It was 8:20 on a Sunday night and the girl had already turned off the toasterfor the sandwiches. She almost had a proud smirk on her face letting me know that. I saw 5 people leaving before I came in empty handed because she had done this and Subway wonders why their customer retention is so low. Your employees will make or break you

This Subway location was filthy during my latest visit. My family ordered and completed our meal during the span of 45 minutes and not once did staff come out from behind the counter to empty the trash can or clean the floor.

The guy working tonight 5/22/23 was putting old brown lettuce on our sandwiches there was olives and red onion mixed in it. Usually they clean up after making a sandwich nope not this guy. Was not paying attention. Had two sandwiches putting stuff on the sandwich we didn’t ask for. His eyes were looking at a girl in line. Came home to open the sandwich he didn’t even wrap them fell all over my fool. This was at 8pm maybe he was wanting to go home or talk to the girl. I never ever made a complaint well there is always a first

They cant seem to ever put avocado on my mobile orders after i pay 2 dollars per sandwich for it. I have definitely spent over $30 on avocado that I’ve never received

Quick staff, and very mindful of the food safety. Dining area did need a little more love as some tables were full of crumbs and such and the floor strewn with leaves. Some tables do have plugs to charge your devices which is handy.

Worst Subway ever! They told me I was only allowed a few bell peppers and a few red onions. Bell pepper & onions are the only veg we asked for. We pd $21 dollars for a 6 in & 12 in sub. The tuna was rancid. The bread was doughy. I practically barfed. And Yucaipa Blvd Subway asks for tips on their pay pad.The Subway on Outer Hwy is amazing. Don’t eat at Subway on Yucaipa Blvd. But I do recommend the Subway on Outer Hwy.

They typically make very well crafted sandwiches. Typically good service. But I probably will not go there again because they told me after I placed my order that they are not accepting subway coupons. They expressed that they are not participating in the coupons. I typically always come there using a coupon that comes in the mail but suddenly they are no longer taking them and expected me to pay Full price once they told me they are not taking coupons anymore for the first time when I already had my sandwich made and was ready to pay. Hopefully some other subway in the area actually takes the coupons that they mail out.If you are willing to pay full price even though you have a coupon, this subway otherwise does a great job.

I Ordered online and someone there obviously cant read and made it wrong . I ordered a turkey 6 inch with spinach, lettuce, olives, pickles and provolone cheese and a footlong steak with everything. Well the 6 inch had two pieces of spinach and no lettuce or cheese. They added bell peppers and onion which I didnt order. The foot long was supposed to be steak and toasted. Well they most not know the difference between steak and turkey because they gave me turkey and not toasted. Very disappointed. Hopefully they arent receiving $15 an hour.

I have ate at subway in general for the last 24 years quite regularly. Today a Young Man named Kohl at This location made me the best subway sandwich I have had in years possibly ever . I am a Chef by trade for 22 years and I am particular about details and when it comes to my food I can be downright picky about amounts and modifications. His attention to detail and pleasant attitude built The Sub of the Year for me . For myself the ability to customize my sandwich with ease has always made subway stand out and my first choice .. Kohl Created a menu picture worthy Sub and deserves much praise .

If I could I would give 0. My son gets the Turkey footlong with just pickles but lots of pickles. They refused to add a lot of pickles. I then talked to the manager explaining that if they replaced every item that he didnt get with pickles that would be more what they put. She then grabbed a few more pickles and put them on the sandwich. I said can I have a few more on the end which only had a couple. The manager then told the worker to take the pickles off thre sandwich and count them. The worker got a paper towel and counted out the pickles to see if it amounted to more than the 7 items they would have replaced. The worker got a paper towel and took every single pickle of and counted them. It was 25 with the extra she put. The worker dumped them back on the sandwich. They didnt go to the end so I said can you put a few more on the end without pickle. She said no and then told the worker to put some back. The worker took a few off and put them back in the pickle container. I was shocked so I told her to put lots of honey mustard on both sides of the sandwich. When they closed it I walked out. Didnt want them to put everything back and cross contaminate everything again.

