Stockpot in Vallejo

Ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (BBH), Rice Clay Pot & Spicy Tamarind Chicken Wings. The BBH was okay, different from other restaurants. The Rice Clay Pot was good. The tamarind chicken wings were delicious. Would recommend the Rice Clay Pot & Tamarind Chicken Wings, but for me personally; I wouldnt order the BBH again. Not that it was not good, just not what I am used to. However, if you havent tried the BBH; you should try it. Enjoy!Update: 03/31/2023Ordered the BBH again today to make sure my taste buds werent tripping, but unfortunately; same result. Note to self: please skip the BBH at Stockpot and only order the Tom Yum soup. Anywho, another great visit. 👍Update: 09/14/2023We have visited here many times before the last review, but didnt provide the updates. In any event, today; we ordered the Seafood Pho, Cambodian Noodle Soup (Kuy Teav Phnom Penh) & Spicy Tamarind Chicken Wings. The Seafood Pho was tasty. I didnt really need to add a lot of the condiments. The Cambodian Noodles was also another one of our favorite. The pork heart has its own unique taste and we love it! Until next time...

A hidden gem. Once you walk in, the staff greeted you and ask if you want to dine in or takeout. They had tables far apart to make you feel more comfortable while dining in. The place is very clean and kept up. Food was excellent. The sandwiches was tasty with the porkmeat. The bread was crunchy and still warm. The garlic noodle had the garlic aroma with the taste of butter. The pork loin was thinly sliced and panfried which was very flavorful. The tamarind chicken was crispy and had a familiar taste I Couldnt figure out but it was good. The Cambodian beef skewer are the bomb. I couldve eaten more if I ordered more. If you like deep fried pork belly, this was well cooked, not greasy. Overall, I would order takeout again. Also noticing that lot of people were picking up food as we were at the parking lot. So I figure they are doing very well.

Wow. Hidden gem. Stopped off on the way back from Napa and this place was so legit. Banh Mi had super fresh bread and the perfect blend of filling. And the Cambodian soup was excellent. Light sweetness and extremely flavourful. This is a must visit.

Food was very homey and delicious. The crispy pork belly was tender and crispy. The dining area is very clean. I would eat here again.

I just discovered this place, it was really tasty Pho, I ordered the spicy beef pho and it gave me pansita vibes (Mexican dish) I will most definitely come back for more.

First time I try this place the have the most delicious Grill Chicken Banh Mi, bread was fresh all the ingredients were so tasty I totally recommend this place...You had to try it!

Got the Lemongrass Ban Mi sandwich and the Cambodian noodle soup to go and it hit all the spots. Decent prices and I had my food within 10 minutes of ordering. I ate so much I passed out and just woke up with the beef sweats. Definitely going back.

Cambodian noodles was on point, reminds me of my mom phnom penh noodles 🔥🔥

Finally I can get Banh Mi in VallejoHave tried chicken and roast pork and also tried first time cha ba mau a dessert drinkYummy. Well lit clean, excellent service, check it out. Can’t wait to try other items

This place was a pleasure to find. I called in my order and spoke to a very nice young lady.She answered all my questions and was very through. Our food was ready for pick up in 20 minutes.We were delighted with our food. I had garlic noodles with tofu🍜 and Vietnamese coffee. ☕️My husband had a delicious rice bowl 🍛with Thai Iced tea. 🧋I highly recommend and will order agian
