This restaurant was super convenient! Takeaways were absolutely delicious. We brought it down to the beach down the road. Id highly recommend any of the rolls with the salmon - it was super yummy!

Great area for parking, but if you miss it there are metered parking spots on the block to follow. It is clean and small. There are sanitizers noted before you touch anything.I like how theres a lot of color, trinkets and other local Sale items.The items are labeled well and tidily organized. The flow of the store goes one way so youre in and out fast.Ive also made a large order and was helped personally through the process. The sushi is made at a nearby restaurant in Capitola and brought over or you can go to location and pick it up yourself.

Wonderful little store for quick, fresh, sushi. The salmon was very tasty and the owners are extremely nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this market for snacks before heading to the beach just down the street.

Freshly made sushi everyday it opens, beware that it closes when the sushi sells out. One of the best sushi Ive tasted in California, theyre simple and tasty.Friendly store keeper and also houses Japanese decor and other things.

Its hole in the wall that feels authentic Japanese. Sushi is delicious (in our opinion). Take out only. Limited choice of sushi but tasty. They only sell Japanese drinks, cookies, candies and artifacts. Its very small and cute.

Bookstore? Gift store? It may look like those things from the outside, but follow the whiteboard outside inside and youll see a nice cute store that sells some of the freshest to-go sushi in Santa Cruz! Their tempura rolls are really flavorful with their tempura all the way to the sauce they use! All run by 2 of the nicest ladies that also runs/refers to a Japanese language Zoom class run by the San Jose City college. Unfortunately, im a de anza student but it wouldve been nice to take those classes as part of a G.E class! Awesome place!!

If you love Japanese food and want to get fresh, artfully composed 🍣 sushi, then Sushi Market Sprouts is a great place to go.Every box of sushi I have had from this stop-and-go shop has been filled with flavor, fresh and wonderful. Junko, the proprietor, has a long history with good food. Her husband makes the sushi fresh every morning to assure you receive the best possible bite every time.

Local owned, great customer service for take-out with the freshest fish. Also very convenient with all the extra little snacks and fun things to grab on the go. So absolutely definitely do recommend!

This is my girlfriend and I’s go to sushi place. They are always friendly and have fresh sushi. The rice is never hard and extra shoyu is offered with purchase with no additional cost. Also, a great place to purchase hand made hair accessories for Obonodori season. One stop shop!

Yesterday we bought a sushi roll with shrimp and avocado. I liked the place but I wished that there were seats. I liked the food.My son wrote the above, now its my turn. This shop is owned by the folks who run Kaito ramen in Capitola, and mainly sells to-go sushi rolls, Japanese snacks, and other knick-knacks. The rolls are quite good, as are the Japanese-type sweets (such as mochi). The ladies who run the store are always pleasant and friendly. Its a neat place.

This is an awesome sushi and sushi related things walkup kinda sorta near the twin lakes beach.Its not really a restaurant-there are no waiters and no tables, but there is a cooler with drinks, bento, and magnificent prepared sushi ready to go.Perfect for beach takeaways .
