:Stopped by for dinner on a Thursday night. Ordered the miso salmon bowl. Came with a slice of bread.Overall, very happy with my meal. Salmon was tasty 😋. Good variety of ingredients.Service was fast and friendly.Would definitely come back again for more delicious bowls and salad. I just wish this place opened on weekends.

Such a fabulous experience! We were cheerfully greeted upon arrival. Julio provided me with excellent customer service. I appreciated his patience while I created a delicious masterpiece. My meal was delicious and fresh. I absolutely love this place. The facility was clean and orderly. Bathroom was also nice, stocked, and clean. I felt comfortable to stay and enjoy my meal. Julio checked in to see how I was enjoying my food and if there was anything else I needed. What great customer service! - seems like such a rarity these days. I highly recommend visiting Julio at Sweetgreens at 150 Folsom and Main in SF.

Im visiting from out of the area and found this little gem. The service and food were both wonderful. Since this was my first time, Julio took time to guide me though building a salad bowl and choosing a dressing. He showed me all the different options and shared his favorites with me to help advise my decision. The end result was so delicious and exactly what I wanted. He was a very kind and personable young man. I was impressed with all the options for lettuce since kale is not my favorite. The toppings were so delicious. Everything was fresh and rich. I highly recommend it.

I’ve never been a salad person until I tried sweet greens, I realized that salads can actually be fun and tasty and don’t have to be bland and boring. I try to eat salad for lunch to get my daily vegetables and I specifically go to this sweet green because of the service and the experience. The salads are unique, delicious and have a lot of different ingredients. The lines are quicker than other locations and I look forward to seeing Julio everyday. Julio knows what I like and offers suggestions for custom bowls and new things to try. He is also kind, funny and I look forward to seeing him everyday.

Ive been coming to this Sweetgreen for the better part of the last 6-7 months, just about every Monday. The salads always hit and this locations clean, friendly, and welcoming. I wanted to give a shoutout to Julio whos made it an especially welcoming place, as we talk through our weekends and he always remembers our conversations from the week prior too. This is my favorite go to spot when I don’t bring lunch to work. I love getting the salad options with their blackened chicken, my favorite! I enjoy trying their rotating menu as well. My current favorite salad is the BBQ chicken salad, it reminds me of their Chicken Avocado Ranch bowl but fewer calories.The service is always so friendly despite having to deal with all the customers and the rushes. Julio is the best! He’s great with customers and very personable.If you’re tired of the same salad you find at other places, I would recommend trying Sweetgreens rotating menu to mix things up!

This Sweetgreen is one of the best Ive ever been to. Of course the food is great, but the real reason it beats the rest is the staff.Specifically: Carter, Julio, and Miguelito are phenomenal. They are not only kind and helpful, but always make you feel like you are part of a community. Cant deny, a great SG is a great SG. This location for whatever reason seems to take more pride in cooking the food— being that my wife and I eat at SGs around 4-6 times a week; we can tell the difference in the locations.The service is great too, Julio in particular cares enough to remember a face and share a laugh or two in an otherwise cloudy city of people. 4 out of 5 stars in the atmosphere only because SF needs more sun and parking spots. ;-)

Having had Sweetgreens all over the country, this location is by far one of my favorites. The staff here go above and beyond to deliver the best service possible, and more importantly, the FRESHEST. Ive seen the manager throw out salad without question when it began to look soggy. The veggies are always fresh and the store is kept clean. We eat here 3-4 days per week and I have nothing but good things to say about the FOH staff. I cant say the same about the location on 2nd so we always go out of our way to drive down to the Folsom location. Shout out to Julio for his smiles and great customer service :)

This is my favorite SweetGreen in SF. First and foremost, it has the best staff. Julio is amazing. I come into SG 2-3 times a week and so many times see him holding down the fort and making salads quick while also being friendly, positive and kind to everyone that walks in. This man knows his stuff too. I know every time he makes my salad that its going to be accurate and exactly as I ordered and I never have to stress to watch him make my salad or incorrectly add something. Ive seen people walk in and he remembers everyones name, and order, and says hi to everyone. Another SG star is Miguelito, he also is a positive and great person to work with while ordering at SG and always look forward to seeing him and chatting briefly while the salad is being made. Do yourself a favor and avoid this overpriced once upon a time decent chain. Here is why:Wanted to eat healthy - ordered a custom buffalo chicken bowl. Little did I know that I was going to eat chicken that was burnt to a crisp. Can’t believe they would actually serve this to their customers. Tried one of the chickens from the screenshot - felt like I was eating coal. Not to mention the half bowl of salad that I was charged $14.50.I used to order from sweetgreen at least a few times a week. There is a reason that’s gone down to once in a few months. Do yourself a favor and avoid this overpriced chain.

I ordered my food to be ready at 6pm. I was there at 6pm, but my food wasnt ready until 6:22. And what was supposed to be a piece of focaccia was a slice of bread that was cold and dry. The salad had a dry piece of salmon on top. Otherwise, it was okay. They must have been short staffed, because there were several others waiting for their orders, too. Staff was working hard, and it must have been tough with a bunch of angry stares at them while they work.

I have been a shameless sweetgreen stan for years. Their ingredients are fresh, their staff is friendly, their salads and bowls are delicious and balanced. I would eat a Crispy Rice Bowl three times a week for the rest of my life if I could afford to. But that’s the problem. They were always expensive, and they have seriously declined in value recently. Prices have exceeded inflation rate, paying now requires navigating a tip prompt, and the new bowl lids are aggressively concave, removing roughly a third of the volume from the bowl. Holy shrinkflation, Batman! Guess it’s back to TJ’s salads for me.

They were short-staffed tonight so the salads were late, which meant I waited around for them to be prepared. I noticed that the two people working used the same gloves the whole time–they used the same gloves to grab animal and plant foods (so if youre vegan/vegetarian, theres definitely cross-contamination here) and more importantly, they used the same gloves to touch their computer, the stickers, all the things. Do not order pick up here. They never make it on time as scheduled and only start once you ask them 3-5 times in person after they have served all of the customers in line. I asked as soon as I arrived on the scheduled time and they served 5 other customers while they are already aware that my order is delayed. I have loved and frequently go to this location since the day they opened with my service dog, but after some staff changes (unsure), the place is not the same.For the person who kicked my dog and me for not wearing a service vest: By law, service animals are not obligated to use harnesses Check the Service Animals and the ADA. I offered to show my service ID card. Still, they declined and responded: the harness is required to verify, the dog is a service dog, Which is not TRUE.Ultimately, I enjoyed waking to the location, and I will return BUTFeedback for the employees: Practice giving options to the customers. If you can give them what they want, make the experience enjoyable, and have choices in cases like this, for example, You can order online, Do you know what you want? We can go ahead and order at the register. We will bring the salad outside for you, but not make the atmosphere of the place unenjoyable.
