This particular corner has a Trader Joe’s. It also has a Sephora and a couple other things coffee shop as well as a sandwich place. The only downside to the shopping center is that the parking lot is stressful but if you can weather through that you can make it a one stop shopping experience.

This plaza is on the southeast corner of Ventura & Laurel Canyon Blvds. It is usually so busy that there is no place to park. This is the fault of no one in particular, but it is so frustrating sometimes.

I went to traders Joes in studio city. It has a large selection of fresh roses and beautiful 😍. I always come to buy them here. My girlfriend loves them and my mother too. I must give them thumbs up 👍 for such a great quality product they have. The staff is always friendly at the check outs. Thank you for such a high quality roses 🌹 ❤️

When driving the SUV parking is a nightmare. At least the turnover is fast so you dont have to wait more than 5-7 minutes idling.... Faster parking when in one of the smaller cars

Went for a last breakfast at Dupars and was surprised by all the new shops and restaurants. Trader Joes is in the plaza along with McDonalds and a mailbox center. Its a great plaza for running errands.

Such great shopping and eating spots but no spots to park. Ive never seen parking wars until I came to this parking lot. Im in a handy cap spot right now bc I got to do what I got to do to get some groceries around here. People going nutts over parking. An Old lady almost got into a fight with three teens over a spot. If your into that come and watch the kaos. Bring some pop corn and watch.

Plaza itself is fine, lots of convenient shops. If you can, walk there. Parking is always tricky, and getting out to crowded Ventura or Laurel Canyon can be a hassle.

All the best stores but parking is an issue. Keep an eye on your car. They will mark tires and tow after 90 minutes. I understand they are trying to keep people moving. Trader Joes, Crave, Mendocino Farms, Chop Stop, and Fantastic Sams are all here. Bring your patience with you.

I am here at this shopping plaza almost 4 times a week. My favorite places here are shopping at Trader Joes, eating at Manhattan Bagels and Crave. I also goto Fantastic Sams for my hair. Sometimes meet friends at Mendocino Farms. So much to do in this shopping plaza.

The only down side is the parking lot. Great shops, restaurants, and more... I do miss Dupars where the stand alone Sephora now sits, but this plaza really evolves with the times. The Trader Joes here is definitely the center attraction and isnt a bad one by any means. Definitely indulge in Mendocino Farms, Crave Studio City and 24 Hot Chicken and Waffle Bar (tons of vegan friendly options.)

I dont know about other days, but every time I go there, it is always crowded. I only go there because there is Trader Joes and I used to go to Mc. Donalds next to it occasionally but it is now closed. Other than the parking problem, this plaza is a great place if you want to do grocery shopping, or other reasons like eating and nail salon.

I love the Trader Joes and the Sephora in this shopping center. There is no longer a McDonalds it is now a Mendocino Farms. I havent eaten there yet but they dont ever look that crowded so they must be expensive

The flagship business here is Trader Joes. 24-hour (or nearly 24-hour) Crave diner is there, too, and is decent for late night eats in a pinch. Demographic of Crave is across the board but with an accent on millennials. parking lot congested but navigable. Nail Time salon is good by girlfriends standards.

Now that DuPars and McDonalds are gone the biggest draw is Trader Joes. That said, parking is a nightmare! Fri night at 9:00 PM it is like musical chairs trying to find a parking spot. Last week it was bumper to bumper driving just looking for an open spot. They really need a parking structure.

Great strip mall with Trader Joes as the main attraction. TJs grew when the neighboring store closed. Theres a bagel shop which unfortunately closes at 2 pm so I always miss it, and they usually run out of bagels 1 pm anyhow. GNC, dry cleaner, cigar shop, a few other places Ive never been in but look good. The Plaza also has a popular diner on Ventura Blvd by the crosswalk to the Shell Station which is wedged between Ventura Blvd and Ventura Place, and just east of the diner is a (ugh!) McDonalds, USPS is almost immediately behind the mall on Laurel Canyon, and on Sundays theres a very good Farmers Market across Ventura Blvd on Ventura Place sheet Big 5 is. But be careful parking. S.C. Plaza parking will get all over you if you park in their lot and go to the Farmers Market, and I dont blame them, do dont do it. If you dont plan on shopping in the Plaza, dont park there. Theres plenty of places nearby to park and walk a few blocks.

Perfect place to shop and dine!Trader Joes is here. They also have Sephora, Mendocino Farms and Pinkberry along with other restaurants. You can also walk to the Ventura side and go to Daily Grill, Total Woman Gym and the post office. The only problem is you will need to move your car after 90 mins. The parking attendant works around every 90 mins with a chalk and mark tires. If you dont move, your car will be towed.
