This was such an awesome place. Theres so much variety and I love that you can order a michalada and sushi in one restaurant. They were under staffed but the employees were so awesome and so kind. I highly recommend giving this place a shot. They have such good Mexican style seafood and also chicken and simple items on the kids menu
Never knew that there were so many nice businesses.Drove thru the whole parking and found this great restaurant hiding in the East end of the lot.
Its a new development of houses and they build this beautiful park.For the children swing, castle, etc,etc the most I seeing. For the older a lot grass to play whatever you want
I like Albertsons the people are nice the meat guy Derek goes out of his way for youI just dont like going there at night theres alot of people asking for hand outs and stealing things there were these men that would ask for money in a very intimidating way I felt if you dont give him any money hw will take it from you and hurt you in the process

Patsys restaurant.Been coming here for years. Wonderful staff that all works together. Food is Great......Chicken Fried Steak, Biscuits n Gravy, Bacon n Eggs w/ Fried potatoes. Mmmmmmm
This place is nice but very dated and will be moving across the street very soon to their new location in Beaumont. Staff at times are unfriendly but most of the time have good customer service. They used to have a gardening center which is now closed. Plenty of parking for customers.
Why do yall want a review on a shopping center. Well here we go it has parking and stores. Lock your doors try not to back out of a space. The guy behind you may not have a rear view camera.
This is my go to shopping center it has Albertsons a good sushi joint a good Guam food joint and a couple Banks,Hobby Lobby( where are the hobbies are done by the way )and the Marshalls Im here at least every other day
I was in banning for a couple of days, the city not the jail this time but it was close.anyway this shopping center was really nice everything you could need grocery and several good places to eat a petco and Walmart nearby its a vast improvement to the banning pass area

I go camping up the mountain here at Baning so I visit this shoping center right before driving up the hill.I find everything I need here from Albertsons to Big5 also there is a Marshalls store.And many more.

This shopping center has quite a few stores and restaurants to visit with ample parking so that you never feel like you have to hunt down a space. The only downside is that some of the exit driveways make it very difficult to get back on the 10 West bound for to traffic.
Sun Lakes Village shopping center seems to be going downhill. Two years ago it was really great but for some reason it just seems a little dirtier in the parking lot and theres people straggling around. But theyve got new shops and thats exciting I love Hobby Lobby and I really like Marshalls so its quite an improvement from the empty Kmart building thats been there for years and years.
Again plenty to do, needs to get a coulle mre shops but i like the Albertsons here.
I love this center especially since theyve added HOBBY LOBBY, BIG 5, PARTY CITY, and others. There are good places to eat from country style to Asian cuisine. I stopped by Baskin Robbins the other evening and the BBQ they just opened next to it smelled heavenly. That will be my next stop...
Havent been to Albertsons in a very very long time. Like Vons--they have always been over priced. Cashiers demand- and get-Doctors wages. I dont like Ralphs either-- but they are now using self check out machines. No raises, strikes, slow downs.Walmart needs to fire all their check out people and put in computers.
I like this shopping center. They have a bank there and Albertsons with hobby lobby in the shopping center. When Im coming from la home I can stop there cuz its on my way to my home and Palm Springs area very convenient.
Shopping center is home to three places that I frequent. HOBBY LOBBY, PATSYS RESTAURANT and CARLS JR...I think the RITE AID has moved across the road to their new location.
Wa;Ba Grill is close by and a certain person is always coming from there at lunch time.

As usual Tony at Kims Fantasy Nails did a fantastic job...yet again..or shall I say as expected since Ive been going to him and his wife Ton exclusively for right about 30 years! Today I got to enjoy their expertise, talent and friendship with my eldest granddaughter Makaylah as we both got our selves pampered a bit. We had a great time chatting with old friends and for her...making new ones.If you have a chance to stop by...you wont regret it. Has a variety of stores and restaurants gives a lot to choose from. Albertsons a large grocery store, Rite Aid, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Dry Cleaners a T Moile store as well. Also small offices. There is a gas station close by. The strip mall can allow you to walk from store to store or drive. You will enjoy the shopping experience.

Lately the stores in this Plaza havent been stocked well ! I NEVER find ANYTHING at Marshalls or Big 5 Sporting Goods. These use to be my GO TO STORES but not any more !😣

I love this Albertsons. I always get the best service whether its at the butcher block, cashier, or the Starbucks. There are some really nice employees there.

Visited this Mexican restaurant in the shopping center,cash only makes you wonder why? No health department sign on the front or anywhere on the establishment.
This shopping center needs a whole lot of speed bumbs installed they drive too fast through there almost got hit so many times in the parking lot cuz of speeding cars. Patsys is awesome great food service and friendly.

What ever you need they have. From eatery to party planning and any hobbies you might be thinking into dabbling. Theres also ice cream, and beauty supplies. Plus rite aid is there.
This entire center needs a pick me up! Highly suggest putting in a Target store where the old Kmart was - other cities Ive lived in have always been attracted by a Target and surrounding business has increased in productivity as well. I know many people in Banning have asked where a Target is, and would welcome one very much, me included. Please please give it sincere consideration; all you would need to do is poll the Banning population!!

Looking run down and odd as they are finally adding to it so some looks new and fresh and the rest looks old and from the 90s. Traffic is an issue here too as its increasing and nothing is being done to help the flow.

Average strip plaza with an Albertsons, Rite-Aid, Hobby Lobby, Big 5, and Marshalls, as well as a Postal Annex, a country kitchen diner type restaurant, Japanese food place, a good nail salon (Kims), and more. Waba Grill coming soon, Chipotle recently opened, Mobil gas station. Parking and entry off Highland Springs can be tight and frustrating, easy entrance off Sun Lakes Blvd.
I enjoy coming here because ita not crowded especially during the week. I always get good deals and a great selection and mark downs.
Is a lot better with the addition of Marshalls, Big 5, and Hobby Lobby really becoming a nice strip mall with a good variety.

Beaumont CA is a fast growing small town, nice homes that has just recently started building a shopping center. Theres a Kohls, Walmart, Aldis, Staters, Best Buy, Ross, Petco and lots of eateries. Needs Office Depot, TJMaxx, and a 5 Star Hospital. You either have to drive 17 miles West to Redlands or 20 East to Palm Springs to get

This is near my house and has lots of different business in it. So I can take care of a lot of errands fast.

2024-03-29 15:34:11Had dinner at Darumaya Japanese restaurant. Small cozy restaurant with limited seating. The best Japanese food in Beaumont/Banning area. Prices are reasonable. Popular place n most if the time you cant find a table during peak hours from 5 to 7 pm.

2023-05-05 02:56:32Stopped in for Hobby Lobby and Carls junior. They were busy trimming the trees the day I was there but kept everything clean and the car safe. I have to say I think this shopping mall does a good job.
