Amazing tea selection— a wide variety of flavors, milks, milk alternatives and levels of sweetness! You can order straight off the menu or customize your tea. I’m a huge fan of Thai iced tea, but I swapped out the dairy for oat milk and toned down the sweetness and it was perfect!A fun atmosphere and everyone was super friendly! Highly recommend! Drank my tea so fast I forgot to take a pic!

Well upon coming in did not get greeted I did get stared at by many employees. I stood at the front window trying to order for at least 18mins tried getting someones attention was completely ignored. Went to ask another customer how do you order since no employees were helping me . Finally was able to order i went to my payment.went thru and lady just walked off before i was even done. I went to push print receipt And a different lady walks up pushes a button says have a good day . Didnt even.look up at me. Than when i asked her i was trying to have my receipt printed and u just went along and canceled it. She had an attitude so at this point i just told her nevermind i just want my drink so i can leave! I went and waited outside. Its all about first impressions ND customer service. And it was a huge L For SWEet straws. And they didnt even get my drink correct but I was so done with this experience I didnt even tell them

I got a large milk coffee with extra boba. It came out to $8 with a $1 tip. Very good, tasted freshly made

Finally open. Sonoma is boring when it comes to variety. Nice to get a real bobba spot. Drink was delicious. Tons of ice so overall your paying a lot for very little. Got to keep them profits up right? But no different then any other place these days. Even if it is a ripoff we will be back!

The place looked busy with the service still really fast & accurate. The price is average. They didnt have too many toppings. Everything went well and we were out of there very quickly.

Ordered four different drinks via doordash on June 25th 2023.One of those drinks was a large House Milk Tea with boba, coffee jelly, and pudding. Not even one of the three toppings were present but sure as heck was charged for all three toppings ($0.75 each).Normally, I would disregard all this and go on about my day, but this is not the first time it has happened.So, if you go to Sweet Straw to order multiple different drinks in person or via online, just make sure everything is correct and charged accordingly. This way youll avoid any disappointments ;)

The tea was good and there were many delicious options, but the environment was deafeningly loud. I’m down for loud music at concerts and bars, but this was just obnoxious. I politely asked the lady behind the counter to turn the music down because I couldn’t hear her. The volume went down a smidge but I still had to yell my order and read her lips to communicate with her. Then I waited outside until my drink was prepared. Another family also complained while I was there.

A nice little boba and sweet tea shop in Napa. Lots of tasty options at a reasonable price. The boba is a bit chewy, but the drinks itself are flavorful. Stop by of you’re in the area.

Boba was delicious.We stopped by on our way back to SF from Napa Valley. They had a variety of delicious drinks and the boba was cooked perfectly.

Delicious drinks, perfectly sized menu, and friendly staff. Its size is reminiscent of hole-in-the-wall shops on S.F. Its attractive and clean, leaning a little toward a corporate feel but not so much as to feel sterile or lack style. An adequately sized parking lot is just two doors down. Recommended.
