This place is legit! I was looking for an AYCE place around here but couldnt find one... This placed seemed to be higher quality from what I could gather, so I rolled the dice and checked it out. 100% definitely give it a try! Reminds me of an authentic sushi shop, street side in Japan.Super clean ✔️Fresh fish ✔️No price gouging ✔️Fast Service ✔️Simple is best. Will definitely be back tomorrow, and in the future! Thanks for the delicious meal!(Lunch items flying off shelves is a great sign at 12:30pm)

This place is literally its name… “On the Run”It’s specifically take out. But there is a small bar off to the side that seats about 4 people, but mostly seems to be used as a waiting area for customers picking up.But the sushi is very good. Fresh and tasty, the rice is tender and stands up well to the ingredients.It’s mostly rolls and nigiri, but they have beef or chicken teriyaki rice bowls and bento boxes. The standards edamame, miso soup and green salad to accommodate also.If I lived in the area this would be a weekly stop on the way home for sure.

I absolutely love this place. Cute little restaurant, the owners are absolutely amazing, so friendly and kind.We were always trying different Sushi restaurants and this one has been our absolute favorite.The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. It definitely hits the spot. I definitely recommend this place.

Found Sushi on the Run by chance. Small place focused on sushi to go with a couple chairs to dine in if needed. Several outdoor tables they seem to share with Starbucks. The couple running it were so nice. We grabbed a table outside, our food was ready in about 10 minutes. Had two rolls, four pieces of sushi and a cucumber salad at an table in the shade. Everything was excellent, fresh and good prices. Great concept!Happy to support family owned businesses like this!

Love this place. We have been going at least weekly since they opened. One of the best deals in the area for the amount of food you get. Im used to getting half the sushi at other places! I wouldnt believe anyone who says the portions are small. Quite the opposite. The bento box is fire and a total steal and the Katana roll is unlike anything Ive ever had before and became an instant favorite!

5-star Experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smile of the lovely female cashier. Her friendliness set the tone for the evening. And lets talk about the food – prepared by the talented male chef – absolutely phenomenal! Each sushi roll was a masterpiece of flavor and freshness. The service was impeccable, thanks to the attentive staff. This place is a gem, and I cant wait to return!

Ive been going to Sushi on the Run since the first week it opened and have enjoyed everything Ive tried so far. Their specialty sushi rolls are inventive while delicious (The Arnold Palmer and Citrus Fresh are my current favs). Im a fan of Salmon, and I loved that their menu has many different salmon options and combinations. The fish is really fresh, and the presentation of their garnishes are really nice. The owners are friendly and have great suggestions if you are looking to try something new. My father tried the Teriyaki chicken bowl and said that it had the perfect amount of Teriyaki sauce for the serving. It came with some dumplings, and he gobbled those fast saying they were delicious. I also like that there is a variety of beverages to choose from American soda/pop and some Asian drinks, like the delicious Oolong tea. The space is cute with the wood panels and bright lighting and their quick service areas are clean and organized. Im a fan and will keep trying everything until Ive completed the entire menu.

This is located where the old To Go Sushi was. Food was great, and prices were reasonable. We had chicken and salmon teriyaki bentos, katsu donburi, sushi combos, and some extra rolls.. very yum! Will be back!

Shame that the OVERWHELMING number of glowing reviews didnt transfer over when they changed the name - this is still quite possibly the best sushi place in town. Or at least if youre looking for magical taste, good portions, great value for money, and personable owners.

We came from Santa Ana and the sushi there was amazing. The place was very sanitary so this place deserves 5 stars
