fact it is better than most regular theaters around. The 3 key word to describe this theater are discounts,discounts,discounts !! They have plenty of them. Early bird prices, matinee prices senior prices, Sunday prices, combo prices and Im probably missing some. They gave a loyalty card,an app and you can earn freebies!! What more can you ask for. They are simply the best!! Well maybe except for the the theaters that have recliners and food service but all in all a great experience.
Really like the reserved seating. Go through the Starlight site though, its cheaper than Fandango.Update:Mostly this theater is fine but we did have a recent issue, while waiting for an 11:00 AM showing they apparently forgot about us. After almost 15 minutes late we went out and inquired. A person finally came into the theater and announced that they were having a projection issue, yeah, like somebody to hit the on button. Finally, after 30 minutes, the movie started. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Issues happen, but it is how the issue is handled thats more important, and this issue was handled poorly. I think the management needs a little overhaul.

Honestly seemed like a great theater. I saw it while I was working in the area, and while the process were a tad higher then I normally pay ($12.50 for a late showing), there are lots of weekly specials.Screens are great, tons to order on the menu, as well as alcohol of you want. Seats are assigned, which I do like.

Honestly, I never write or complain when something happens...I try to take things as they come, but todays experience made me rethink that. I went to the Summer Movies with my kids, my friend, and her kids. The movie was running behind so we made the best of it. I waited to buy snacks unti I knew it was closer to the start time because I wanted the snacks to last the duration of the movie. The movie started 45 minutes later than the posted time of 10 am. I went up to the snack bar at 10:30. The concession stand attandents said I could not purchase the snack pack for $4 even though it is advertised for the summer movies for $4. They asked one of the managers about giving me a promotion and she said she could not do it and was not allowed to. I asked if I could talk to the main manager and they said she was too busy. By this time I had been at the concession stand for more than 15 minutes and the movie had already started! I bought one popcorn and went back to my seat. My friend then went to to concession stand, asked for the snack packs and was given a free popcorn and soda because they could not offer the snack packs at $4. After the movie I went to customer service to talk to the main manager Debroah Solis who told me there there was nothing she could do. I asked her why was my friend given free popcorn and a soda and I was turned away! I wasnt asking for anything free...I just want to buy the snack packs at the price advertised! I asked if I could write a complaint and she said no, that I had to do it online. I used to love going to your movie theater but this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
I can’t recommend this theater. I think this is my fewest stars review. There are good things about it, but I’ve had too many messed up experiences there. It’s a nice enough theater with reserved seating, and they have good senior discounts.They often don’t get the A-list movies here, but it’s a good place to pickup the lesser known films. If you’re into that, or foreign language films from India or wherever. There’s also lots of restaurants and shop close by, which is a plus if you’re making a night of it.Their rewards system is mediocre at best. Regal is just down the street and their Rewards club kills it.On the downside, I’ve finally had it with the place. I’ve had a collection of minor annoyances that have just ruined it for me. The popcorn is mediocre and they go right down to rock bottom, so twice I’ve had an expensive large bucket of little tiny pieces. I’ve found the staff to be fine, but the managers are awful. Totally unsympathetic and apparently they don’t care if you ever come back. I guess they serve beer and wine so you don’t notice the other things.I won’t go back there again. I much prefer the Regal just down the way at Corona Crossings. The staff is awesome and the managers super helpful. Better assisted hearing devices, too.
An asian man punched the back of a Mexican ladies chair and walked away, almost to the end of the movie, she punched his chair, he got up and started to take his belt off while chasing the lady as if he was gonna whip her with his belt. This masogonistic behavior from a man accompanied by his wife is unacceptable. The mexican lady was alone enjoying the movie until she was attacked.
All employees are Friendly and helpful. Pop Corn is delish the only pop corn dont get sick off of. Price per movie very reasonable wont break the bank.😀Highly recommended..........Not to mention $5 Tuesday & Thursday all day and Sunday before 5pm.

Dont buy tickets online they will scam you. I was told multiple time the tickets were taken and my transaction would not go through/ i would not get charged. I finally get seats transaction goes through so i check my email and each time it went threw i got charged 300$, so i asked for a refund that i received but i guys booking fees aint refundable, they kept my 30$ booking fee! Beware its a scam you are off buying the tickets in person 👌
Prices were not bad at all and to my surprise they sell beer.Appreciated the extra jalapenos free of charge on my nachos. Pretty cool theatres.

Love their $5 deals on all movies... All day two days per week and shows before 6pm on Sundays. Reserved seating lets you know where to go instead of figuring that out once you arrive in the dark theater and interrupting everyones viewing of previews.This last visit had an issue where a supervisor shut down the line and gave their of us in the line no other option but to wait again at another window. Keep in mind others have been arriving making our wait time even longer. We complained at the customer service desk and received a free popcorn and drink ticket and an explanation of the lack of personnel that day. Explanation and consolation ticket were sufficient.

