Great tasting food and good service both inside and at the take-out. We usually call ahead and bring home dinner for the family. Were usually told (even during busy hours) that it will be ready in 15 minutes, but were usually early and its always ready. They double-check your order with you before you leave which is nice.They are a bit on the pricey side, but the food has never disappointed us. We usually order the BBQ Tri-Tip Salad that comes with a variety of items, BBQ sauce and Ranch dressing and some crunchy chips which you mix together at home.Theres a few parking spaces reserved for take-out on the south side of the restaurant which makes it quite a bit easier. We eat here 2-3 times a month!

I have been going to this Stonefire for years but this experience was horrible. I paid over $100 for a family meal. 2 chicken breasts which of course they upcharged me for because I wanted boneless, and the worst part was the Tri Tip was not tender at all. It was hard and chewy. Not the quality I am used to but as of late I have been disappointed but this was the worst by far. I ended up throwing 70% of it out. Cant seem to attach the picture of what I had to throw out but if anyone at Stonefire is listening, I would love to share it. No one in the family would touch it. The BBQ chicken salad was good as usual. Really disappointed and I am not sure if I will go back.Jeff

Food servce was slow. Mac n cheese was dry and tastless. Tasted like plain macaroni noodles. No observable cheese. Tri tip that was ordered well done was still pink, barely any barbeque sauce. To go order placed while we were there took 40 min. They forgot the carrot cake for the to go order. Had to wait another 10 minutes for that while the to go order got cold. Tables were bussed but not wiped down. Poor showing at a once quite good resturaunt.

To those who are planing to go eat at Sizzler Woodland Hills CA. Please be aware of this big container of ice with drinks inside. My son slip when we walk passby the cashier. We didnt know theres water spill so he slip and bump his head on the cashier table. I feel so bad. The manager took care of our dinner but its not safe to have that big container where people walk and order thier food. They should put a mat or something if something spill from it. I wanted to scream at them but they apologize right away. I hope my son will not have bruise on his head and knees. I know it will show after the day. Urgh!

Their coleslaw is great, and the salads are good, but, no onion means no onion. It is really frustrating to get your meal home and find extra onion on an order where you asked for none. In order to dig it all out of the salad Id have to get rid of a lot of the salad. And then for the person packaging it to mark it off as complete, when clearly there is a bunch of onion sitting in the corner and under the toppings it really makes you wonder what they are looking at when they package up the order. It certainly was not the receipt or the food.

Showed up at lunch on Sunday and too many people standing in line, deciding what they want, and it took way too long just to make an order. The food was OK. Service was not good. They would drop something off at your table and if you needed something you’d have to go back in and find someone and you don’t really have a designated server. They had the lunch special sign up, but there’s no lunch specials available on Sunday.

For years, this was thePlace to go for me and my family. Any Holiday, birthdays, anniversaries or any other occasion, Stonefire Grill was are priority Restaurant. Lately, Dont know exactly what happened, the quality, the taste of food and customer service is not the same anymore. Went there yesterday again, because my kids insisted it, pasta was raw, no dressing on salad, most of the food was cold.Sure I will miss this Restaurant, but I will not go there anymore. Neither I would recommend it my friends and family.

I told my partner Im gonna take him there because it was so good. I am such a fan of Stonefire Grill! I decided to drop in to try something new..needed something quick that you dont get thru a drive-thru. I got the BBQ chicken wrap with mashed potatoes. I intended to save the second half but simply could not help but devour in one sitting. Christian gave excellent customer service & solid recommendations. Meal was priced just right.*They do not advertise the Stimulus Deal but ask for it!! An amazing dinner to feed your family for under $30!! Thank me later ;-)

Had a nice day with my mother on law for mothers day. The ribs and tri tip were good. The bread sticks were missing garlic and flavor and the Caesar salad needed more dressing as it had barely any taste. The mash potatoes were very dry. I used to love Stonefire grill but in the last couple years the quality has gone downhill. Almost every time I place an order, it ends up being wrong and I have to send it back or something is missing.This evening I ordered a Salad for dine in and a tri-tip meal to go. Initially they brought my to-go meal and I asked about the dine in meal. They said it would be right out. It turns out they forgot to make it and I had to remind them twice because they forgot again.While I was waiting for my salad I checked my togo order and they forgot the side of mash potatoes and the tri-tip was almost all fat so they had to remake and bring me my side of mash potatoes (I had to follow up with them twice on the missing mash potatoes)I did speak to the manager and he was very apologetic and I do appreciate that. So we decided for the third time this pandemic to give this place a try. It’s literally walking distance from my house and the food is fantastic. But the two stars is because they have a bunch of kids working there who absolutely don’t know what they’re doing.Like Groundhog Day we put in an order, get an order number, get a time to pick up our order, get there, and the order can’t be found. So we literally wait 45 minutes for them to cook our food. This is the third time it has happened. So I know the first two times weren’t a mistake and based on a lot of the reviews this happens to many people. Do not go there if you’re in a hurry and expect to get your food right away. You will have to wait the cooking time to get your food. Then what was really frustrating is people would come in order, they would leave before we did. The manager would offer to make us our pizza over again, but then the rest of the food would be cold. Don’t go there guys if you’re in a hurry that’s all I Gotta say.

