Came to eat here pretty close to closing with my brothers. I ordered a salmon Burger, normally when you order salmon burgers it’s served with salmon Pattie’s that are frozen, not sure why these seemed different but they almost seemed fresh. It could be the company they get themFrom or just because they are fresh, but I loved it! We also got some sweet Thai chili wings and we were all like “damn these are good!”. We also had some chili cheese fries and was not disappointed. All the food was good! And staff was efficient.

We love this place!! We literally drive 20 minutes just to get this veggie burger. It is so flavorful and amazing. It is hands down one of the best veggie burgers I have ever had. The fries are always crispy and so good.Definitely order over the phone before getting there. It usually takes about 25-30 minutes for the burgers to be ready so we always call at home before going. Then, its always ready when we arrive.

Stopped here with my mom I got the Harvey burger and add bacon. The bbq bacon cheese fries were delicious as well. Will definitely be going back. The worker she was very nice and helpful.

These burgers are very good. The food is made to order. From burgers, fries to chicken wings. This place is good. Ive had a few different burgers and they dont disappoint. The chili cheese fries are good. They dont have an indoor seating area which is needed. The outdoor seating area is small.

They have really amazing burgers & fries, better than any fast food place! It’s definitely worth a try it’ll become one of your favorite spots. My only complaint is that they’ve been messing up my burger order almost everytime I go, it’s still tastes great but would like to get my correct order

The food is amazing. The only thing that bothers me is that when I get the wing fries and ALWAYS make them mango habanero Ive been doing it for like 2 plus years and the cashier girl ALWAYS tells me. We cant do that but well do it this time like what ?? Ive been doing that. Why does she keep telling me that. These are the mango fries literally 2 years ago. Delicious!

This is one of Downeys best hidden restaurants! I LOVEEE the Salmon burger its so delicious and savory! If you pair it with some bacon, ranch and cheese fries you will be in for the best treat! I recommended this place to everyone at my office!

The burgers are excellent. The service was friendly. You cant really sit and eat there. All they have is an outside bar area with a few chairs. Its really more of a take-home and eat it place, but the burgers are worth it.

Had a carpenter BBQ burger each outstanding taste crispy bacon. Done the way we wanted. Garlic Parmesan fries. Strawberry lemonade soda and a Strawberry soda. Outstanding meal. Good price I would definitely do this again.

Was on my want to try LA food spots and was definitely worth the trip out to them. The burgers were delicious. Even the wings were perfectly crispy. The animal style fries were a direct hit. If you dislike in-n-out fries but what something similarly prepared these are for you. Even the spread/sauce is indistinguishable from In-n-out.

I never review food places but this place definitely deserves one. Their service is great, they are very friendly. I’m not sure if it is the owner or manager that I interact with frequently when I’m there but he’s extremely kind.The burgers are incredible. Only place that can compete with In n Out.

This is not a normal status quo burger joint. Its the quintessential hole in the wall.This burger can compete with the best of them. Lots of flavor, big in size with plenty of options. If you have already been here, you know what im talking about. If not, the next time youre craving a great burger made just the way you like it, get on over to Stewart and Grub. Its worth the wait.

We got the Grub Burger, Buffalo Wings and fries. Burger was excellent, great quality and very tasty. Not your standard burger stand burger. Wings were very good. Not as crispy as Id hoped, but it might be because we got it to go, so they got a little soggy on the way home. But even so, still really good, and the sauce was delicious. The fries were average and for the price, I thought the serving would be bigger. But overall, we really liked it. Food was fresh and cooked to order, and service was great.

Im a burger girl all the way. So many places boast of having great burgers, but Stewart & Grub actually has GREAT burgers and tasty fries! The ingredients were fresh and the patty was seasoned well. We went thinking this place was going to be very good because of the reviews but it was not what I expected at all. The burger was good but not amazing just average. We did not get that much bacon on the burger and it tasted very oily. The drink was expensive and it was basically just carbonated water with flavor expected a awesome lemonade. The fries were average too and you dont get much quantity. The overall price was $30 we thought it was very pricey.