Parking isnt the most ideal, but the new format for the theater seems to finally be paying off. This place hasnt ever been this busy, and glad to see it always packed. Staff is friendly and seating is reserved. Love the fact all the new movies are here and only 5$ to see them. Great stuff.
This Theater is by far the most clean one Ive been to. Its beautiful and the customer service is great. The deals are hands down amazing. Wish other theaters like AMC ( which is overpriced) can be like this one. You wont be disappointed!!

I have been here many times and always had a good experience. This time was going to be the same. $5 Tuesday matinee. All was well except toward the end of the movie, the power went out! What a drag. Management did give complimentary passes for a return visit. Apparently power was out for most of the dos Lagos shopping area. Possibly weather related. The movie we watched wasnt that good (The Upside) so I wont rewatch that and will use my pass on something better.
Best movie theater in corona. they are clean always and the staff is friendly. there $5 deals are great for big family like mine. we all get to go together and still have money left to buy popcorn, drinks and ice cream
Theater is always nice and clean. Seats are average. Often have cheap shows and special shows, such as old movies or kids features. Snack bar is good but popcorn is not great. No matter how much fake butter or shake on seasonings you add its very styrofoam like.
The $5 movies are a bargain but honestly kids under 4 should be left at home. Expect $5 bargain crowds on special pricing days from trashed bathrooms to rowdy crowds standing in high traffic areas to crying babies and kids kicking seats. The restrooms are inconveniently placed at the entrance meaning if you are in theater 13 you have a 3 minute walk each way to the restroom during the movie.The normal pricing is on par with Edwards but Id rather drive 15 minutes to a higher quality theater. Id expect better seating and not the cramped airline economy seats fighting for an arm rest with your neighbor at this point as this is supposed to be higher end being at Dos Lagos. Its unfortunate as I am a local to the area but find myself going to AMC Tyler or Edwards in Eastvale

Starlight offers incredible value when it comes to its early show times. Tickets are available to purchase online and they offer reserve sitting. The screens arent the clearest and most vibrant, but again the value is incredible. Sadly, their premium EPEX experience is underwhelming as well but for $6 a ticket it aint too bad.
Went to watch the new Star Wars and the theater wasnt as big as I thought. When we walked into were the movie was showing there was only about 8 rows inside. But I do have to say it made my experience great I liked that it wasnt over crowded and the seats were very comfortable. It was my first visit and I will be going back again if Im in the area.
I find the e-ticketing and assigned seating so convenient. We purchase our tickets online in the morning for a good selection, and arrive just before the movie begins (with enough time to buy popcorn, of course) without having to worry about not getting a good seat.
Great prices. However need to get rid of assigned seating. Someone was sitting in our seats and refused to move while being very argumentative. They eventually moved but we missed the beginning of the movie and the experience left a bad taste.
Great place to catch a flick their 5 dollar Tuesday and Thursday deals are top notch not to mention their great selection of film both domestic and international the shopping area is very nice as well just Incase you show up early for your movie and want to take in some window shopping. Plus with their reserved seating you don’t have to worry about getting the neck stretch seats if you show up a little later. Oh and they have alcohol if your into that sort of thing.
I worked at Starlight for three weeks and thats all I could handle. Management was absolutely horrible. There was no formal training and when I did something wrong because again, I wasnt trained, I was immediately yelled at in front of all my co-workers. I was told that I didnt smile enough and needed to be happier. The manager who hired me (Hi Phil!), told me that upper management was complaining about my lack of enthusiasm for the job and that it directly reflected him and I needed to shape up. Which is hilarious because I actually enjoyed the work there, but the managers were insufferable. Maybe instead of vaping in the back of the theater and acting like total bros, you can get some management training on how to treat your employees with human decency. Anyone thats reading this thats thinking of applying as an usher, dont. Youd be better off at Edwards theater.
I love this theater much cheaper then regal if you take advantage of their all day matinee prices on Tuesdays and Thursdays I believe. Also, its always clean when I go and seats are comfy.
They only opened 15min before start so not a lot of time to get ticket and food before going in. also the line for buying ticket vs prepay wasnt very clear so we ended up in wrong line but overall clean and staff was friendly. early bird price of $5 for ticket was nice .
I like this theater for their $5 deals on Tuesdays and Thursdays for any movie (Even for opening night movies). The seats are slightly cramped, but not too much to be a nuisance. Just be cautious of that if you go opening night for a movie here.
Great theater. They tend to screen some exclusive titles and do a lot of events. The anime events earn them the fifth star. Aside from that it is pretty average but with no real down sides.
These are not luxury theatres first of all. We did had a good time cause it was a good movie that we saw, but my wife had hair Im her food, and I played for a large lemonade and got a large water. It was our first time and we were expecting recliners and food service but got regular seats and concessions.
Clean, budget-friendly, and interesting assortment of movies. Every weekend they show a different older movie (i.e. Casablanca, A Christmas Story, Indiana Jones, etc.) for only $4 AND they give you a $4 food voucher! Great place for families, love the $5 Tuesdays, and clean, safe environment! My favorite movie theater!

