Been a loyal customer since this family owned business opened 5 years ago and the customer service and the repair service is just as honest and reliable. I was told by another mechanic that my radiator had oil. Took it here for a diagnostic, they had it checked twice by 2 techs and it came back negative! Great news! Had a tune up done while it was there and the diagnostic went towards the work on the truck. 100% recommend! Not too badly priced either!Thank you!

Very nice family owned business. I used a Groupon and received a 4 wheel alignment at a very good price. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I walked to a nearby restaurant to have lunch while I waited and they offered to pick me up because it was hot. Sam and his nephew Lee were great! I will be back to get the additional work done they had recommended.

The kindest people ever. Were like family. Im on a limited income and the quote they gave me was $12.00 extra. They are honest and do great work and are helpful to help me with getting my car ready for smog. Supreme auto repair did an excellent job with my 2010 Toyota Corolla they were able to diagnose and fixed a problem 3 different mechanics couldnt figure out. They did it the same day within 2 hours of me dropping it off. I cant say it enough thank you Supreme Auto!!!

They responded quickly when I took my car in to get the motor mounts replaced. The night before, I left my car, and I picked it up the next morning. Outstanding service; not your average auto repair business that will try to upsell you on a number of unnecessary services. I only needed to specify my specific request to them. Driving to El Cajon from downtown is more than worthwhile if you want quality service at a reasonable price.

I was very impressed with this company from beginning to end. Starting with my phone call to them, Amanda was so pleasant and took the time to explain all the details of their service. All of the crew was pleasant and friendly. Went in for diagnosis for my 1993 Toyota MR2. I had issues with the engine as it would just crank and engine wouldnt start. Mark, Sam, and Amanda are very professional and courteous and do a very good job in providing details on what needs to be done and they all make a great team. My car door was stuck shut with both door handles broken. I had asked around but Supreme Auto had the best communication and I had no problem driving from Chula Vista to take my car. Amanda is amazing and Sam is a genius that was able to fix my car and show me what the problem was as well. Sam handled my suspension upgrade I needed to get rid of worn rear air suspension after I had bought the parts online months ago but my previous mechanic moved and left me hanging needing to find a shop to handle this. Did great job of communicating rust issue interfering with the job which I was already aware could be the case if bolts were seized. Job was still reasonably priced and was completed same day.

I had a wonderful experience here. I let life get in the way of vehicle maintenance for a little too long, and the minor repair I had booked needed to become something slightly more major. Not only were the prices reasonable, the evidence of the need for that repair was shown to me clearly and with no judgment. When I expressed that I had not planned my day to allow for the longer repair, they really hustled to get me safely on the road in time for my next appointment. While I was in the waiting area, I saw that they were equally accommodating to other customers needs and special circumstances. Its clear that they care about people and prioritize customer service. Combine that with quick turnaround and affordable pricing, and its clear why this is now my go-to place.

I needed an oil change for my Audi, and just like every other mechanic shop, I was expecting to wait a few hours before everything is done and finished. However, as I went in and talked to the workers, I could tell that they were not going to take super long, as they were so knowledgeable and experienced. They literally finished the oil change for my car so quick! I am not sure what to say; whether I am surprised or if I already knew this was going to happen, because just from talking to those workers, I had a feeling that this was not going to take a lot of time because they knew so much; they were so knowledgeable. They do their jobs so fast, so accurate, and so precise. On top of all, their customer service is out of this world; they are so nice and friendly, and they are always smiling. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go to this mechanic shop; words cant describe how amazing they are. They truly take care of their customers, and their customers cars. I know for a fact that if I have any problem with my car anytime now in the future, regardless of what the problem is, they are my go-to place.

This place surprised me. Amanda, the service manager, impressed me immediately on the phone as she was very friendly and professional. She quickly set me up with appointment. Upon arriving, to have brake pads replaced, using a Groupon, we were met with the same communicative, efficient professionalism that I got over the phone.Transparency about the specifics -cost, wait time, EVERYTHING! They even pushed out a dent that was near the rotors they were working on-at no cost.They had us walk right into garage to see it all. Amanda, as well as the mechanics spoke to me in an informative, educational-, non condescending way about what they were doing. It was so cool! Ive never had such a good experience at a mechanic.Polar opposite to what Ive experienced in past. We will be scheduling future work to be done here. Id never have known about this place without having the Groupon (for brake pad replacement) but its nestled amongst several auto specialists and services on a street with car dealerships, etc. We walked to Dennys while car was worked on. They offered to drive us to mall which was nice. But we wanted to walk.Id probably have a friend take me to drop off my car next time, as its not an ideal area for a walk. But once you are at the mechanic, theres indoor and outdoor seating and genuinely nice people.