Id been meaning to check this spot out for a while based on its great reviews, but I was hesitant since its a burger spot and Im vegetarian. I was pleased to find out that they can substitute burgers with veggie patties. Here are my take-always: Cons: outside seating only, no restroom for customers, 50 cent charge for using card Pros: yummy veggie burger, everything tasted fresh, crinkle-cut fries were delish Would definitely recommend!

Food was delicious! The handmade drinks were really good (should have requested light ice). The menu had good options to choose from, though it was difficult to tell what was included on each because there wasnt much detail.The staff was friendly, but they seemed like they were in a hurry. My friend and I ordered separately, but the gave us our food at the same time without telling us which was which. I asked but it got confusing when they pushed out the drinks and I asked the same question. We ended up eating each others burgers. It may have been more helpful if they handed us her food and drink then handed me mine.It was a Thursday night and there was very little parking in the area, but we arrived when a guy in a small back ally was leaving.We also werent expecting outdoor seating, so we had to go back to the car after ordering so my friend could grab a jacket.I give it 4 stars because of how good the food was when we switched our burgers back. Once you know what to expect from this place, its a good place to eat.

Burgers are fresh and delicious, the wings are amazing. They only have outdoor seating and it’s very limited but the food makes up for it. The Staff is friendly, the wait is a little long but worth it. No other burger joint around is better. Go try for yourself.You won’t regret it.

This is a little hole in the wall burger joint. Their food is delicious. I love the Weird Al-Spicy Veggie Burger. It has buffalo sauce and jalapenos. Yummy. Try subbing the Veggie patty with the Salmon patty...double yummy 😋. Note: This burger a bit soggy because there is a lot of sauce on it...but it still tastes great!

We tried two burgers here The Harvey and The Weird AlThe Harvey was juicy and the hamburger quality is super. You can tell from your first bite the meat is fresh and not frozen.The Weird Al veggie burger is also delicious, the buffalo sauce and the spicy kepchup gives this burger a fantastic flavor.Highly recommend this place. Just be aware that they take 15 to 20 minutes to make your order.

I ordered cherry pop and it was delicious, it actually had cherries at the bottom (reminds me of Friscos). My drink was free since I checked in with Yelp. They also have alcohol at this location, next time I go I will try a drink. As far as the burgers and fries go, they are absolutely delicious. I ordered the Harvey burger and it practically melts in your mouth.

Ive been here several times and have almost always had a pleasant experience.One evening I got here at 15 til close, light still shining Open but when i got to the window, I was told they had already started cleaning and were closed.I explained I have worked in both retail management and the food industry as both a line cook and chef. That closing and clean up doesnt occur until closing time or the last customers order is cooked.I was told not my problem by an employee.The food here IS good and generally customer service is above average. But after this experience, I dont know if Ill be back. I have shared my experience with family member who used to go as well, and they are supporting to not go any longer as well.Wish management would contact me and make it right. I left a contact number that night, but have yet to receive a call.Pictures of them Open, which was promptly turned off at 9:53pm after debating with the self proclaimed manager on duty.

Honestly, I was a little iffy about the place but I gave it a try anyways.....WOW! I ordered tge Grub burger grub style and it was no disappointment. Every bite of that burger you can taste the seasoned angus patty, crisp dark green lettuce, the sweet and tasty secret sauce ( compare to Thousand island but better) it had a ridiculous amount of flavor. I recommend grabing some yellow peppers as well. The fries are the fries that are crisp on the outside but soft on the inside and seasoned to perfection. The burger is way under priced and anywhere else is would be a 18 dollar burger. I only $7 and some change for it including ranch. Customer service was excellent as well! I live out of town, out of county at that but im definatly going to return. I highly recommend this place!!!!
