The staff is great, but omg....the lines. All registers have 7+ customers in line. Wish they had self checkout so I could get done faster, more registers open.The stock clerk Allan was very helpful in locating orange juice and the sushi rolls look fresh. The bakery cookies smell yummy. Everyone is working hard.

What happened here? They went from the BEST Staters to sub standard. The workers spend more time talking to each other in the aisles. Checkout is slower than ever and they typically talk to each other more than the customer. I truly feel like i am interrupting them. Maybe I will go back to 19th & archibald.

I never write reviews but I was concerned about the safety practices of the meat department. I shopped at this location on Saturday Febuary 25th. There were at least 3 packages of pork shoulder that were not properly wrapped so I had gotten pork blood on my hands. The next issue was that there were sealed container that had punctures in them. So I ended up taking 2 packs of foster farm wings that were labled with a sell by date of 11/03. I went to use the wings yesterday on 02/28 and one pack smelled completely rank. I threw them away. I will never buy meat from this location again. There is definitely a lack of quality control at this location.

This is the newest stater brothers around. This place is clean and friendly. As with other stores, they are also frequently out of needed items but we know that’s because most people go crazy and over stock at home. This store is modern/new and properly staffed. My wife and I enjoy shopping at this location even though there is a closer location to our house.

New to the area so this is my new stater bros spot and love it. Shopping center is clean and easy to find parking and curbside pick up here is a breeze. They had all my groceries organized and neatly packed and Stephanie was super pleasant loading up my car. Its simple things like nice customer service that will make this my grocery store for years to come.

This store is big and beautiful, but the customer service is horrible. We were very excited when they built this store. We needed a Stater Bros on this side of Alta Loma. You know, there are a few nice cashiers, but not enough to keep me coming back. Ill just keep going to the Stater Bros on 19th. The customer service there is excellent!!!! I live closer to Day Creek, but forget about it!!!!

If you use cash don’t come here!! I went in today and paid with cash because I haven’t went to the bank and was tired. They have a machine right in front of them to check counterfeits he uses it but then proceeded to look me up and down checks it against the light as well and calls 2 other ppl to verify the bill. I am not upset that they had to verify the bill. What I’m upset is to what extent that they made me feel soo discriminated today. After the bill of course came out real like the machine had said in the first place he proceeded to telling ooh we received a fake the other day.

I live and shop here in RC. This Stater Bros seems to be going through changes. New faces and no personal attention to customer’s existence what so ever.The checker spent the entire purchase chatting with a coworker not saying hello, how are you. Then the magic happened, “that will be $70.23.” Last words spoken from checker.I stood in disbelief that these employees have taken what Staters used to be about (friendly service) into a socialnightmare of pay the freaking bill and leave. The sign out front says full service, No, it’s just full of, well you know. Sorry to be so blunt but this store needs to grow up and acknowledge the people who keep their jobs alive.Sadly disgruntled!!

I live very close to this Stater Bros. So I go here a lot. They have very friendly staff and always have the foods and other products like non food items in stock. I may get busy during major holidays. Especially Super Bowl, but the lines go fast. I go here after school to get a small snack and it is nice and peaceful. One time when I was there that makes this place amazing with its staff is one time, I was short on some cents, nut the cashier had spare change and paid the rest of the price. It was amazing that there are some good cashiers in this store.

This store is new, clean, and the selection of inventory is great. I really wish they didnt get rid of the fresh orange juice machine that was in the back. Stumbled upon it one week and loved it but it was gone when I went to get more a week later. I think more people would have enjoyed it if it was more visible. Ralphs and Sprouts are closer to me and that OJ was what made me want to go a little further out of my way to do my shopping.

Having shopping at Day creek since they opened. Never had a bad bad experience until today. At the deli counter there were 3 employees standing around. Had to ask for help. The clerk that helped me asked what l needed. Told her 1/2 lbs, had to stop her. She was busy taking and not paying attention. The newest location on Day Creek and Baseline is great for the elderly and handicapped. There are plenty of employees to assist and lots of sit down carts are always available. The shelves are stocked and the meat, produce and deli departments are well stocked and clean. I love the produce department is well managed. No damaged or old fruit and vegetables in this store. The staff shows pride in this store 7 days week.

