Stuffed Sandwich in San Gabriel

After my last pastrami fiasco, I searched for best pastrami and this place popped up. So glad it did! This pastrami takes me back with simple but delicious flavors. Dipped like the old days! Cold beer, with lots to choose from. Will be back to see whats on tap each month.

Ive lived a few blocks away.from TSS for 20 years. I love good beer. Why did I wait so long to come here. I had a great RB sandwich with the works + horseradish and a side of potato salad. Both were great, loved that they had horseradish as an option! The beer selection was mond boggling. Lots of fantastic choices, and Im pretty hard to impress. Good food, good service, family, old school atmosphere, and more really choice beers than I could begin to name. I am impressed. Be back asap.

The beer selection is fantastic! The food is very high priced, the atmosphere has character, with beer memorabilia all around. The owner says she makes all of her own food. I had the chicken tortilla soup ( kind of greasy but flavorful) and homemade macaroni salad. My friends had sandwiches. A half is $10, and a full sandwich is $20. I would still support this place. The owner is kind, and the selection is huge!

Very surprised at all the good reviews. First time there and my food was inedible. The French fries were soggy in some areas and hard as rubber in others, the meatball sub sauce tasted like the sauce was burnt and the sauce was very brown. Not appealing at all.

Great sandwich shop and a hidden gem in the area. Marlene was outstanding and explained the sizes of the sandwiches and sides. I got a Half Pastrami and a Small Potato salad and it was plenty big. Also lots of craft beer and wine on site as well. Free parking in center complex with an outside patio for eating in. Will definitely be back!

This place deserves the 4.6 star reviews! Its great traditional American place with a great vibe, kind of like a modern adventurers tavern feel, and very close chummy feel. As expected of the home of the stuffed sandwich, it deserves all of its titles!

Stuffed Sandwich gets consistently the most interesting and incredible beers I have ever tasted. Marlene is a kind and generous hostess. An exceptional place, near to my heart.

Always a good time coming here and trying new beers. Ive been coming on and off to this place for years even at their old location. Miss Sam, but his wife is amazing too.

Awesome service. Awesome owner. Great selection of sandwiches and I heard they have the best selection of beers in the area!!!I heard they even have some beers from 8 years ago that you can’t taste elsewhere. They might have lost carbonation but it’s a lost flavor!I got a pastrami half. The courtyard is chill. I’ll definitely be going back here.

We heard of this place. Recommended by friends. The place looked and smelled like a thrift shop inside. The older white lady taking our order was extremely curt and unwelcoming. She interrupted our order to take a personal phone call. After waiting a while we decided to leave. She was still on her call. This is why small businesses are struggling to survive. All money is green money.
