2023-11-05 16:32:04I visited this place recently and had an ok experience. It opens pretty early, which is a plus for early birds like me. While the parking lot structure requires payment, there are minimal alternatives nearby. Be prepared to join a line even before it opens; its that popular! The coffee is decent and satisfies your caffeine cravings. I tried the everything cream cheese croissant, and theyll warm it up if you ask. Its just okay, not exceptional. The inside of the shop is small but very interesting with its 3D-inspired art, making it a unique spot to enjoy your coffee.

2023-11-06 04:32:22Hands down some of the beat coffee ever. Literally touched down from Tokyo at 0830 at LAX and drove straight here. I can honestly say it is on par with what I was drinking in Kyoto and Tokyo... where I was drinking Glitch coffee everyday. And the burrito?!?! The chipotle hot sauce makes it. I am sure the other locations are great- but this is the one.

2023-07-28 04:21:47This is a cute small coffee shop with minimal indoor seating and outdoor tables. The staff was friendly and recommended I try the popular Madagascar Vanilla Latte, so I went for that with Almond milk. I also ordered the Brioche breakfast sandwich (but I removed the bacon). The house made hot sauce was delicious. It tasted like a spicy chipotle sauce. The avocado spread on the sandwich tasted great and the texture was just right to go with the scrambled egg. The scrambled egg was almost like a patty but tasted good nonetheless. Overall, Id definitely come back here as they have a lot of good breakfast options.

2023-07-24 18:10:24Their morning coffee was disgusting. Monkey pull apart bread was sooo dry, like it was sitting out for a long time. For these prices, I expected at least some basic standards. Only thing good was the service, the guy working at the front was very nice. Limited outlets for charging, only 1 table had an outlet available. This table was super wobbly though, and it was hard to do work on it. I wouldn’t recommend this place

2023-07-04 17:50:35Summary: Cute spot, with nice outdoor seating, easy parking with free validation. Has lots of great drink options and all-day breakfast but a bit pricey for the food items. They have a wide variety of unique and delicious premium beverage options including: Teas, Lattes, lemonades, Pour Overs, Coffees, Milks etc... For example: Lychee Peach Black Tea, Jasmine Blueberry, Chai Milk, Ceremonial Matcha tea/milk, Madagascar Vanilla Latte, Mexican Coffee with a hint of cinnamon. I LOVE Matcha and tried their Medium Matcha Milk, which comes pre-sweetened and substituted with Oat Milk. Here are all the milk options: Whole, Half & Half, Oat, Almond, Myracle. It was some of the BEST regular matcha lattes Ive had. Keep in mind I like my Matcha sweet and it was perfect to my liking. But they did have ceremonial Matcha if you like that instead! One downside is that the breakfast items are a bit pricey for example, their popular breakfast burrito (Scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, avocado aioli, Mexican mix cheese) cost $16.25 +tax.As for the atmosphere, the Newport location is around 500sq feet, but it is aesthetically pleasing and has lots of outdoor seating. They utilize an indoor/outdoor layout where they fully open the accordion doors to create a continuous flow. There is a large parking garage and they validate up to 2 hours of free parking! Oh, and Free Wifi. The Ceilings have a very interesting abstract 3D panting, you can even put on the 3D glasses to enjoy its full artistry.Lets be Friends on IG: @VKB1031

2023-02-11 18:42:05I very much enjoyed both the food and staff at this place. The customer service was wonderful, I could tell that people genuinely enjoyed interacting with their guests. I can see why this place is gaining such a loyal following. The food was good and I particularly enjoyed the pastry with custard and passion fruit jelly on the top. The staff member behind the counter offered to heat it up and BOY, that was the right call. Very good!

2022-10-29 04:38:46I love Stereoscope and no matter which location you go, you can expect excellent coffee and attentive service. Newport Beach is no exception. I visited the shop a few times and always had a great time! This is also the more special location out of Stereoscopes four coffee shops in LA/OC.For one, there is a lunch menu at Newport Beach, serving burrito and toasts before 3pm. Its a great addition to coffee, tea and pastry that Stereoscope already offers. I tried both the burrito and the lox toast, fresh and delicious.More over, the shop itself is a reason to visit. This award winning design is clean, refreshing, and features a 3D ceiling painting, transferred from a Renaissance style underwater photography. There are 3D glasses at the store for viewing, but even with naked eyes I cant stop looking at the ceiling.Last but not least, the coffee shop opens to a large patio and garden area that are part of the office park where the shop situates in. Its open and sunny, such a wonderful outdoor dining environment and experience.

2023-05-30 16:50:23Stereoscope coffee left me disappointed. The latte was overly milky, and the cold brew had an unpleasant sourness. Perhaps its just a matter of personal taste. However, the interior was clean and they offered outside seating.

2023-04-29 20:07:55Located in the LEED Gold building at 100 Bayview, the Stereoscope Coffee has won restaurant & cafe design award. The murals at the wall and roof looks interesting like in a doom of European cathedral. Shop is not big but Coffee taste great!

2023-12-05 23:36:56I got a tiny $4 “fresh squeezed” orange juice. Juice was so bitter and sour, quite undrinkable. When I brought it back to the staff, all they said to me flatly was that oranges weren’t in season and that the juice was “final sale”. Orange season actually started this month and if it tastes so bad why sell it? Also I feel like asking me if I wanted to swap it out with something else would have been better customer service and would have also cost them very little. I expected more from this place and I’m disappointed. Pastries there are also pretty but not that good. 2 stars because I had tea that was pretty good one time.
