Sushi Asahi in Riverside

The food and staffs there are really nice!It’s my relatives must go placeserved pretty fast tho haha

My go to sushi spot for AYC. All you can eat. My significant other and i spend about $85-$120 total depending on if we have drinks. My lady loves their avocado rolls and veggie tempura rolls with soy paper. I usually order the spicey garlic or regular edamame, miso soup, golden tiger, angry eel, popcorn scallops.

2023: Another year, another great experience. Lester welcomed us and explained everything really well. The peppered seared tuna was SO GOOD. The rest of the staff were amazing in getting our orders to us quickly and asking if we needed anything and refilling our cups. We didnt feel rushed and were treated well for the whole time. Bravo!Last year: Took my son for sushi and ordered online and picked up. smooth process and friendly staff. Food was Delicious! fresh and flavorful.

I celebrated my Birthday lunch with girlfriends. All you can eat Sushi, delicious. Had a great time everyone is so friendly, that it rubs off on the customers. The whole place was happy with full bellies of yummy sushi. Cant wait to go back. These pictures are from the very nice guys table next to us. These guys manage the ice cream shop next door to Asahi. So when youre done eating go and have some dessert at La Michoacana we did.( Forgot to take pics of our food. Just too excited when our sushi arrived 😆.)

I love showing up when a place like this opens. It was my first time there, the service from Lester and the others were top notch. They have 3 rounds of service for all you can eat you can fill out. We were there on a Sunday and the crowd wasn’t as big as I thought, however, it was still early. People complain about the 15% gratuity and Lester even put in the fact that we wouldn’t have to tip further, but I gave them an extra tip because the service was quick. We barreled through all three rounds on the paper. They make the baked mussels just like Joe’s used to make them and we were ecstatic. All the rolls we ordered came out quick and nothing tasted old. The fish to rice ratio was more fish than rice, the music delivered a nice ambiance. We will definitely be back. Being the first customers really sets the tone for the experience. I can see how some will say they are slow if they are at max capacity, but our experience was perfection. 10/10 will come back again, we were filled to the brim and no stomach aches, just pure satisfaction.

Great sushi! We were sat really quick and we scored a spot at the bar. Its a little bit of a tight squeeze but worth it. All you can eat is the way to go.

Sushi Asahi is located south of the 91 FWY exit from Van Buren Blvd. In Riverside. The atmosphere is great and the servers are nice and friendly. This is a great place to enjoy with family or friends. You can order all-you-can-eat sushi that is very tasty and presented nicely on the plate. They have other dishes too. Im sure you will enjoy Asahi Sushi as much as I did.

Food is great, it’s a nice portion for the price. It’s a bit cheaper than other expensive sushi places. Staff is awkward and the entrance is confusing. This is my go to Sushi pickup place.

The food was amazing ! No bones, great sauces, flavorful rolls and the all you can eat has some winning textures and delicious rolls on it ! I recommend the green mussels and definitely a bottle of soju! They also had fast service but fresh food and they constantly checked on us or cleared our table ! My new once a week spot !

The sushi was delicious and satisfying. The volcano roll was the perfect combination of warmth and happiness. My husband and I were amazed at how good the food is. The atmosphere is really cool. The staff are quick to get orders to customers. We had a terrific experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the area.We ordered 8 different rolls for the “all you can eat” lunch. We ate all but two pieces.One roll I ordered I didn’t like. I was prepared to pay for it despite not eating it. The waitress had no problem taking it back for me with no charge! It’s close to the car dealerships, so it’s very convenient to go grab lunch while your car is getting serviced. I wish they had Mochi! Then again I probably wouldn’t have any room in my tummy for it!!