Staff is very friendly and pace is kept very clean. Right in the middle of food, shopping, entertainment, bars and the lake is only steps away. It offers beer and wine as well as tons of snacks. They also have a large theatre with reclining seats.

Oh my gosh are you kidding me? The seats amazing, you can buy alcohol at a theater now, theres actually real food. The place was Immaculate the floors were not sticky and the sound quality of the picture or perfect. Our new location for date night!
My husband and I frequently go to the movies and chose to go to Dos Lagos Theater. Their Senior prices cant be beat. We enjoy the comfort and convenience of this theater. We recently read that the theater will start selling alcohol. While I am all for marketing ideas for increasing business, I am against selling alcohol in a theater where young children and teenagers are allowed to attend. Keep the alcohol out of the theaters and in the bar. What if the kids were to find a partially consumed container and drank whatever was left? Dont get it why they have to sell alcohol at their theaters.

A great place to take a family to watch movies. They offer $5 tickets every Tuesday and Thursday all day. They also a monthly classic movie for $7. They also offer some films that I consider - getting in some culture. Yes, live ballet, opera, or play performance.

I love Dos Lagos. This movie theater provides a clean environment and numerous staff in the event you have questions or get lost. They do have assigned seating in the theater but I have gotten used to this. Excellent screens and seating.

If you’re close to Dos Lagos, and don’t mind not having super reclining seats, try this place out.Cheap prices for tickets equals you can get snacks and not feel too guilty for paying the ridiculously marked up prices of the food there. Went to go see Marry Poppins. Unfortunately my dad tripped on the brick walkway behind the ticket booth as you come up from the parking lot to the front entrance. He caught himself with his hand but require 18 or more stitches in the palm of his hand because the skin tore. The theater was very good about getting him some first aid supplies but their kit was wholly inadequate, only meant for cuts and scrapes. They were more than happy to refund our tickets and after doing an incident report we were on our way to urgent care where we (my mom and I) sat for 3+ hours waiting for the doctors to finish up with my dad. My dad was visibly shaken up by his fall, I guess at age 78 most would be in some sort of shock. However, I am really irked because as we walked to the car from the theater I saw exactly where and why he fell. Not only was the path uneven where he fell, but theater knew about it and did nothing. The cement at the edge on the walkway was also lifted and here they painted the edges with caution yellow paint. Yet where the raised paving stones stretched out into the walkway... nothing. Nothing to warn pedestrians of the uneven paving stones. See attached puctures.

I do not like humungus luxury seats. I have to bring my own pillow to put behind my back.I also think it is ridiculous to have to waste our time choosing a seat, and then when we go in the theatre there are ONLY TWO other people in the whole theatre.I would appreciate choosing seats if it was the first day a popular movie came out. When its crowded, even though there are two seats left, they might not be together. In that instance, reserved seating is useful.
First, we love this theatre! It is our number choice when we go to the movies. I have the app, I am a points collector - we like their popcorn - and member discounts, the place really makes you feel special. Best Value - and its the best experience. However, I will caveat - I recently took my family to see DP2. I was informed that I could not bring my daughter due to a NOU3YO policy for Rate R films. I was a bit taken back by this, as we went to see SuperTroopers @ a few weeks ago with no incident. So I did not get to see DP2, on Thursday, the best night to go to the movies. I will keep coming back to this theatre, but night was sorta ruined, so minus 1 star! Sorry! We can make it back if they play Infinity War P2! That another thing, this Starlight does not always play new movies! Forcing me to go to The theatre that shall not be named down the street! Great service, great staff - when DO see movies here, it is always great! thank you.
We always go here. Love their 5 dollar deals though it didnt apply to the movie we watched because of studio policy. Anyway their popcorns great, the facility is not bad and relatively clean.

Simply enjoy that they offer something for everyone... I enjoy the throw backs that i never got to see in the big screen. Now i can get an idea and expirience those Back to the future nostalgic moments that took place then, in the now. Also, there is so much to do and enjoy in this beautiful plaza.

