Excellent addition to the restaurants at Victoria Gardens. Tried this for the first time and it felt like being in a healthier version of Chipotle. A lot of vegan and vegetarian options and the serving is actually good for 2. I placed my salad on top of the focaccia bread and it was the best idea ever. I suggest you get your dressing on the side if in case you couldn’t finish it, so you could bring it home without it being soggy.

Wonderful Clean Place to eat. Service staff was very caring with a sense of humor. The food is of good portion. You can taste the freshness. Definitely a great place to return for more.

Our first time eating here and it was so good we ordered another to go! I ordered the kale Caesar and my husband ordered the crispy rice bowl. Both so good! We ordered the chipotle chicken bowl for dinner later and it was yummy too! Such a cute place to eat!

Pretty good salads and bowls. It’s like a healthy style chipotle. Enjoyed the teriyaki bowl. The side of roasted potatoes hits the spot too! We will definitely be back to try other salads.

Food is great, however the staff move like molasses. With two people ahead of you in line expect to wait 15-20 just to start ordering. This does not make much since considering the food is already prepared. Hat tip to the cooks! Front counter keep trying.

While the food is great the only way to ensure your order is what you paid for is to go to the store. Sadly all orders through door dash their app are wrong, missing what was paid for such as extra items in the bowl or dressing or are not sealed. Seems they get lazy on the delivery orders and they get away with it because there is NO way to resolve. No one answers their phones and they want you to text for help - no responses back. Horrible customer service model and wont order again.

We have been loyal customers since this location opened. We were really happy to have a healthy option in our neighborhood. However, after the TERRIBLE customer service that we received from JEFF today, we will NEVER patronize this establishment again.We placed an order through Door Dash. The total was $68.00 for my husband and I. We then discovered that both orders were completely wrong with a number of missing items. My husband paid $8 for salmon, and it was missing altogether!! Absolutely no dressings were included.Due to the egregiousness of the mistakes, we drove to the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. (Keep in mind, we paid a service fee to Door Dash), and wound up having to drive over anyway.The manager JEFF, was absolutely horrible. He was rude, dismissive, and condescending. His solution was to replace any missing items. I have been in corporate management for over 30 years, and have NEVER seen such poor leadership. We insisted that they re-make our orders, which they did, but the overall experience was terrible. There is no actual phone number to speak to a customer service manager, so good luck in reaching someone at the corporate level. Your option is to text customer care, or submit your complaint through a website. This is a horrible business model, as this place is pricey. Customer Service should be at the TOP of their core values. JEFF could use some serious soft skills and leadership training!Needless to say, they lost valuable customers. Never again! Youve been warned!
