This place needs to up its food game. Wifes tempura roll turned gummy as it sat. I had the seafood ramen. It came in a small bowl, much smaller than Im used to. No veggies just 2 small shrimp and a handful of bay scallops and packaged noodles. Unimpressive and way to expensive. Service is ok and its a nice room but we wont be back.

Been here plenty of times for lunch specials. and they seem to increase their prices every almost every month. I usually get miso soup with my lunch special combo and they argued that it wasn’t included anymore. These people have horrible customer service. NEVER COMING BACK DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is my favorite place for sushi. I love the atmosphere, its nice and calm, clean and the staff is friendly. The owners help out the staff, they really work together to make sure the service is on point. The food is delicious, very tasty, flavors, ingredients are fresh. The prices are reasonable, and location is kid friendly.

One of the better sushi places in the area. Easy to find with lots of available parking. Average size restaurant. Great sashimi choices. Servings sizes are OK. Need to add smaller sashimi combinations. Staff are friendly.

Food and atmosphere were adequate. Cant say much about the cooks, however, the waitress working there is quite rude. Extremely passive aggressive and not friendly at all. Even a simple hello aggravates her. Because of her attitude I didnt feel comfortable eating there after the way she had treated me. Again, the food is okay but youre better off going out of town for sushi.

My first time visiting this place was in spring 2022... we sat waited for more than 15 mins. No one greeted us. 👎. As we started walking out the chef said ..have a nice day. ZERO STARS. My wife went twice thereafter (latest take-out order being today)... long story short - SHE IS NOT GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. I was done after my initial experience with Sushi Kinoya ✌️

Walked in, cooks had no people skills, rude even when I greeted them first.Restroom smells horrible, faucet is about to fall off and no papaer towels.Ordered a soft crab roll and baked mussels. As others reviewed ... rice is hard! Mussels were a 6 out of 10, had better at other sushi places.Everything is served in to go boxes, though I dinned in. Clean I guess but still .... the amount they charge, presentation could be better.Last time Ill visit for sure.Waitress very polite (5 stars for her), maybe the management is the issue here.... stingy!

The owner is very rude and impolite! Ive had 2 very unpleasant experiences at this place with the owner being extremely rude, for no apparent reason. The first time, i ended up leaving because i wasnt greeted or served after about 15 mins of seating myself. 2nd time, ordered carry out and all 3 orders looked the same. Plain rice stuffed with something....no sauce, no dressing, NOTHING! 2 packets of soy sauce, 1 wasabi 1 ginger, $40+ bill! And all 3 sushi were dry and tasted horrible...as if done intentionally! Sad!Called and talked to the cashier and she was reallly nice and apologetic which i appreciate. But unfortunately, i habits & perceptions dont change and i think this owner is horrible. Theyve definitely lost a customer in me.

We finally found our new favorite sushi place! We moved here from Corona and werent impressed with any of the local places - until now. Not too loud, great music, very friendly staff, and VERY good sushi. I ordered the Baked Lobster Roll, and hubby ordered the Energy Roll and a few other things. We are very impressed with portion size and great taste. We will definitely be coming back!

The ramen was mediocre and tasted like store bought 1 dollar ramen .. the eggs were not marinated and were rushed and I found multiple egg shells in my ramen the gyoza was hard but not bad and the only reason Im giving a 4 star is because the waitress was nice and went above an beyond with her kindness as soon as I bit into my eggs and I crunched down on eggs shells I wanted to complain but I liked the environment the waitress created and she tried her best where the food did not 🚫... I might not go back but if I do its definitely not for the food 🤘

Me and my husband really enjoy the sushi here. The staff is very friendly and nice and it’s really never too busy when we get there and that’s a plus cause we have 2 small kids. We love it here.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve had good sushi, and this sushi was just plan out nasty. They didn’t even clean the shrimp that was put on my dragon roll. Looked like I’d get food poisoning eating the raw sushi so did not eat it. Tried the spicy tuna and it was not good at all . Never ever again. Do not eat here !

Completely unacceptable rice on the rolls was from 2 days ago very hard and everything inside was bad as well. Get a new chef or new ownership. That cutting corners and recycling old food to sell it the next day in a sushi place shouldnt happen. Terrible

The ramen is literally dollar ramen you get from the store. Shocked they have the audacity to charge over $12 for something you can buy 4 packs of for a $1.Sushi is not fresh and it was the size and quality of sushi you get for AYCE.Looking for a good sushi spot in Moreno Valley? This is not it.

I love their food! I eat here relatively frequently and have absolutely no complaints. Affordable, healthy and GREAT service. 😃 I order my food to go and it is ready in no time.👍 While I wait I sit at the bar and watch the chefs prepare the sushi. This is my favorite place to eat in Moreno Valley by far!

Ever since the best chef left this place is weak. They close at 9pm on weekends, they dont have a tv, its way to quiet in there, The fish is fishy. Used to be good but not anymore. Its like walking into a library for fishy fish. Sushi is supposed to be a good time. This place is a morgue.

Waitress was not rude, but she was not polite either. We ordered a beer, the waitress checked our ID, and we did not get it. After eating our mediocre sushi, we asked to cancel the beer order. The waitress replied with, “when did you order a beer?” ... Baked lobster roll was not crunchy but chewy and tough.

I tried the udon, and it was fantastic!!! Full of flavor and will leave you full. The tempura that came with it was fried perfectly will the thickness of the vegetables cut just right. The sushi was good. The rice was seasoned just right, though the rice was a little on the dry side. The texture of the rice itself was good, and not like the low quality rice some sushi restaurants use. Also fresh ginger and wasabi which had plenty of punch! I loved the hot green tea, and also their cold tropical tea.

No one is the entire restaurant. Floor was sticky, table was sticky and had soy sauce on it. Ramen was over done and slimy. The fact that there wasnt refills on beverages rubbed me wrong considering the ramen was boiling hot... this place is average at best.

I went earlier today to try this place, the Philadelphia roll that I ordered was good but the spicy tuna salad was really bad. It had a few pieces of tuna and the rest was tomatoes, and it was really gross!!! Not happy :(
