We found this restaurant looking for ramen soup, and it had a high score, but since we entered into the restaurant, you can realize its different different from other places: you are welcome by staff in Japanese language, all the place looks brand new, modern, clean. We ordered the ramen, which was cream and spicy, gyozas, crispy spice rice and tuna, and fire on a hole, kind of sushi roll stuffed with tuna and a bunch of crispy fried red onion.Excellent service from the waiters, and also, we received the chef in our table to explain to us other options.Definitely, I recommend this restaurant and I am looking forward to visit it again! 😋😃

The food was absolutely incredible. From the fresh halibut that was my first taste to the hidden dragon roll, my mouth watered with anticipation and satisfaction. Above all else, the hospitality and warm welcome that the staff gave was delightful. I would definitely recommend this for those grabbing a light dinner or a fresh lunch. I am excited to try their take on ramen my next visit.

Aside from this eatery’s impeccable presentation of dishes, and high quality of fish, the price point here is amazing! $2.50 miso soups, a laundry list of sub-$10 rolls, and amazing specialty rolls; this was my first visit here and definitely will not be my last!The quality of service and atmosphere is a wonderful addition to the delicious eats. You’ll be heartily greeted upon entering the establishment, seated promptly, and given great attention and recommendations. The people that own and work here definitely put soul into the diner’s experience.Come grab a bite! Rest assured that you’ll have a deliciously easy-going time

Delicious ramen, but mild spicy was a lot more than my wife could tolerate. Our server, Josh, was kind enough to bring more broth which was greatly appreciated.

The sushi here is exceptional! Try the Nigiri! First time here and I will be back! Found this hidden gem on google and decided to try it out. Customer service was amazing as well!I ordered, crispy rice with spicy tunaYellow tail lover, & Nigiri sushi. Amazing!

Went with my gf for ramen and the food was amazing! They also gave us a bit of sushi on the house. It was surprisingly empty and Im definitely not complaining about that

Wow! Still sitting at the table and wanted to leave this review. The fish in the sushi is some of the freshest, most flavorful fish I’ve had at a sushi restaurant (and we’ve tried a lot!). The Hidden Dragon roll was the best roll my adult son ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The service was amazing she was so kind and attentive and even gave us a complimentary miso soup since it was our first time! I got the Spicy Miso Soup Ramen which was full of flavor and spice! Definitely be careful of spice levels cause they do pack a punch which I personally enjoyed! The mild and no spice are just as delicious so even if you cant handle the heat dont worry!! Youre still gonna get that deliciousness! Im definitely looking forward to coming again!

The food was phenomenal. We came on a random monday with friends and it got busier than the service staff were prepared for. Nonetheless, the one server and single chef were able to keep up with orders despite clearly needing to hustle. Food was fresh and presentation was very impressive. Very friendly, and you can tell by the unique look of each menu item that they care about serving quality food. This is our new go-to sushi spot in the valley!

Ive lived en el Valle all my life and we have been deprived from really good ramen and have had to settle for so so to meh quality noodles. But, I just found my new spot. Suban... Hole in the wall?? No not really, its a cool little spot with modern decor and fresh new take on the tried and true traditional sushi and noodles dishes. The Miso Ramen broth is deliciously seasoned and flavorful. Definitely coming back soon for some more sushi and to try the Tomato Garlic Miso Ramen.

I was absolutely exhausted when I ordered from here. When the sever gave me my order she said she’d included all the sauces and utensils. I thanked her, said goodbye, and left. When I made it home, I realized I was missing half of my order. I called and the same server picked up. She wouldn’t apologize and tried to convince me that I’d left before she had a chance to give me the rest of my order. She said my order was there if I wanted to pick up. I run a food establishment and understand mistakes happen, but this isn’t the way to address them. Ruined my evening.

Found this restaurant from GrubHub. Just focusing on the food, it was absolutely delicious!We ordered the Suban ramen, gyoza and yellowtail sushi. The soup’s flavor was perfectly balanced, the noodles were soft, and the meat/toppings were well excellently cooked. I only wonder how much better it would’ve tasted within the restaurant.GrubHub unfortunately spilled most of our soup, but it still tasted wonderful. Our baby especially loved (what was left of it).Thank you, Suban. And thank you, Sundee, for patiently listening to my comment and explaining what they do to minimize spills during delivery orders.

I tried the Suban Ramen which was delicious.Their mild spicy level was too spicy for me.Then they told me they can do a no spicy option, which I accepted. They graciously replaced my ramen and it was perfect. You can get chili sauce on the side and add it to your own spicy level. Service is excellent.

Waooo!!!! I drove by accidentally and discovered this hidden jewel! In short, amazing food (SUPER AUTHENTIC), amazing service and hospitality. The Ramen was perfectly seasoned, the pork meat extremely tender and the sushi was top notch! This place is new and blows away all other Ramen places in The Valley!

This place is amazing! Its a quiet little hidden gem that just opened near us. The food was so fresh and delicious. As we ordered some tuna nigiri we were told the chef just cut some fresh yellowtail belly not five minutes before we came in. It was so good and buttery. Im definitely coming back.

Super quaint sushi shop, recently opened. Overall highly recommend :)Food: We got the yellowtail hand roll, dragon roll, and salmon nigiri. Everything was delicious. Also tried the albacore carpaccio, which we highly recommend.Atmosphere: Very clean, minimalistic, light wood and bamboo colors. Very comfortable for casual dining.

Amazingly fresh fish. The rolls werent overwhelmed with sauces and the fish tasted amazing. Chef Brandon made us the most beautiful rolls. So glad to find a place so close to home.

Serves pretty great sushi and Ramen. When it comes to my friend group we started off with the Holy Crab and it was amazing! Would reccomend! I tried their Spicy Miso Ramen (Mild) and it was delicious too! Would highly reccomend this place.Also as a side note the staff is super nice too!

Highly recommend; the food was excellent and the server recommended what was freshly cut. The chashu was delicious, as was the yellowtail nigiri. Very solid eatery in a little mini-mall space.