You cant go wrong with a classic sandwich. The ingredients are always fresh during the daytime and the employees are always different (they dont keep people long I guess). Some employees are lacking in experience because they are always new people. Youll need to walk them through making a sandwich... which is sad. I mean, its really simple to remember what type of meat goes on the sandwiches they have, the rest of the toppings are chosen as they go. They only need to remember the meat, yet they dont sometimes.The only thing that annoys me about this particular Subway is that with certain staff, they will lock the doors to customers 30-45 minutes before closing. You can see them standing there and doing nothing. I have tried to get their attention to let me in, yet they shake their heads (I show them the time and they ignore me). LAZY! This has happened multiple times and the next time it does I am calling their manager.

From the moment my order was taken the lady taking did not speak. She did not make eye contact. She did not portion the portions correctly and she did not ask me for my preferences. When I asked for sauce on the side she gilt up the container 1/3 the container. When I came around to eating the wrap that she had prepared, it began leaking and dripping. And to always Subway is very tasty and very good I think theyve gone up on a few and their prices and taking some things off of the menu but overall I enjoy going to Subway and their sandwiches are very good. Also the staff is really very very pleasant always have a smile on their face always willing to help even when you ask for suggestions on different items to put on a particular sandwich if you havent been there give it a try I think youll like it.

This evening 8/29/19 i took my daughter around 6:00 to have dinner here. I ordered 2 subs and 1 salad. It took forever for the guy to make our subs and when he made my salad he couldnt find a container to put it in. He asked another guy and he told him to look in the back. We waited and waited. Finally he brought a container out and asked what dressing did i want? I told him Italian. He brings back fat free ranch. I told him no i want Italian dressing. He checked the box of dressings and couldnt find any Italian. The lead guy came from the back and the guy helping me asked him if there was Italian dressing in the back. The lead guy said no and walked away with no apology. The guy helping me said sorry and rang up my order. No discount or cookie for the inconvenience. I was gonna sit there and talk with my daughter tonight and eat but ended up taking it home. I will never go to Yucaipa Subway again!! They dont care about their customers.

Not what it used to be, I remember when the sandwiches were well stuffed. Now they barely add anything to them, and when you ask them to add extra condiments, they look at you like if youre asking for too much. The service is getting worse and if you ask to warm your cookies they charge you for that. I mean, who the hell does that? I go to Vons for sandwiches instead, now they know how to prepare a sandwich. And they dont charge me to warm my cookies!

If you are in Yucaipa and like Subway I highly recommend this subway.The staff is kind and worked hard in getting everyone through the line.It honestly was the cleanest subway I have been in, in all of the places I have traveled to in the US.

Very clean with a nice comfortable seating area. Two spots in particular that are next to the windows have great lounge chairs. The staff greets you as you walk in and are quick to get you started.

Wake up America. Here is another big chain shrlnking product and putting customer service in the trash... We have the power to cause establishments like Subway to fold. STOP and make a STAND.. If you say enough and refuse to spend money at places that are ripping us off, they will go out of business.. Disappointing when you decide over another favorite and settle for Subway and they get your order wrong, even though I made the order through the app, ahead of time, when I arrived it was finished but did not have the avocado I paid extra for... Hard to complain / make up for such a small addition but it will stop me from returning to this store

I avoid eating at Subway when I can. Normally I get poor service at Subway. Sandwich meat is thin and very little. Compare it Arbys where you get 10 times the amount of meat. Good if theres nothing else available

Horrible service, if I could give negative stars I would, went in to order, they were rude, made me wait till after people who came in after us to pay, when we went to pay they tried to group my order with someone elses, when I spoke up the girl gave me attitude about it, when I asked why I had to wait to pay and she let other go in front of us, she got mad... Horrible service, they need more customer friendly people working here... I was so mad, we walked out, didnt bother giving them our business or money...
