Ordered on Uber a hot honey chicken plate and the chicken smells and IS RAW. Insides are redSo sad because I order from SG a lot but For sure not ordering from this location again. :(

I’ve never been disappointed here, affable staff, regular variety of new items. What else do you need when getting your roughage on city slickers. Eat and commiserate on the outdoor seating watching all kind of people and cars on LaBrea. This day I ordered the crunchy rice bowl with chicken, almonds, shredded vegetables and arugula tossed with a ginger cashew dressing. See?The focaccia would have put me over the limit had I ate it all. 600 calories. Parking it a bonus.

Another cool sg spot in La Brea. Their menus are a bit different to stores in NY.My favorite menu is Kale salad. They have strong menu line up with drinks too.You can of course customize your own bowl of salad.And dont forget to look arond the shops near they are also cool

Feels like I’m over paying $16 for a bowl of salad. I asked for the chicken and Brussels sprouts. Let me know when you spot the chicken. Sweetgreen makes me like salad but they really skimp on portions.

Great quality food as always from sweetgreen but parking at this location is less than ideal. Service has always been friendly and helpful here as well. I recommend going with the Chicken Pesto Parm bowl. I substitute kale instead of spinach and also do blackened chicken instead of normal chicken (more flavor). Enjoy!

OMG!! Sweetgreens is my life. I don’t live close enough to go often, but every time I’m in the area and I mean “EVERY TIME” I will stop and grab me a “Shroomami” salad 🔥🔥🔥(PRO TIP) They do not accept cash 🤦🏾 so bring your card.

Pricey, but for a good reason. Most of the ingredients used to make orders are sourced locally. They even have a list of farmers and other growers they work with. Very good and very recommended.

One of my favorite place to eat in LA! I get a Sweetgreens salad at almost every lunch. My favorite one is the Harvest bowl with blackened chicken and pesto vinaigrette, so tasty, so healthy! Not only the recipes are well thought and delicious, but all of their ingredients are so fresh with the absolute best quality. Their utensils and bowls are all plants based and compostable. I love this place and will continue going :)

Ordered delivery of a salad for which the main ingredient was arugula. Salad arrived with no arugula or any greens whatsoever - only toppings. I was not notified of the missing ingredient or given a chance to cancel my order or swap the ingredient, and I was rejected after requesting a refund.

Have ordered from here 4 times now. The first 3 times the food was great and the service efficient and friendly. The most recent time here will now be my last. I ordered a salad for me and my boss. I was the only one in this location, but still had to wait over 5 minutes for all of the nonchalant girls working that day to figure out who was going to help me. Surprise, I got the rudest most unfriendly one. Made me feel so uncomfortable to even order food from here, like I was doing something wrong to her. Got up charged to add onions. Odd, but okay, whatever. The salads are expensive enough that you shouldn’t charge to add non premium items, specially when it was replacing another ingredient. Fine, okay. All of this could have been over looked, but…. My boss and I both got sick that evening with bubble guts, cramps, diarrhea, etc. as if we had eaten from McDonald’s. Not sure what ingredient caused it, but we had both gotten the same thing from this SG location at the same time, had not eaten anything else prior that day, and both got sick. Not the first time I’ve heard this either. Won’t be going back here again to say the least.

Welp… things seemed fine and friendly, but what happened was there were two of us and we both wanted the harvest bowl. It was around an hour before they close for the night. When we ordered, the person helping us said they were out of the roasted chicken, but that there was the blackened chicken still which was described as a little spicier and was thigh meat. She said the same thing to both of us as we ordered separately. I find it very strange that in both cases, there was NO mention or warning about an up-charge. Had I been told about it in the beginning, I would have first asked if there were any other substitutes and then decide if I wanted to spend the money on the upgrade. Instead, Neither of us even had the chance. When the more expensive option is our only option because they ran out of the standard option (still my preferred option), and when we find out at the register feeling duped out of an extra 3 dollars per bowl for the upgrade we didn’t know we got, it makes for a very disappointing experience.@Sweetgreen: Please tell customers ahead of time if what you’re recommending is going to cost them more money. I trusted your recommendation because I assumed you had your customer’s interests at heart, but instead I feel like I was misled and taken advantage of.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly and they work fast. Even with lines, it never takes more than 10 minutes to get your order. They accept Apple Pay, but you can also link your card to pay through their app and earn rewards. I highly recommend doing the rewards from their app. The facility is very clean and they have their own parking (I’d say 15-20 spots, more than a lot of places in LA).

The first time was good the guy was super polite. Overall a good experience. We went again and these ladies saw us and saw we wanted to order and even the cleaning lady has to tell them to serve us there was no one so that was rude and left us standing waiting for someone to serve us maybe next time do you Jon and stop talking to your friends and do your job.

Sweet green except no green cash for payment! I guess the future cashless economy is upon us. Outside of that surprise, my first experience here was excellent. The menu, including the sources of their organic, fresh ingredients, is clearly posted on the walls. I found their menu more interesting than some of their competition. I ordered the Miss Bowl which included winter vegetables, kale, spicy chicken and a grain of your choice (I had brown rice), all tossed with a subtle but aromatic salad dressing. My server was friendly and invited me to make any personal modifications as she assembled the salad before me. Ill definitely be back and look forward to finding a location near me.

I usually have great experiences but today I had to really throw this rating up. The person who attended my friend was told by her colleague to acknowledge us and took forever to make her way to us. I get not wanting to work in food service but her customer service was terrible and she was so focused on giving us an attitude that she forgot to give us our sauce... I’ll be going to another location next time

This is by far the best SweetGreens I have been to thanks to the friendly and thoughtful staff! I had the pleasure of having Ryan and Anna help me and their professional as well as outstanding customer service was impressive! Im obsessed with sweetgreens, but this is the worst location Ive been to, considering Ive been to locations all over LA, SF, DC and NYC. This location has messed up my online order 3 times in the past month. The most recent incident was so bad that I got back to the office to eat lunch and found that they completely left out the piece of salmon on my OMG Omega salad. When I contacted sweetgreens customer service, they gave me a $10 credit for a $15+ salad. I think it might be time to retrain the employees at this location to keep the reputation of the high quality (not to mention pricey, but usually worth the upcharge) product they are know for.

Sweetgreen is Sweetgreen.If you want healthy salads at your fingertips without having to wait too much or no wait if you plan in advance then thats your spot.Chains are chains, though. So, you know, expect a uniformity of menus across the country, but they also have local innovations. Good on them!

Im glad they are taking steps to protect the workers, but the current setup is wildly inefficient. i do walkup normally, in and out. and most places still have that but installed an extra barrier between customers. here now its only pickup and takeout, so i ended up waiting over half and hour. this means people are standing around longer which is a possible health issue that could be avoided with better PPE
