This was our first time going. Food was nice and fresh and we got there at 10 pm. Place was bigger and better than what I thought. We will be back!

This is my first time here. My impression was great. The ambience was excellent. It was spacious. Not crowded. Food was great too. The only thing missing was Ramen menu but they do have udon. Their menu has many options especially the sushi section. They also have happy hour. I believe from 9pm to 10pm or 11pm on some days. The service was terrific. No long waits. The food service was also fast. It only took maybe 10min. So if you are hungry, this is where i go for next time. This is close to a gas station. So you can go for gas then stop by here. It is also close to 10 freeway. I will definitely come back.

I got the Yakisoba noodles with chicken (I taghed along eith so.e sushi people), and also tried some mochi! The yakisoba was SO GOOD: the chicken works the best with it, and the veggies and flavor were so comforting. Very well portioned!I tried the strawberry and chocate ice cream mochi— the ice cream was nice and soft, perfectly thawed and chewey! I liked the chocolate :)

I live right around the block from this place and so in a pinch if I am craving sushi I have gone here. It’s not the best but it’s not the worst so if I’m not wanting to take a long drive anywhere it has worked. I am really big on Customer Service, and the friendliness from the staff has never been excellent, so more often than not, I have taken my order to go about 95% of the time.I am not a fan of imitation crab, so I always order a Philadelphia roll for myself without crab, and I am a sissy when it comes to spicy food so I always order the garlic edamame without any space. Twice in a row now they have definitely not kept the spice off of it. twice now they have staffed that crab meat into the rolls I have ordered. I called to voice my concerns, and the person I spoke to seemed frustrated about my call, and explained to me that she had customers waiting. Lol my expectation was obviously that they were going to just asked me to take it back, and they would replace it, for my actual order. after she reminded me again that she had to go and didn’t understand what the point of my call was, I asked her what she was going to do about it, and she explained to me that she is only the one that takes the order- it’s her boss that actually makes the food not her lol I told her that I certainly wasn’t going to blame her for making it, I didn’t assume that it was her running the orders and making the food, and I asked if there was anything that was to be done about it and she told me that I can go back over there and she can talk to her boss?My friend is in town today, and insisted on having sushi and it is almost 10 o’clock at night and normally I don’t pay attention to the prices on the menu, because I know what I like to order, and normally I pay with my card.I am waiting for my bank card in the mail so I knew that I was going to be paying with cash, I walk in with about $80 after looking over what the menu said would be my total and enough for a $10 tip. To my surprise, I go inside and place my order to take home and the bill is about $105. Obviously, I thought that something must’ve been taken down incorrectly. She reads it back and everything is right and I told her that I didn’t understand why it would end up being over $25 more than I predicted based on the menu. She explained to me that the menu they have is incorrect, and they are continuing to use the ones they have until they run out even though the prices are wrong on it.What??? LolLike my previous experience wasn’t bad enough - I was dumb enough to give them another chance and here I am.She was not the normal female that works there most of the time, she is a bit younger, I explain to her that what they are doing is completely inappropriate and dishonest. She said she completely agrees and understands, but there’s nothing she can do about it. I told her to call her manager, and she explained to me that she was at their other restaurant in Yucaipa. She calls them and the person on the phone says that they are 100% going to charge me the new full price of the order, no exceptions. It does not matter to them that the pricing on their menus is off by quite a bit at this point. If I didnt have a guest at home waiting for their food I would have told them they could keep their mediocre food that is incredibly over priced at this point. I instead went and got the difference from inside of my vehicle and ended up paying the full price.Not only was it completely dishonest for them not to be transparent about the prices on the menu being incorrect, the very least they could have done was apologize and could do a lot better than continuing to use old menus just because they don’t want to pay for new ones yet. For as overpriced as they are and as understaffed as they always are-they could afford to be more transparent and not continue to use old menus just to save some money on printing.The person on the other end of the line was so extremely rude, as is the older woman that usually works at this Beaumont branch. I am literally never coming here again.

First time there today during lunch time. Probably the nicest ambiance in the Beaumont/Banning area. Looks like new.Waitress was attentive. Probably because there were only 4 tables occupied the orders came within 5 minutes. The Edamame taste was good although it was different than what we are used to. Shrimp Shoma appetizers were OK but needed some spice to give my taste buds some excitement. The single sushi roll was tasty. The Chicken Udon pot with some hot oil added was large and tasted rather well. With large beer, Sake and tip we ended up at $70. Liked the place. Will come back for sure.

Worst service ever, have eaten here for lunch and it was great. Ordered at 9:24 pm so did not get the 20% discount that started at 9:30.Waitress never said wait it’s almost happy hour, our bad, had to ask for a bowl for Edamame had to ask for a third place setting had to ask for Ginger and Wasabi.Sushi was ok but not great, so dissatisfied.So sad as we have so few places in Beaumont.

Paid $62 for a few bites of food!! Was suppose to feed 5 people. Normally would have filled us all up and been overly stuffed. NOT TODAY!Today was my daughters 13th Birthday. She loves sushi 🍣 so of course we went to our local sushi restaurant. We have gone here plenty of times. Last time we went, we noticed their rolls were a little smaller. Today we got 9 rolls in total. 2 being special rolls that use to fit in a large box, Now small enough to fit together in a small box. 7 were california rolls for the kids to share, some had just crab meat and as small as a penny. Today they were two times smaller then normal. They did not taste as good as they use to. After last times experience and todays visit we will not be returning. We spent over $60 trying to help support our local businesses. I know times are hard, but cutting back on the quality of food is going to lose business!