The associate, Joanna M, was the kindest person I have met during my three-month stay in California. She was kind and recommended things and didn’t bat an eye at the litany of toppings I was asking for. Great sandwich, great price, and great employees.

This is my favorite stater bros in the area. Staff is very nice and the store is maintained well. There is only one issue. I usually see pets/ emotional support animals in the shopping carts in the store. Service dogs are the only animals that are permitted in a grocery store, per ADA regulations.

Great location and usually great staff. But tonight the cashier was rude. Older white lady with red hair. She forgot to put some stuff in my bags and said heres your receipt, bye. And I didnt notice that, until I got home. :/ Staters usually has exceptional service, especially the cashiers. So bummed I paid for stuff I didnt even get.

Had to walk away from the loser who made it his mission to mess with me over a simple request for meat at the deli counter. That kid needs to be fired yesterday. Someone at corporate needs to intervene in the running of this store and a manager needs to babysit that group. I see other reviews saying a similar thing - not shocked.

I just ran into the store to pick up a couple things. It was busy but comfortable. I walked right up to the register and I was checked out quickly.This was GREAT, ESPECIALLY since its raining. It was crazy in there! I had never been to this Stater Bros before but it is the most aesthetically pleasing yet. Pretty well organized from what I could see. The staff had every checkout lane open and they were putting in work! Lines had a minimum of 6 to 9 folks waiting with carts. Hats off to all the employees during this hectic holiday season!

I live nearby and this is my regular grocery store besides sprout. I just stopped by to buy gift cards $425 at different cards for my employees instead go to CVS. When I check out, the cashier Marcus had poker face to me and do the regular credit check to ask me the ID and credit card to show him..... That I completely understand.... but when I showed him, he even not paid attention and told me the LAST name different from credit card ... the credit card not match! He treated me like fraud person with discrimination attitude. After I told him he overlooked my first name on my ID as the last name.... then he just realized not even apologized and just process the transaction with poker face. I really don’t like his service ....It’s really bad feeling that made me feel that I can not afford such small amount for the gifts to my employees! 😱🤷‍♂️😡

Real shame because this is stock and selection wise the best Stater Bros in the area.However there are literally multiple people asking or demanding money in the parking lot at any given time. Some straight up ask, some give you elaborate lies and all get extremely rude and/or aggressive when you say no. And they will all ask you while following you to your car. Real close to just continuing to shop at other stores that dont have such a bad parking lot.

This location on Day Creek has every item and service you can imagine. For bicycling shoppers there are multiple modern bike racks set in concrete near the store entrance and throughout the plaza. Also right at the Pacific Electric Bike trail crossing. Super convenient.

I am very disappointed in this store. I bought a spiral ham today for dinner and after one bite realized the ham was no good. It had a sour taste. Ive made many hams through the years so I know it was cooked correctly. We planned on having this after my sons tball practice because theres no time to cook after. I contacted the store and all they could do was reimburse me for the ham. That doesnt help with the fact that I have a family to feed and its already late. I will not shop there again. Ill keep going to Ralphs right up the street.

Went to my favorite Staters this morning to get the last minute meat for todays festivities. I usually buy meat from the butcher but the butcher told me about the 10 burgers for 10 dollar special which was good as the meat behind the counter. Trusting him I said thankyou so much I will buy. So I bought.....big mistake. When we put the burgers on the grill they literally shrunk to slider size burgers. I was so upset and disappointed. I had buns that overpowered these little burgers and grown men I had to feedSo disappointed in Staters for advertising this meat and the butcher who I trust pushing it. This is one of the newest Stater Bros. in the neighborhood and let me tell you its jammed pack with stuff.When you walk in through the right side of the store the sushi parlor is stationed right in front of you with the deli and bakery to your right. If you keep walking towards the fruit section you will also find Stater Bros own little flower shop with its own register. Walk a little further and you come across the fruit bar where two staff members sit behind a glass cutting fruit and packaging it right in front of you!!! Talk about fresh, all the fruit packaging has dates of when its cut. Their meat selection is enormous, and the alcohol selection is no slim pickings.Im really excited to finally have a Stater Bros. close to home where I can pick up their famous gourmet burgers and slap them on the grill on demand.
