Nice, clean, green location in Beverly Hills. Bathrooms are also clean. The lady who made my salad was nice. I walked in and was greeted with a lot of welcomes by the employees. I love how they had outdoor seating against the front of the shop — bummer it was too cold to sit outside! There was plenty of indoor seating though and there were even outlets to plug in a laptop. Good place to get some journaling or work done, it was also a spacious shop. I got the harvest bowl with modification — took out the cheese and almonds and dressing. They gave me a TON of kale so it didn’t feel like cop out. It was a tasty bowl, but definitely feels a bit pricey. Would come back though

Im a Sweetgreen fan and have visited about 6 locations in the LA area, 1 in Boston and 1 in NYC. I have the app and can pay with my phone. This was my first time at the Beverly Hills location. I love it. I normally order pick up, but this time I ordered w/ a team member. He was kind, very patient as I made choices and balanced the mobile orders and customers well.I liked the music and interior. I especially enjoyed the outdoor bench seating. I went in the evening on a Friday after most of the businesses closed, so it wasnt very busy. It was fun to enjoy a healthy meal and people watch.Glad to find a new location I like. Im not a fan of the 3rd street location from an incident a few years ago. I gave it a few chances, but primarily stick to the LaBrea location the most. I will now add Beverly Hills to my favorite list.

They dont care!! Sunday, ordered a salad with the app. 40 minutes after it still wasnt ready. The place, 3 people in there. Its always the same person who doesnt care and is rude, every time I get a salade from her. You always get upset when you go to this place. And the way she puts it together is awful. Place went downhill. Now Im done. I will not go back to this place.

EVERY SONGLE TIME I get upset. Now Im done. Not returning. The staff is SO RUDE, mean, careless and lazy. At times even provocative. And they ignore you. Especially if youre nice. The worst staff. Unbelievable. VERY POOR manager with hiring and training.

This place changed in an unbelievable way in just 8 monthsWhat a disappointment. It used to be great, very clean, very nice, responsive amd competent staff. My daily place to go.Now, what a change. I went one time, I could not believe it. Then I went a week later, and again the same. The place is so dirty, a mess everywhere, VERY unfriendly, careless staff, I was the only one there, no wonder, and I was waiting for over 5 minutes, nobody came, they looked at me amd purposely made me wait, one girl past by me 4 times, didnt say anything, until I then said something and then someone came. And the service, terrible. Every single person. 5 people I saw were like that. Both times.Very disappointing. From my daily (7days) goto place, now I will never go back again. And clearly Im not the only one, both times it was empty.Its a dirty, messy, and unfriendly place, even the food is not the same, you can tell salads are not washed properly. And even the blackened chicken came out cold! Smd staff that does not care, at all.Go to Erewhon, half a block up the street, they are packed. And for a reason.

If you like clean eating, organic freshness stop on in ! The menu is healthy eating for sure, but its still tasty and flavorful. I enjoyed the different variety and mixture of fresh produce, which is all from local farmers .

If only there were a way to give less than one star. Across all dimensions, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. The manager has a serious attitude problem and does not treat customers with respect. Do not recommend this location.

Nit thr same anymore. VERY unfriendly service and the person never even bothered asking questions about dressing, or anything related to my order. Will not go back. Wanted to have an office party there next week, I will cancel. Very uncaring, unfriendly service.

Im just a DoorDash driver trying to earn money to put food on the table. Unfortunately, I received a $93 ticket because of the employees at a Sweetgreen restaurant. I know its my responsibility, but its really hard to earn $93 on DoorDash. I have to work the whole day just to pay the ticket.Heres what happened: When I arrived at the Sweetgreen, one employee was making food for customers. Then another employee came over to check the machine with online orders, and he found that there were 3 orders missing, including mine. I waited for him for 7 minutes while he checked the machine. He asked me to wait and I sat at a table. Then he started to prepare the 3 orders, which took another 16 minutes just for my one salad.Im a hard worker, just like the employees inside the restaurant. I have bills to pay, but my job depends on working efficiently and on time. I couldnt park my car somewhere else because this place doesnt have normal street parking. Lets respect each others jobs and work together to make progress. Im just really frustrated right now. Thank you

How about a parking spot to pickup food from your restaurant??? Valet occupied all of them for Avra restaurant and do not let Sweetgreen customers to park even for a minute! Awful location! Avoid!

Worlds smallest scoop of protein. Didn’t even fill up the tiny scoop she was using. She proceeded to tell me that they had a staff meeting this morning and that’s what they told her to do. Go elsewhere.rip off

Clean, spacious, bright, welcoming place. But above all VERY GOOD FOOD!! A green stage that does nothing but good. A salad rich in proteins and cereals. Or however you want to do it...really good!! Super affordable prices. Enjoy your meal.
