I absolutely love coming here. Been going here for about 2-3 years now. The food is amazing, the staff is so friendly and always go the extra mile to bring my plate out with a beautiful presentation. This is one of the best sushi places that I’ve gone near my area.

Took my young daughter to a mommy and daughter dinner date. We wanted to try AYCE & they gave us the order sheet.The guy took our sheet and said they would start working on it. 20 minutes went by no food, 30 min went by still no food 50 min went by we still had no food but everyone else around us kept getting their orders.I asked if their was a reason why we had not gotten our food he started looking for our order sheet and came back to say they could not find it and asked me to complete another order order sheet.Never again.

Ive been coming here on and off for about 8 years now. For the most part everything is perfect, but once in a while the food is a bit off or the service is lacking. Nothing big or crucial that I would make me not want to come back. The price is fair for the time being, if you are looking for all you can eat you might want to call beforehand and be sure you are there at the correct time. Overall service is good, staff is friendly and helpful if they are not too busy. I will definitely be back soon and I will always recommend it to everyone.

I went with my boyfriend today and the service was great. Our waitress Eve had great customer service she was soo kind and recommend some bomb rolls. The restaurant is a comfortable place to enjoy a good meal. My only complaint is that when I tried asking another waiter for help they ignored me and walked away but overall a great place to eat. Thank you Eve!!!

This place is AMAZING! They have an amazing selection of rolls and the staff is really friendly. We ordered 4 different roles, the vegas roll, tiger roll and a salmon salad. The salad was DELICIOUS and filling. It is one of my favorite sushi places in the San Bernardino area.

The food takes a while to come out. If you get all you can eat, you’ll be waiting on each item ordered and it takes a while. They gave us some of the wrong items and never gave us others. They never brought out the edamame.The quality isn’t the best either. The rice is very sticky and mushy. The Washington roll was mostly crab, a stingy smear of avocado, and a SA amount of salmon on top. The Mexican roll was another mushy mess. Gyozas tasted like freezer burn(or the sauce).The volcano roll was ok. Probably the top out of everything else.The empty plates were also not picked up until near the end of the dining. so they started crowding the bar area we were sitting.Once the check came they also took 18% AFTER taxes for gratuity and didn’t mention it until we asked about it. That’s when they said “we take 18% off parties of 5 or more. They should have told you before seating you.” And they never even thought to mention it to us beforehand.

This was my first time visiting. Price wise its on par with other similar sushi places. They offer all-you-can eat options as well as happy hour and a la carte items. The customer service was great and we did visit on a slow day. Both our server and chef were friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would recommend this location when in the area.

This place used to be really good but not anymore. I ordered my usual roll and noodles to go. When I got home they gave me a tiny portion size of noodles that could fit in the palm of my hand. (Usually get a decent sized container for $15) I tried them and they tasted so old and hard. My sushi roll tasted of old mushy rice so disappointed they just lost a customer and I’m telling everyone I know not to go here.

The sushi is great, but they fell short everywhere else. First, it took our waiter 10 minutes from the time they seated us to to the time they took our drink order. Took another 10 minutes to actually get the drinks.Then, I had to ask the waiter twice how the all you can eat thing worked, and they were unable to explain it to me in a way that made sense to someone who had never been there before.I order spicy ramen and a crunch roll, and my lady ordered a volcano roll, which is the dynamite roll in most places, but their dynamite roll is different.Ramen honestly looked, smelled, and tasted like a $.35 top ramen packet. Noodles were overcooked, bowl was half filled.. I expected it to be something like the picture in the menu.We were also never offered a refill on our sodas, even though the cups were empty, sitting at the edge of the table..All in all, I would go back again, but the service is not good at all. If you can bare the bad service, youre in for some good sushi.

Expect your food to come first before bringing your plates and utensils. The service was pretty zombie-like, to say the least. The food was great, but expected to get up to get their attention for refills and napkins. Also, they will not bring you your entire order. My two-year-old never got his food. These guys are rude. We came in and sat down. The waitress looked at us and kept rolling her eyes. We waited 10 minutes, wasn’t greeted, given drinks or even a smile. Yet she was helping everyone else but us.Then when I brought her attitude to her attention and asked to speak to the manager, she wanted to play dumb and be victim. She yells to the owner, “CUSTOMER COMPLAINT, HE WANTS TO COMPLAINT TO YOU ABOUT ME, I NEVER SEEN HIM BEFORE!” She thought she would embarrass me in front of all of the customer in the store.So if you want to visit an unwelcoming place with owner approval, this is your place—my first and last time here.

I usually have really good experiences here but today was not. I am a bit upset that I said I wanted the salmon roe 3 times because I was charged for salmon sashimi and still got the sashimi instead of the roe I asked for. Then I asked for 2 miso soups and not sure if I was charged for it but I did not receive those. My fault for not checking before leaving but I assumed with me being the only customer in the building that I would have gotten the right order. If you are getting take out, make sure your order is right before paying as well as before leaving. I will still be ordering from here but will be more cautious when ordering take out.

Food was good. There was a decent crowd but it wasn’t packed. It’s my favorite sushi place. Today, I was a little disappointed by the service. My order kept getting messed up. I had to send my all you can eat paper back twice for my first round because they kept forgetting an item. (I only ordered 4 items) It took them an hour just to give me 3 out of 4 items. (Heart attack poppers, 3 pieces of salmon sashimi, 2 rolls). Two of these came back wrong. I didn’t receive any refills. 2nd round, ordered miso soup and 3 pieces of salmon, took 20 minutes. Decided to leave afterward since I never got my paper back. In total I was there 1 hour and 30 mins.