Never even made it to the threater, but Ill never go now thanks to the BS policy shared with me courtesy of assistant manager Jeanette. I purchased premiere tickets for Mulan before the virus hit. The movies release was postponed and so its impossible to see a movie not playing in a threater that will likely be shut down when we were even supposed to see it... that may not really be anyones fault, but it is least of all mine. Yet, Dos Lagos Theatres refused to give me a full refund, they kept their non-refundable deposit of $3, which I could understand if this was my choice and my change of plans, but it wasnt. It was their inability to provide the service/ goods I paid for. You might say oh its only $3, but $3 for what? They provided nothing for that $3. I hope theyre happy they kept it because for the price, theyve lost a family of customers for good and as a bonus they get this review that I will share and spread here on Yelp, Facebook and Twitter. I hope it was worth it.
Had a great time taking my two grandkids to the movie. Remembering to take them to the restroom then getting popcorn went great, but what I forgot was to grab the kiddy booster seat. They were not in front of the childrens movie door, instead they were down the hall. I can understand the general location so everyone has access but Just a thought to have them nearest the childrens Christmas movie.
It was nice not very crowded. Enjoyed it very much. Had a icee to drink and popcorn they had different flavoring for the popcorn and dont charge for it. When I was leaving one of the workers on the way out said to me did you get your refill on the icee. Nobody else does refills on icee. I was impressed.
The Concessions clerks were totally rude,lazy and gave me a hard time regarding my refills.

Great seats, great image and sound quality, and a fully stocked concessions bar offering everything from the standard hot dogs and popcorn to a selection of mixed drinks and specialty coffees. This has become my go-to theatre, especially during the week when they offer discounted ticket prices.

Concession line sooo long and slow I missed the beginning if the movie. Not the workers fault... they are understaffed.
If it is opened for the last showing they dont sell anything anymore which is definetely not ok . I am super upset about it because the movie is 2+ hours and sat there with no drinks or popcorn.

Came for the 8:30 showing. The manager decided not to come so everyone is just waiting outside. One person said his theater does this a lot. We already bought our tickets online. Employees said manager won’t be in until 9:30. Very unprofessional and bizarre.

Went in expecting to watch a film, got disappointment.1. The wrong film was played.2. They have assigned seating, making it difficult for people to find seating, thus interrupting the film once the straglers come in.3. They have a very specific audience in mind. If you are not the following you might notice it in the theater both in terms of staff and audience... Older, white, Christian.HOWEVER, their customer service is good. I tried to watch the same film twice. The first time I got it refunded because audience members came in once the film had started and were causing a comotion trying to get to their assigned seats. The second the incorrect film was played. Which is why Im giving them 3 stars.Unfortunately with that said I cant justify to myself spending money here.
Took 20 minutes in the concession line with only 2 people in front of me. Movie start time was 2:10, got in there at 2:15. Movie was already started. No previews at all. Lights in the theater stayed on until after 2:25. Very disappointed, will not be going back.
Prices are amazing and speakers are booming. Cant complain 10/10. My friends and family always come here for movies. Theaters are nice and clean and staff is friendly.

2022-07-31 15:43:06Starlight has the best deal of $5 on Tuesdays and Sundays before 6pm. We went on Sunday before noon and it wasnt crowded at all. Join the rewards, if you go often, free popcorn and drinks. The theater and restrooms were clean.**Included their summer $1 movie series flyer (during this event, $4 kid packs are sold which include small🍿, small drink, and candy). Recommend going early because it does get crowded. Kids 👍.

2023-07-29 06:51:22We had been planning to visit this movie theater for some time as there is the small shopping center a small walk away to enjoy before/after going to enjoy a film. we had gone to see barbie and the line was out the door just to get our tickets scanned. the staff moved quickly and we were inside sooner than i expected. i did notice the concession stand was a bit cramped and took longer to go through but that makes sense as they are making the snacks as they go. ultimately, the actual theater itself was great in regards to the sound, comfortable seats and the picture also looked good when projected.

Screen quality is very nice with there laser projector they use for certain movies is top notch. Wait times and lines can hold you back so always book online through them.

Sunday $5 before 6pm is NOT available on the kiosks and refused to help us on the front desk. Nice place, great prices. However, many times the theater was dirty and no one showed up to clean up after our movie. And no movie times on doors.Also, if you book online, they will charge you a booking fee of $7.00.They have issues with the memberships. And the kiosks dont take it. I asked for their help, nothing was done, just said to buy tickets in person outside... Not helpful...

Cmon I dont think is okay that now their policy is that for any refill they make you/us wait in line!! Like guys! We are watching the movie already. Took a little break to get our refill. Thats not cool to make us wait. They do that on purpose so we dont get our refill. Smart move from corporate. But now, because of that I take more of my Own snacks!!

2023-07-16 22:00:20Watched the first movie after opening....Bathrooms were ok, our sitting area had trash and gummy bears.... (I know this cause they got stuck under my shoe) bought popcorn and Skittles.Popcorn was cold...The movie sound was good.