I Randomly found this hidden gem on Groupon because I needed an alignment ASAP (after I had new tires put on) This place was very quick and efficient Amanda was extremely helpful from the beginning. I work in healthcare and my schedule is hectic they were very accommodating and saw me soon and were okay with me coming back when I could. I felt good about the price and really liked that they priced match my Groupon. If communication was better it would have been done right the first time. I had gone to 3 mechanics before finding Supreme.Unfortunately, I feel that people do not always treat women well in this industry. I definitely felt this may have been a concern with the quote I was given and how I was treated by 2 places. Here I felt I was treated as a person and the most important issue was, what was wrong with my car and fixing it. They drove the car analyzed the issue and gave me options depending on what I could afford to get my car functioning to normal. My car had been driving very bad for a few months and was I told I needed Calipers, Brakes and Rotors. The last place quoted me 2 new Calipers and was told they were necessary? Well, turns out I just need brake fluid flush. This changed the estimate considerably.The people that own this shop and work here are kind and decent. I was charged fairly and treated well. I love that they guarantee their work.When you go it’s not this beautiful waiting room with a TV and coffee. This was fine because I do not need to have a TV and coffee …. I need people who know what their doing to just fix my car and know it was done properly.

This place is awesome!! I went to the Honda dealer for an oil change and they gave me a laundry list of items that need to be repaired costing over $6,000!! I live in North county, but My friend told me about Supreme Auto repair in El Cajon and how they really took care of him. I went and talked to Sam, and I just want to say it takes time for me trust someone working on my car, but honestly, he earned my trust instantly!Right away you can tell he knows what he’s talking about and not only did he take the time to explained everything to me, but he showed me that 99% of what the dealer told me I need fixed did NOT require fixing! I found a coupon for brake pad replacement online for Supreme Automotive and after reading so many good reviews I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did! I drove out from Chula Vista and couldn’t be happier with how professional, friendly, and quick they are. Be cautious and verify work was done. I brought my parts, bearings, from DEALER and had them install. Problem continued after I left so I brought it to the attention of owner to remedy situation but was told it’s not their problem. It’s as if nothing was initially done. Also had an alignment done as well and still pulls to one side.Now I have more problems than I had prior to taking to this shop!!!! WARNING this place is the real deal! I stumbled across this place online advertising a deal for a synthetic oil change. They definitely are priced very competitive which attracted me, so I gave them a shot. Sam took care of me as he provided a price match of there online special which eliminated any possible confusion that online purchasing might give. Since my car is a 2006 VW Jetta its costs for anything mechanical typically are a lot more than the American or Asian automobiles. With that being said, Sam was able to accommodate the extra 1.5qts of oil and special filter it took to complete the job with charging me a slight increase in the advertised price which I expected for a car like mine. BACKGROUND: In July 2020, the driver side back tire blew out causing some major damage to the back of my car. It did cut through wires, but I had not known what other damage it might have caused.My car was doing well until one day, the sound of the door being ajar would not stop ringing, there was an awful smell coming from the car, and the car was making a weird sound. That is when I sent out one of those Yelp thingies to the various places about car repair.- - - - - - - - - - -Albeit I got a number of responses to my Yelp thingie, I started reading through each of their reviews. Supreme Auto had amazing reviews and I think I liked that fact it was not a big commercialized place. In one of the reviews, someone mentioned that it was a family shop and I wanted to support local shops as much as possible.- - - - - - - - -When I got to Supreme Auto Repair, I met Sam. He was very nice and understanding. I told him the whole story. He listened. It took one day but a complete diagnosis was completed. I came back the next day and he explained what the major needs of the car was in order to get it back on the freeway. I looked at the pricing and was shocked because I was being quoted about 4x more at Calibre Collision for some of the work.I will never forget what he had to say about the wiring: It is not rocket science if you know what you are doing, so it should not cost hundreds of dollars. Calibre had quoted me literally $1,000+ just for the wiring alone.I did the SNAP Loan thing which was annoying because the numbers were not working. HOWEVER, Sam was calm, cool, and collective, while I was a panicking mess. He was like, Dont worry, well get it to work. Which we eventually did.... Talk about a professional!He did share that a lot of the repairs were because maintenance was not performed regularly. He explained that even though I kept up with maintenance when I got the car, my aunt and her family had not. Thus these issues would have surfaced one way or another. This brought such a relief to me as I thought it was due to the tire blowing incident.When I took the car home that same day, I noticed that the smell was gone, the door ajar ringing was gone, and the car was running smoother than when I first brought it in. However, taking Sams recommendation, I took the side streets home. This time, I did not have to stop every so many miles to give the car a rest. I think they had already done some work on my car! Whoa!! I doubt a car dealership or Calibre would have done that!!- - - - - - - - - - -The following week, I took the car in for its repair. It took the weekend, and I got the car back on Monday (if I remember correctly). He did share that they did a final look over to see what else needed to be fixed. There was just one more thing. However, he guaranteed me that I could take the car on the freeway, that I would be able to visit my family in Los Angeles, and I should not worry. In fact, he told me to take the freeway home. Thats how confident he was in the work of his employees!Since seeing him, I have been to LA twice and on the freeway many times. Oh! And I now know what 3rd gear feels like. 3rd gear wasnt working on the car before!!- - - - - - - -Sam and his crew are very professional, nice, humble, and industrious. I think the operative word here is humble. They get the work done. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.So the question is: would I return to Supreme Auto Repair and Alignment? I found this amazing place on Groupon and decided to give them a try, they replaced the brakes on my husbands car(2016 Lexus IS200T) and my car (2019 Chevrolet Traverse). My Chevy Traverse was just at Courtesy Chevy 3 days before getting fixed for a transmission leak, I thought my car was driving funny but thought it was just cause I needed brakes but I was wrong! When supreme auto was doing my brakes they found that Courtesy Chevy forgot to bolt something back down and my tire was shaking.
