This is some of the best sushi Ive had! I reccomend the special rolls on the back of the menu and getting the spicy mayo sauce. The service is great and the waiters are nice. It has a good atmosphere too. Most of the rolls re in the $15-20 price range, but its very worth it. Would come back later

Amazing sushi. The truffle sauce was next level. Take out only but customer service was great - Gave us a call when our food was ready so we could roam in the meantime. Also, this place is actually safe. They have a great COVID conscious setup that isn’t just for show. Reasonably priced too considering the amount you get with each roll. Thank you!

Friend took me here and there was a great special going on with some cheaper rolls and appetizers. Very delicious rolls, friendly wait staff and a great selection of sake too! Definitely recommend trying a few different rolls and sharing with the group. Never know what you might like if you don’t try it.

A great variety of options, a true heaven for sushi lovers, besides, the prices were incredibly competitive, so expect a full stomach and total satisfaction after visiting probably the best sushi in the area

Im not happy to write this review but I believe may help the restaurant manager to make it better environment the lady in the front with short cut hair is literally does not know even basic things about customer service at all it is very hard to say but she is rude.

Really turned us off that they are very high priced then on top of it they add 15% surcharge for the staff then ask for a regular tip. Very Sneaky. Last time we go there. No wonder they were empty

There was a lady working in the front with the short hair. She was rude and giving attitude to the customers !!! I am expecting to see a better communication and be welcome! We are spending money and time to rest and relax in a friendly environment. I hope the owner an take action and change this waitress because she doesn’t know how to run this business.

Ordered one simple shrimp tempura roll, to go. I basically live around the corner, have been there many times before. Got home and this was not the tempura roll I remember pre-pandemic. First of all, the shrimp was not tempura! It was plain cooked shrimp & it still had pieces of shell on it! I was eating and pulling pieces of shell out of my mouth! It was disgusting and inedible! I immediately called & was told to bring it back in. Get back to restaurant and I show a woman the role and she starts arguing with me about it! At first I was going to accept a replacement but then I asked for my money back. She said she would credit my card for just the tempura shrimp roll but not the other food I ordered. I said okay. But she was still argumentative, yelling at me so I told her I dont need you, theres always Banzai Sushi! Later, when I received my credit card statement, she had credited me the whole $39. But I will never go back there! Buyer beware!

Sushi Planet gave me frozen food (they literally forgot to heat my 3 desserts) and when I called them, rather than apologize, they said well you can just put it in the microwave. You literally cant make this stuff up. Not sure how to do that with a green tea tempura ice cream and a tiny frozen block of lava cake (which they charged $10 for) was not exactly appetizing. So for $30 my food went in the trash and the owner said Id have to come all the way back and return it for a refund to add insult to injury. It literally does not get any worse than this. Steer clear of this disaster of a restaurant.

This place is good. The service is great. The only thing is there is absolutely zero reception so don’t come here for a business meeting if you need the internet or are expecting a call. They are closed for a few hours during the day just like other sushi places which is inconvenient because we like to go right after school is out and they are closed on Monday. The fish is always fresh. The remodeled so there is a lot more space. We come at least once a week.

Sushi is ok . Definitely not great by far . Prices were a little high for the quality of sushi . They have great spicy mayo though . Other than that I will not be heading back . Also the styrofoam to go plates are a huge turn off at any sushi place . They are charging more than enough to invest in packaging that does not poison their customers.

We ordered over the phone for pickup and paid by CC. The person at the restaurant said it didn’t go through even though I got notification it did. They wanted to run it again. We refused and canceled order. We asked that our money be refunded. Well that was over a week ago and they won’t work with us over the phone at all. Even hanging up on my wife. I’ve submitted a dispute with CC company. At one point this was one of our families favorite sushi place. No longer and I will spread the word that this is how they do business.

Food is great, one of the best sushi places in the valley. Service is great and friendly, my family and I have been going for quite a while and receive excellent service from Dean and Eddie. So if you are looking for great food, excellent service and at a reasonable price you should come here.

Good sushi, but twice we couldnt eat because they close before closing time. Once 15 min, the other time 25 min before closing.And again:)Nice lady with smile told me that I cannot order to go becouse last order was at 9.15pm.Only problem is it was 9.12pm on my Verizon phone.I just like how they can smile and lie into your face.My question is what else do they lie about? Definitely you wouldnt get honest answer if you would ask about MSG.....I give up on this place. No more BS.

Came in for a take out order, the man and the women both denying my services. I was told only only phone order were being taken. Completely unprofessional and not how Business is done in United States of America. The stone that the builder refuse will always be the head corner stone. I would like to stay my cat is name sushi. I have been looking forward to eat at Sushi Planet. I will never step foot into this business again.

The raw truth is the service is like a limo fish, the sushi is decent but not unique. If the service werent so undercooked, I might have enjoyed the experience enough to warrant another star, despite the predictable food.

I come here often for lunch when im in the area and they always do me right. They have good specials on their food and the CA rolls and Tropicana rolls are excellent. Friendly staff and friendly servers. No real complaints.Thanks again

This was my to go place for sushi until the waitress was so rude to me and my daughter for wanting to use the restroom. We ordered sushi are outside & when my daughter went in to use the restroom the waitress yelled at her then yelled at me for asking why she was so rude to my daughte. She just kept arguing. She does not care about the business there., I do not care to go back

My boyfriend and I have eaten at almost every sushi place in sfv and this one had by far outdone all of them...until a few weeks ago. I hope it was just a fluke, but I have noticed the apparent high rate of attrition in the sushi chefs and that is most likely the issue. You need to keep the good sushi chefs happy(ie, paid well) if you want to keep them to be the best sushi restaraunt
