Whoa i never had sushi i liked as much as this. just super fresh fish and some dope family vibes in here the server was super nice and attentive to the table and the sushi all came at once. very reasonable in prices also. can’t wait to come back.

We were so happy and full when we left after dinner tonight. Everything we got was very good. We loved the chicken yakisoba and the Jeni Roll (deep fried) . We started with a delicious appetizer of thier prawns. Wow. The prawn is perfectly cooked and placed on top of a slice of lime that just ultimately makes it a perfect bite. The garlic edamame was so perfect we ate every last one. We are not sushi connoisseurs so the yellowtail texture on top of the Cabo wabo was a little tough for our palettes. It is most likely perfect if you enjoy that type of sushi. The lobster california roll was a great value and so good too. We will definitely be back. And, we found this location via Groupon which made the evening even better by grabbing a great deal there. Go check out this location. Youll love it.

So delicious. The most favorite dish for today is sushi platter. Its combination of all I want. Love it 😋Miso soup is a lot flavor. 5 of 5 for me

We got doordash and enjoyed the food. The beef teriyaki was really good. A great smoky sweet flavor and the veggies were delicious. Even my 1.5 year old loved them. We also have the ahi tacos which were very spicy!! Not a huge fan of spice and didn’t realize these were so spicy. Also had a tekka roll which was basic but yummy.

Great to see a sushi place with vegan and vegetarian options, however only one of the rolls (avocado veggie) was flavorful. The others had a weird mix of veggies and the cucumber wrapped rolls were almost impossible to eat with chopsticks. Would come again but only for the avocado veggie rolls.

Place was so good nothing was left on the plate. We are new to Escondido and I can say weve found THE spot for sushi. Definately give it a try. Good vibes, good food, good Sapporo…come 🩷👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

If you have had good experiences with Japanese Sushi, raw fish, then dont go here. Yellow Tail, Salmon Niguri was stale. Rainbow roll same. Raw fish etable, but very poor quality. Not fresh. Rice was not sticky Sushi quality. Rice broke up before you could get it in your mouth. Prices not cheap either. Ginger was watery and sour tasting. By the time I got home was very ill. Lastly, the Sushi chef wearing his baseball cap and Tee Shirt looked like not a Sushi chef. Atmosphere was good and service ok but waitress could not communicate what the fresh fish choices were. Maybe there were none. My experienced guess is that this place is not for raw fresh fish Japanese style but is best for cooked menu selections.

Overpriced and just okay on flavor. There are much better options locally. Further, the quantities leave much to be desired. The beef yakisoba pictured was $18 and half full. Maybe worth a try once but I wont be giving them another chance. Lastly, the staff were pretty rude and indifferent, virtually no customer service.

Amazingly fresh sushi in this area that Ive eaten at lately. Sashimi was thick cuts of fish.. so darn fresh. The rolls are ample and handrolls are big. We were all satisfied. Will come back againon my next trip down this way.

Solid and tasty sushi joint, have been here many times. Great offering, great staff, great service. Carlsbad roll is definitely my favorite. Amongst many sushi places in North county these guys are definitely above average. Will continue to order from them. Take out or dine in, Im never disappointed.
