Good ramen, dumplings and rice bowls, in a nice setting.A bit disappointed by the service - on 2 occasions I didnt get the drinks I ordered.Also disappointed by the fact they advertised tsukemen ramen to be coming soon - which never happened.

People who gave this place a five star review have no idea what ramen noodles taste like. Miso ramen tastes weird. Probably it is some kind of miso, but it is definitely not the one I grew up with. Other ramens taste weird as well. I think the owner is Chinese. Please Chinese chefs (or non Japanese chefs), please stop opening ramen noodle shop because you have absolutely no clue. It was not the worst ramen I have ever tasted, but it was darn close.
Finally! The Beverly Hills area has a Ramen shop. It definitely fills a hole in the local cuisine offering.Prices are reasonable, the ramen is above-average, the Gyoza is prepared wonderfully, and the edamame is well-seasoned.The staff is *very* attentive. More on this later.Strings is a brand-new ramen shop and in a few ways, its newness really shows - both good and bad. But the bad is greatly outweighed by the good, so much so that I cant justify removing a star from the rating.Strings provides high quality chopsticks -- you might not care about this but thats something that matters greatly to me.If youre looking for a quick bowl of ramen over your lunch break, this spot is a great option. Actually, its really the only option! As a Ramen connoisseur, I definitely endorse this spot - you wont leave disappointed or feeling like you spent more than the meal was worth.Lets welcome this new shop to the local gastronomic community and show our support by dropping by for a quick lunch or dinner! Theyre currently offering a steep discount on all food and drink, so nows the best time to check it out if you havent already.As for me, Ill be a regular customer from this point on.Now, this next part is for the staff:Two notes.Firstly, waitstaff is clearly enthusiastic and motivated to provide the best possible service. Thats great and appreciated! But there was too much of it. A handful of unprompted service check-ins is expected, 6-8 is excessive. Im confident this slight issue will be smoothed out after a few weeks of operation.Lastly, the starter should arrive prior to the ramen dish, not at the same time -- especially when youre not busy and have the luxury of timing dishes without a rush.Two very minor issues and many great things. Good luck to your business - I hope it stays open for a long time.
That was the best ramen that I had in the US! The real taste of Asia.I had char siu pork ramen and the broth was so rich and flavorful, the noodles we’re right and very delicious and there were even bamboo shots too! The staff of the restaurant were friendly. Very delicious ramen and very pleasant experience!I will recommend this place and definitely will be back!
Very rich miso broth and I liked that there wasnt an enormous amount of noodles.
Walked in out of curiosity at 11am on Saturday with my wife to each try a bowl of the tonkatsu ramen with charsiu pork. Besides being a tad heavy on the garlic, the noodles and pork were fresh we finished with an ice cold sapporo and ordered one to go for our daughter (with less garlic) for only 50 bucks. Looking forward to coming back!
Lunch combo is great and lowers the price. The ramen and the food in general is bussin and scrumbly didlious(very good).
Place is clean, service was fantastic and the food was top notch. Steamed gyoza is the way to go. Worth the detour/stop.

Delicious! We had the Hell Ramen in tier three. It was described to us as the level for people who grew up with chili, and thats exactly what it was. Really spicy, just the way we like it. Huge portion and really nice service, who answered our hundred questions with a lot of patience.
The tonkotsu ramen was the most delicious ramen Ive ever had!!!

2022-09-17 03:31:10All the soups are very good and taste great. Tonkotsu is my favorite. The handmade noodles are perfectly cooked. The gyouza are good, too. You can get chili paste on the side to spice up your ramen to taste. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2022-10-13 15:29:25So excited that Beverly Hills has a new Ramen place. They have so many options of soup that I went twice in a row. First time I tried the Hell Ramen level 2 spice (it was spicy!), the next day I tried their Miso Ramen, gyoza and grilled octopus. Their noodles are delicious and fresh. My 4 colleagues which I brought all enjoyed their ramen… service was a little slow as they are still hiring but Austin the server was extremely pleasant and did his best.

The best part is that they offer a huge variety of ramens including Chicken, Pork, Turkey, and Vegan options.The servers and waiters are top notch and always ensure you have everything you need to enjoy a great meal. 2022-09-22 21:19:31Tried the Tonkatsu Ramen with Pork Belly and it was delicious flavour wise, but on the heavier side. Staff were friendly and a clean cute little for a quick ramen. Not all of the menu items were available due to the place just being new.