DO NOT EAT HERE. They mistreat their workers. The food is ok, but there is a chef named Jason who is constantly yelling at the workers. This made me HORRIBLY uncomfortable. He was rude and disrespectful to the rest of the staff. The rest of the staff was amazing. I had the best experience with the waitresses you could ask for, however it was completely overshadowed by the sheer rudeness and disrespectful immature and irrational behavior by chef Jason. The food here is so good, my favorite is Cajun Salmon sushi and the Diva roll. People leaving these bad reviews have no idea how hard the staff at sushi Tomo work. The best thing is the All you can eat just make sure to get their early due to the pandemic some things have changed. Servers and staff are all so friendly the chefs are awesome too.

Be WARY: I don’t know about the food, just got off work—but a 10% gratuity for takeout orders—serious? I’ve never heard of restaurants getting tipped just to take out the food by oneself. One lady that’s an employee was VERY RUDE she was complaining getting us the wrong order. EXCUSE ME you’re the one that messed up. I was simply trying to enjoy my Thursday with my family At least one employee was polite. She had sort of ginger brown hair and was the only employee that was good to us. I DO NOT recommend going there if you want to have a good night. I have a very high tolerance for people but she really pushed it. Loved this place. This was our go to Sushi restaurant when we lived near by. Decent prices for really good options. Fun casual atmosphere, and we loved the nice chef, and older gentleman with white hair who would always say bye to us when we left. Often had friendly waiters too. We lived on the East Coast for a little bit, ate at a few places there, and still liked Sushi Tomo better. We live outside LA now, but actually drove back to eat there a couple of times. Found a new joint out here that is comparable. But this place will probably always hold a special place in our hearts. Favorites: Rainbow Roll, Tiger Roll, and they do the best Protein roll by far. Great place.

I always speak with Liz The Lead and she has the worse customer service, she has accused me of lying and the only thing I can do is call Uber Eats for a refund. I generally had very good experiences until quite recently. The food sickened me and rather than accept payment and an understanding that I had a bad experience- they attempted to charge for the leftover food for All You Can Eat (a known practice.) If it was enjoyable food or not sickening for that matter I could have respected their rigid policy. No plan on returning.

Pretty good sushi at a decent price. I was a little bummed that the seaweed salad tasted funny towards the end of the dish. We also had an issue with the Diet Coke coming out as funny tasting. I would like to say our server was extremely gracious and tried fixing the machine but way unsuccessful at doing so, so he took the soda it off our bill.The shush was the best part. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the all you can eat sushi for the price and would definitely recommend this place for the sushi. Just dont waste your time with all the extras.

I called because I order thru Uber eats and it showed like they were still preparing the order so I called the restaurant and Jose was kind enough to call Uber eats and make sure I got a driver because the order had been ready for 30 minutes a d it showed on his end they werent any driver available. Wait staff and service was good. The sushi was good. The bento boxes were not good. The beef appeared to be some thinly sliced flap meat with teriyaki sauce on it. The quality did not match the price being charged. There was a sign that said lunch specials now 7 days a week, but when asked, the server said they had no lunch special. When we pointed out the sign and asked about the discrepancy, she could not give a satisfactory answer. There are several excellent Sushi spots in the area, we will be going to them. The only reason we went here was because they were open on Sunday at 2, where other places didnt open until 4 or 5.

Best place to hang out and relax. Great environment to eat and socialize with friends, partner, and even staff. Staff are not snobby or and they have pretty good customer service. Im here twice a week. I come usually in between the work and already on a random weekend with my wife. The staff Jason, Brandon, Raymond, Charlie, Jackie and the rest of the staff are great ppl to talk to if you come in to eat by yourself. I been around since they opened.Im lost in years so it might be somewhere from 7 to 10 years... its a must try if you never been there.

Terrible service and food. Not sure if it was because they were understaffed or if the waiter didnt know how to get tables set up and going. We sat down for 20 minutes before getting our orders in. It took another 15 minutes before the first order to come out. I personally ordered the Pork Katsu bowl (AVOID AT ALL COSTS) and it came out 10 minutes after the first order (popcorn lobster roll). Long story short, the Pork Katsu bowl was incredibly thin slices of pork that had more breading than meat.

Ive ate here before with my white buddy and everyone seemed great. They kept coming to check on us and bring us our sushi quite fast. The sushi was awesome! I LOVED it! When I came back with my fiancé and his brother to give them the same experience, it seemed very different. They didnt want to serve us. The guy server would always see us trying to ask him a question, then turn the other way rather quickly. Funny because he was supposed to be our server. The woman server always had to come in and help him bc he didnt want to help us. She was busy with everyone and this guy was just standing behind the register looking around. Our total came out to $50.35, with tip. I calculated what I personally ate, and my total was $51.79. You dont usually have high hopes when it comes to all you can eat sushi and I usually go to Miyagis in San Bernardino but it is ridiculously busy on a Saturday night so we decided to try this place, wow looks like I found another diamond in the rough this place was great the food was excellent and the service was good. Love this place. Im a local in this part of town and we been coming here since Rockin-Roll-Sushi. I go to Tomos bcus its closers to my house. Im actually a regular here.
