Ive been coming to this place for a few years now, No other place tops it!!! I love everything on the menu, and the presentation of every single dish is just spot on Amazing!! Ive moved over 20 miles away, but the commute is so freaking worth it!!I recommend this sushi spot to anyone!Trust me, you wont regret it.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really love this place. They have really delicious plates. We love the teriyaki plates, udon noodle soups, and the rolls 👍🏼 portions are a good size, price and service is Good.

Usually good but I never got my gyozas for appetizer. The hot tea is given in a mug without a handle and is so hot you cant even touch it. The young lady waitress is nice though.

Overall was good, but not enough to seek them out to return again. Sorry. Just the truth. The positives are that theyre nice and friendly, tables were available upon entering and clean throughout. Food was also clean and well made, EXCEPT that EVERY piece of sushi fell apart upon picking it up, so we were relegated to using a small plastic spoon to eat the mess with. :/ Udon tempura shrimp soup was good and so was the miso soup. We thought wed try the salmon w avo n cream cheese roll, but it not only fell apart, but also the cream cheese didnt taste like top quality cc, therefore giving the whole roll a very tasteless, bland flavor. Was disappointed by this because Ive had this other places before and I thought I could rely on it to impress my date with my order selection skill, but was left to eat it all by myself. :/ So I say, wrap the rolls better or use stickier rice, and use phili cream cheese next time. :) Hopefully your next new customers will appreciate this.

I love the food here and I wanted to dine in bc takeout is not the same. I was so sad and disappointed that they served their food in all disposable containers and utensils. I would assume it would be bc covid and short staff? Regardless, all the waste of disposable items doesn’t help the environment. Sadly I won’t be able to experience a delicious restaurant dine in that I love because of this reason. Their spicy edamame was also a huge disappointment. All they did was put the cold sriracha chile sauce on top. Won’t be ordering that again.

Been coming here for years.. the roll i ordered was the no.1. The inside spicy tuna lacked flavor... the outside lacks fish its said to have. The white sauce was all over unlike the photo on menu.

I asked for the shrimp udon noodles. I asked the guy and pointed at the picture with 2 shrimp tempura. When I got it had no shrimp??? My husband also asked for sushi with shrimp tempura but we werent too sure if it even had one. We really liked the baked lobster roll. Not too sure if we would come again 😕

Our entire family loves the food here but the waitress was horrible! It’s definitely the kids favorite. Unfortunately she (older Asian lady) was really rude and completely ignored my grandson when he ordered. Not just that, but she always seems upset or bothered. She must be the owner because she’s been here for a while. After all the times we’ve come, and heard others complain, she is still here!!! Don’t want to give up on this place but won’t tolerate the attitude. I have never written a review before. I just felt the need to do it, hoping that she or the owners read this and make some changes.

This place has been a favorite of ours since moving to Covina, but this last visit really left us with a bad treat in our mouths. Service was not attentive, prices were raised and it seems portion size got smaller, worst of all the food was just a big step down. I hope it was just a bad night, well give it another shot in a month or so, hoping its all just the covid stuff that brought it down.

First time trying this spot and I was very pleased. The service was pleasant and quick. I had the sushi 10 piece, with miso soup. Fresh and large portions, as one always hopes for. They dont appear fancy but serve up good food. Not bad for strip mall dining at all.

Another update: my husband loved the roll I got and wants to order again. So I rexamined the photos of the menu and it indeed does say togo items do not include SALAD. Nothing about no soup. Which I called specifically about yesterday. So I got 1) lied to on the phone by the girl 2) ripped off on my soup, which I wanted enough to callback. I will be calling back and speaking to a manager about my f#@$ing soup cause Im that petty right now. If you dont want to do your job correctly, get a new one instead of deliberately lying to people.Update: finally got through after the phone rang and rang and rang.. and rang and rang and rang. For any future customers, apparently somewhere on their menu it says soup and side salad not included - at least thats what the girl on the phone said.Will be trying a different venue next time cause thats really lame. Especially if you purchase a $15 roll to go.So the menu online says all rolls come with salad and miso soup, when my husband showed up for pickup all they handed him was a roll. When he asked for the rest of it they gave him just a salad (I ordered a seaweed salad as well and its not worth it tbh unless you want an actual salad and a small corner of seaweed salad).Really disappointed as I love miso soup. One would think if salad and miso soup comes standard with rolls it wouldnt be so easy to forget. Been trying to call back and phone is just a busy signal.Really annoying.

This is the best sushi spot Ive experienced so far. Hearty rolls. Miso soup is so delicious. And theyre ginger dressing on the salad is heavenly. Preparation of your meal is done right up front in front of you. When I crave Sushi, this is my go to.

Horrible. I used to come here a few years ago and it was better. Now the food is rancid and definitely not fresh and the service is very bad. The older Japanese lady obviously did not want to be there and wasnt afraid to have attitude towards customers. Place has gone downhill. Never coming back.
