Cool spot and great customer service. The food was great and delicious. I ordered the blue crab roll, uni & seared salmon, crunchy pizza bite appetizer and salmon skin salad.All were good and the crunchy pizza bite was the best. Only thing was the blue crab roll had too many crab shell pieces but it was still good. I’d definitely come back in the future.***Update***Tried their chicken karage and eggplant/shishito peppers and they were both really delicious!

Food was amazing. Price is really good, especially considering how good the food was. Service was ok but it was fairly busy and the place is relatively small so I think they may have been a bit overwhelmed. We eat a lot of sushi and were pleasantly surprised that there is such a good place at reasonable money near where we live. Its not fancy but its great - definitely give them a chance and try it out.

Great service, nice and cozy environment (with comfy chairs and tables, if that makes sense). Very, very good food. I got the chicken katsu curry bowl. I forgot to take a picture because I wanted to eat it as soon as humanly possible. It was very good chicken katsu.

Food was ok, nothing to drive out to. Alcohol selection is very limited and sushi looks a lot better in the menu pictures. Soda comes in a can and the give you a glass with ice to pour it yourself.

Had such a terrible experience here tonight. We’ve ordered over 20 (over $100 each time) in the past two months through DoorDash. When we ordered 2 rolls, chicken katsu, and a salad. We were missing the chicken katsu so my fiancé called and spoke to a gentleman on the phone. My fiancé handed the phone to his sister and she said what was happening.. the man on the phone proceeded to tell her “stop yelling at me, I’m going to help you..” in shock she didn’t understand how she was yelling as I was sitting there as well and didn’t hear an ounce of disrespect. We ended up just getting the credit through DoorDash, which we tried to remedy with the restaurant. Fast forward to tonight, October 2, we ordered through DoorDash again for ourselves. Within about 5 minutes, we had a notification that the order had been cancelled. My fiancé called to ask why and was told it was because he ordered 20 sauces, our receipt said 9 total. We always order sauce so we didn’t really understand especially when we got the email before the cancellation that we were charged $4 extra for the sauces. I then called to find out why when we order sauce all the time. The manager on duty said it was because we ordered 20 sauces.. then he changed his tone and said I’m going to be honest.. it was because you were rude and disrespectful to me last time. I tried to explain that no one was rude, four people were sitting around the woman he spoke to last time and no one said she was rude. Long story short, because our meal was missing and our family member called to get it replaced, we have been denied service for an issue that really didn’t happen. The manager proceeded to hang up on me. Fiancé called again only to be hung up. My fiancé ended up going to the restaurant to just be able to get in contact with the owner when the manager gave him an invalid email address. We are nice people who choose to take our business to a restaurant locally only to be banned for no apparent reason. I really hope the owner sees this and realizes that this is a small town. A family of 20 orders through this restaurant, not just the two of us. I really don’t think the owner would be okay with the manager lying and refusing service for their mistake. I hope no one else has gone through this.

Absolutely amazing! Best sushi place within 100 miles. Not only is their food on point and bomb. The staff was amazing very attentive to customers! As well as the customers children :) one staff member made an oragami Swan for my 3 year old daughter and a turtle for my 6 year old son. First time here and will be coming back regularly forever. ALSO THE PORTIONS ARE BIGGER THAN ANY SUSHI RESTAURANT AND THE FOOD WAS BETTER QUALITY

The worst sushi ever!!!! First the delivery person never knocked on my door and the food was seating outside for over 20 minutes. And second, I couldn’t even grab one entire piece of the roll without falling apart the whole rice!!! Had to eat the sushi with a spoon in order to be able to eat some of it!!!! First and last time ordering from this place!!!

Im an out-of-town visitor and NOT a local Republican-type yuppie (not a stuffy Democrat either) so use my review as a more realistic reference: Sushi Sus food quality is delicious and the pricing and portions are better than most other Sushi restaurants in the Agoura Hills / Thousand Oaks area.However, unlike my fellow customers, the aforementioned yuppies, I didnt order alcohol and hence my bill came in just under $50. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere interior is quite nice though it is rather cramped and, as a tall person just over six-feet, it was a bit claustrophobic but this is a minor nitpick.The REAL problem are the a**-hole type customers who go there as this is the Agoura Hills area and their locals are not forgiving of outsiders regardless who they are. I have been indirectly AND directly insulted by my dining neighbors during my various visits there so be wary that youll be dinning with overrated scum and their moronic progeny at times.Let us end on a high note and mention that Sushi Su is right next to a Regency Theater and, although the theater itself is average at best, the location is convenient for a movie and dinner night with easy going friends.

Good sushi restaurant. I just recently went again for the first time again since COVID and was a little disappointed. The spicy tuna roll was a lot mushier than it used to be. Also they dont have the lunch special anymore where you get a choice roll and a tuna/Cali roll for $15.
