Sushi Confidential - Campbell in Campbell

We went for dinner in weekdays. There was no waiting and we got the table rite away. Ambiance and music were good. We are vegetarian and we found enough vegetarian stuff in the menu. We ordered drinks as well and they were awesome. We ordered two sushi and both of them were nice.

Nice sushi bar. Nothing too fancy, but nothing too casual as well. They have a wonderful daytime happy hour and late night happy hour. Three of my favorite things about this place are the hot sake, sake bombs, and the cabo conspiracy roll. The staff team here is wonderful. Be sure to bring money for this place to have a good time. Shout out to Crystal, Erik, Lucky, Tyler, and Brian for making this place operate at its highest

We recently frequented this establishment for dinner. The food served to us was delicious and good. The other added plus was the service received. We had a table waiter. To my surprise, another waiter also came to our table a few times as well to ask if there was anything else we wanted. Our impression was that it appears that the business is trying to cater, or appeal to the younger crowds. There isnt a sense of a traditional Japanese atmosphere, or aura. The modern dance music, outdoor eating options, table styles, etc. were cues for this. It got a bit cold with the two doors propped open on a fall November night too. I reached for my jacket. The menu pricing was more than we expected. It isnt a bang for your buck. In sum, a fairly good experience, particularly if youre part of the young generation!

One of the best sushi joints to visit with your pals in Downton Campbell. This place is pretty packed most of the time. They have a wide range of sushi choices as well as some drinks/cocktails. The staff here is quite pleasant and courteous. Classic rolls are available around 9-10$ whereas other special rolls with various flavor options are between 20-25$Recommendations: Shishito-Kamikaze, Classic Spicy Salmon, Geisha Girl & Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

Its a good sushi place but definitely a little more on the pricer end. The rolls are very tasty but on the smaller side. Ive had very slow service on a few occasions and have even been forgotten when Ive sat outside. Overall though its a yummy sushi spot.

Disappointed.I have heard a lot of great things about this place and was expecting phenomenal sushi and was served decent sushi. It was not bad but I probably would not go there again. The price of single rolls and just the price of most menu items are by far the priciest amongst other similar restaurants. For the price you pay for the roll, you should be getting melt in your mouth slices of fish. That is not the case at least for my experience. Maybe it was just a bad day and the fresh delivery of fish didn’t come through… I don’t know. Go try it out. The Blonde Bombshell is pretty tasty.Presentation is dope though along with the service. Every person was customer service driven and friendly. Great location and environment. Super clean restaurant as well.

Love this place, one of my favorite sushi places in South Bay. Recommendations: RSM, Flamin Hot Cheetos Roll, Geisha Girl and the Unagi Waffle fries (must try).If you have a party of more than 6 people, then you can reserve a table ahead of time and you should because this place can get really busy especially on weekends.

Friendly staff and really nice location in downtown Campbell.The menu is fun, but not a lot of bang for your buck, food and drink-wise.

Always good for a happy hour drink, tho the prices arent as friendly as they used to be and compulsory tip takes some getting used to. I know COVID and inflation hit us all but I used to go here for a dirt cheap happy hour and it was pretty decent, now I just get less for more money and often theres a wait. BUT if you go on like a Tuesday afternoon when its dead and they have the early happy hour, I think its still worth it. Notable bites, the poke taco, always good.

The food is excellent every time I am here but today we had Erik as our server and my experience was even better!! Didn’t think it was possible! He was so on top of refilling drinks, clearing, checking in and did it all with such a nice energy and without feeling intrusion. Definitely will be back during his shift again.
