Sticky Rice Chinese Bistro & Bar in Fairfield

Their services is immaculate! They have amazing food! Their services are quick (how quick? Quicker than a fast food resturant). The place is already clean. The staff are all friendly. They all wear masks (even though its not necessary anymore).I recommend getting the walnut prawns and Mongolian beef.This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Solano County! Go try them out!!

Since it opened back up the food has been even better than before. The basil chicken has amazing flavor and if you go for the lunch special the price in right. This is my new lunch spot!

This was the first time coming to this beautiful restaurant, me and my family love this place. Clean and beautiful inside, food was really good and service was good also. Great atmosphere, we will definitely be coming back to this place in the near future.

Terrible terrible terrible. Absolutely terrible. I ordered the same thing I always do the Asian chicken salad and it was delivered. All of the lettuce was brown and slimy and the chicken is supposed to have this yummy flavor no taste and it’s like eating pieces of cardboard. absolutely terrible. I tried to contact management and she brushed me off and didn’t care.The photo below what is with no dressing everything you see wet is just grease

My second time here. The ambience was nice, but the food..ehhhhh. Seemed generic. They had 2 huge parties the night I was there. We were told they ran out of glasses-Im not sure why that was mentioned. Our server was nice and she was working pretty hard considering the pressure she was under. I think the square tables throughout should be slightly bigger or the food should be on combined plates.Leaves very tight quarters for eating.

1st visit. Loved everything thing about this place except I wasnt able to locate non-alcoholic drinks anywhere on the menu. I missed that they serve thai tea & that is one of my favs. Will definitely be back

I truly hate leaving bad reviews on businesses but I just cant let this one slide again. I absolutely loathe bad customer service. When my wife and I arrived, there was no wait which was exciting because it was Sunday and I was really hungry. Sticky Rice is my normal go-to restaurant because the food is always good. Once we got to our table, the hostess told us that our server would be with us shortly. 5 minutes passed, no service. 8 minutes passed, no service. By now, Im started to get a little aggravated. By this time, another family came and sat not too far from us and the young lady who was supposed to be serving us walked right passed us, looked right at us and went and served the other family. Im not going to say racism was involved but the optics of it damn sure made us feel like it did because the family that came in 10 minutes after us were Asian. This is the second time this has happened to us and it will be the last. That is piss poor service. I am going to miss the good food there but in no way am I going to continue to give my money to a place that have waitresses like that. I wish I had more hands because Id give this place 4 thumbs down.

This place is very secluded but worth the find. It is located next to the beautiful Cordelia Library. It is a very beautiful restaurant with kind and attentive staff. They serve well portioned plates and have a great bar. Theyre pork pot stickers were very delicious. The chow mein they offer has 3 types of meat (beef, chicken, and prawns). The chow mein was so good I wish I wouldve ordered some to go. They have a variety of choices and even vegetarian options. Next time I go I definitely want to sit outside on their beautiful patio.

Food was ok. But the service was not.Julie was very rude and was busy serving at the bigger table ($600, the amount she mentioned herself)The lady who was supposed to be serving us, her name was Julie. She took our order. We were 5 people including 2 young children waiting for food. We could see all the food going in the private party area and wait was more than usual. I stopped Julie when she was passing by our table (at least 10 times by now!) I asked her is the food coming? Her reply was something I have never heard in service industry ever. She said yes it is coming, Im busy serving there, they ordered food worth $600 I was beyond offended, didnt leave because my children were really hungry, and I knew that food was ok as we have eaten there 3 times before, just never had Julie serving us!I would not go to this restaurant again.

Took a while to try this place but totally worth it. Swing on by give it a try. Staff and cooks are amazing and friendly.