Honestly worst place to dine inWe called in to see if they took reservations they said no that the line was out the door, asked how long the wait was to be seated he mentioned 10 mins .We arrived and it was empty, we were waiting to get seated and the cashier said We can seat ourselves we just had to order and pay upfront .We ordered and I asked the cashier if I can have the tri tip well done and cut very thin and she said its usually thin and I mentioned when I order to go its not, thats why Im asking if u can add it in the notes . She then went on and said they usually cut it thin hopefully it comes thin . I was like just wow. We paid we tipped and we sat and they gave us a cup to go get a fountain drink then we noticed they had plates and utensils and we figured we had to get our OWN napkins utensils plate and dipping sauce . Defeats the purpose of dining in a restaurant and paying so much money . We received the pasta and tri tip and there was no Parmesan cheese. They have employees like crazy but when it came time for us to ask for something they would ignore us . We ended up taking our food to go . The boxes were so flimsy the box that had our pasta ripped and fell in the parking lot .We were so over in coming out to dine I do not recommend at all .

I can’t speak for all Stonefire Grill restaurants, but the one located on Victory and Fallbrook in West Hills is consistently INCREDIBLE!! Very well managed with clearly a requirement for exceptional customer service, because every time I visit, I get nothing less than exemplary customer service! This particular visit I had their baby back ribs, which are so tender and juicy, the meat was falling off the bone. You can taste the smoky flavor in each bite. I also love their Caesar salad. Their dressing is amazing! I’ve also had their lemon garlic grilled chicken breast and garlic mashed potatoes, which is to die for!! Mom and I love getting bbq. to go from here. They have a lot to choose from. The salads are amazingly varied. They have tasty dressings. The chicken is tender and juicy.. even the breast meat! So why only 4stars? If it is the weekend (sometimes during the week) and dinnertime the wait can be 20 minutes or more for to go. If for some reason the order is wrong add another 15/20 minutes. Make sure you have the person repeat your order back to you! We cant always wait this long to eat so we have to plan to eat from here early. Also our one complaint is that the garbanzo beans in the salad are like dry crunchy pellets. This means they havent been soaked well enough before cooking and are not fully cooked.

Stonefire food is pretty good and so is the service, well at least the times I have dined inside. However, I recently made an order on the phone and was quoted 25 minutes. I got their in 30 minutes yet still waited another 15 minutes for my order. I went up to the employee and asked him to check on my order and it had been sitting right there on the shelf with all the other takeout items! By the time I got home, which is only about 5 minutes down the street, our food was lukewarm at best. That defeats the purpose of phone ordering if you ask me.

We had an awful experience when ordering food from this restaurant and found that there pasta dishes were very dry with very little sauce and when we asked for additional sauce they made us pay for it which we did and then when we got to our home after driving all the way to the restaurant and back there was no sauce in the package which we had paid for which made the pasta un-edible... They gave us a credit for the pasta and the sauce which we went back the next day to use the credit in exchange for a simple rack of ribs which was basically the same price of the credit that we had and then they came out and told us the price that was showing on the Internet on this website is incorrect and its $4 more and when we showed them the Internet price that is showing on their website they made up an excuse and said well were not gonna honor that price. She went inside, came back outside but never came back to my car to update me or check in again. My co worker and I decided to stop by for lunch we ordered separately but at the same time. his food came out really fast (we ordered same thing) I was sure my food would come right after it did not. People who had ordered after me had already received their food. I waived a waiter down and she said it would be out shortly. shortly turned into 30min after my co worker had received his meal and was done eating. My wife has had great experiences in the past with stonefire grill. But tonight we had a pretty poor experience. First they got our phone order wring which meant our food sat there even longer than normal, everything was cold when we got home (about a 5 minute drive home). The worst part is my sons hamburger was burnt to the point of being inedible. I called the store and they offered to refund the cost of the burger, but that obviously didnt help with our ruined dinner. They also screwed up my wifes order and the Mac and cheese wasnt as good as its been in the past. The Tri-tip was good however the ribs tasted like they were prepared several days ago and reheated. Cole slaw is more like cabbage with peanuts in balsamic vinegar. I consider this akin to a Ponderosa. I would not return.

Weve been eating at Stonefire for years (before it changed the name from Wildfire Grill in Valencia). This is the first and only time Ive had a complaint. The new traditional turkey sandwich is NOT good. The bread looked good, but when I tried eating the bread, it was so dry I could hardly swallow it down. I ended up eating only part of the turkey, which was also dry, drier than turkey should be. I talked to a supervisor. I was told I should ask for another type of bread !?!?!? I disliked this item. The other menu choices are good.

Horrible customer service. Employees cant be bothered to help new customers. Definitely wont be back again. Avoid this place go to the olive garden next door. If I could give zero stars I would.

Waaaayy too busy to enjoy eating there. Hard to find a table. Asked for my salad to be tossed and it wasnt, they forgot my bread and the portion of salmon on my salad was tiny and over cooked.

Excellent food and good service. The Salmon entree and the tri tip dinner were both delicious. The only problem was that it was kind of warm and not so comfortable.

Salads are always very fresh and tasty. The only reason I down-graded is that the delicious breadsticks are not served hot anymore, even when requested.

The stupidity running through this restaurant is infuriating.EVERYTIME I come here I have to wait 30 minutes for food that I ordered ahead of time and they tell me it will be ready when I arrive. IT NEVER IS!! HIW HARD IS IT TO MAKE AND BAG FOOD!!!! Idiots.

I actually went to Stonefire grill thinking I wouldnt like it. I was yhere in the past and was not a fan of the ordering process nor the food.How things change. I still am not a fan of the ordering process but the food wss great. I loved all the healthy choices. I hadthe Keen Green salad. Delicious. I will be back.

The meat is cooked to perfection and the peice is relatively cheap compared to other places. Watch out for the breadsticks though, they can ruin your calorie count!

Love the tri-tip with garlic pepper salt what I really love is the 19.99 special they have two people can eat this meal 24 oz. Steak salad and a side plus bread sticks great deal
