This ‘Sushi Factory’ was awesome!!I went there 2 weeks ago with my family. We ordered “Dynamite roll,” “Shrimp roll,” and California roll”! Prices, service, quality, and flavors, everything was so good! And for me the sushi sauces were very unique and best. If someone looks for a good sushi around Azusa, then I’ll strongly recommend this Sushi Factory! 👍

Today I came in with 8 of my friends and we didn’t call ahead despite the size of our party, however Irene (the manager) was able to accommodate for us very easily with excellent service! We ordered many rolls and even got some gyoza on the house! The food was amazing and this is definitely the hidden gem of azusa. I would rate this place a 10 out of 5 but unfortunately google doesn’t let me.

I Got Food Poisoning:I hate to leave this review, but people need to be warned. I ordered from Sushi Factory a week ago. Irene (The Manager) took my order which was tempura calamari and a chicken teriyaki bento box that contained a California roll, miso soup, salad, and the chicken. A few hours after eating the food, I got food poisoning and alerted Irene. Yes, I went to the doctor to be sure and was informed that it was food poisoning. Irene the manager told me that its not from them and that I got sick elsewhere. She then had the nerve to tell me that my body must be indigenous to sushi which is also false because I eat sushi frequently. I am deeply saddened that my experience was less than stellar considering that I wanted to give this local spot a chance.

The best hidden secret in azusa. Sushi made to perfection, great flavor and price. They just need improvement on their customer service. The guy didnt have much patience.

I love coming here for sushi, especially because I’m sensitive to seafood. It never disappoints and the customer service here is amazing. Definitely recommend coming here!

I could feel that Sushi Factory pays a lot of attention to the freshness of the ingredients as well as the taste. This is a restaurant I want to go to with my family. Awesome!!

I was craving some sushi rolls and I ordered the baked salmon and CA roll. I enjoyed my dinner and Ill definitely be back.The place wasnt busy when I visited but I really hope they stay open for a long time.

I was in the mood for sum sushi when I sat down, we were asked (3) what to drink… soda it’s self, cost 4.99… plus another for my friend 8.99..for 2 sodas.. yeah okay. I could go to 7/11 and get those big cups for 2 dollars. I personally think it’s over priced for a drink.. mmm.

The waitress had a very bad attitude! She came to ask me to pay the bill before I finished eating, when I told her I hadnt finished eating, she left angrily and threw the food on the front desk! Really rude! Will not come here again!

Stumbled across this hidden gem while shopping the other day. They have a great combo where you can get ramen and roll! The ramen was delicious and not too salty like some other places. The rolls were fresh and light! We even tried the seared cajun tuna sushi and the albacore sushi. I couldn’t believe how thick the cut of tuna was! The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was pleasant. We will definitely be back!

Even though it seems management keeps changing, the food is always good. But whoever is the young man server there is terse and has an attitude. Other people I know who eats there noticed too. The old service is definitely missed. I wouldnt eat in anymore and will probably order ahead from now on to avoid the rudeness.

I would not recommend eating here! The sign in front says buy one get one at a discounted price, so I went to their website, ordered and went to pick up. When I asked if the discount was applied the lady said No, they do not honor their discount if ordered online. NO WHERE onto website did it say that. She said, third party vendor. But again no mention on the website. When I asked if I could cancel the order or get some refund for the discount, they would not honor their advertised discount. This tells me that they have no honor in business. Now I wonder what else do they not honor, perhaps not fresh food or fish or sanitary conditions, safety protocols or safe cooking.

First and foremost I wanted to post a picture but after one bite I just ate it all. Eat sushi here it’s worth it and it taste good. Honestly I’m not impressed by small restaurants often but this place was legit. I will be returning here. Perfect place for a date too, ngl.

Poke bowl is delicious. The interior of the restaurant has a strong smell of cleaning solution. Im glad they keep it clean but it does take away from enjoying your meal.

There wasnt alot of people there but I think its because people are in classes for young adults and kids. But it was nice having the restaurant to ourselves. Food was good.
