I have bern going to this store since it opened, several years ago. It is always clean in every area, well stocked, beat and well jept. The Managers are awesome, and run a tight ship! Employees are always courteous and neatly dressed and groomed. Rarely are they ever out of stock on items I use.. This is a great store!!!

Bakery staff isn’t the nicest. I asked if they could possibly be kind enough to draw a face on a cake pop I was purchasing from them for my 3 year old and I would gladly pay extra if I had to and the girl that was helping me apparently had to ask the main bakery supervisor or whatever and she said NO! I thought this was ridiculous and sad since they literally draw faces on cakes and cupcakes etc…but didn’t want to on a cake pop? Even though I offered to pay ? So disappointed!

Its convenient... only market in our area so they have quite a few products to cover a wide range of consumers... used to like their butcher department but the quality doesnt seem the same... maybe thats because hottingers is so much better

I spend a lot of money at this store, as we all do, and I am getting pretty tired of moldy potatoes, overripe avocadoes and grapes not being pulled from the shelves when each bag has been picked through. Im tired of the poor meat cutting and the amount of fat I get charged for when I buy a high dollar steak.Im tired of asking the baggers over and over again to stop stuffing my bags until theyre 15-20lbs. One kid put 4 half gallons of milk and coffee milk in one bag! Im 71 years old with arthritis, I cant carry them to my car let alone into my house. Its not like he cant see Im an older person.I do not want to trek any further away to another Stater Bros, only to encounter the same thing. I will say though, I notice no matter what business you patronize in the IE, you get indifference, incompetence and poor customer service form younger employees. Theyd better wake up and connect the dots of what I BUY to their paycheck. I can see why these kids bounce around from job to job because they cant keep them, but theres no excuse for managers to continue to ignore this trend. They fire one and hire another just as bad. The future IS DOOMED.

This sushi restaurant is amazing, the product is the most abundant Ive ever seen, very fresh, affordable, and the quality is not inferior to the one in the store.

Stater Brothers is clean grocery store. The floor is nice and shiny. Theres is a mess on the floor they clean it right up. The service is good and friendly there. You dont need to wait too long to get service there. Not too high for the food there. They have enough parking place there. Most the time its busy there way too long. The location is easy to find and great location on Euclid.👍🍞

Stater Brothers has a great selection of pet food.Better than my local Walmart or any other grocery . And of course cheaper than any of the specialty pet stores.This particular stater Brothers always has great produce with fair prices for their produce. Plenty of parking .

Always a pleasure to shop at stater bothers even though its in chino I loved it when it was on riverside drive in ontario.
