So I came for the ice cream next door, and after seeing the long line, I decided to eat first. So we came into sweetgreen and I am so glad we did! I loved very single bite. Nice and healthy, fresh, and with a ton of flavor. They have popular items listed if you can modify and pick your own toppings. Bowls, salads they are all great! I’ve been missing sweetgreen ever since I left NYC so I was so excited they finally opened shop in San Diego. The food was just as good as I remember it and the employees were much more helpful and friendly than at their east coast locations (not surprisingly).The salads and bowls here make eating healthy a treat, not a chore. Everything is flavorful and fresh. Plus the atmosphere is bright and refreshing.

I love the salads here. Everything seems very fresh and delicious. If you create your own salad, make sure to ask for multiple sauces as the sides since some of them are soooooo good!

I’m actually a big fan of sweet greens however this location is horrible. I get a salad which has four ingredients and they always add something else and in this case I was allergic to it so it’s not like I can just politely remove the item. I have to have the salad remade which I feel terrible about but it’s very clear in my order for ingredients. The store is extremely dirty. Inside and out. I went to pick up an order today and I stood there for seven minutes. Every employee had their head down not looking I said excuse me twice, but nobody looked up. It’s just not how you run a business. I’m gonna have to find another location because this one is horrible and tarnishes the brand.

We tried the featured hot honey chicken plate and didnt like that as much. The quinoa was crunchy which was unexpected.The harvest bowl is the most popular and was pretty good. You should get that if you dont know what else to get.

Small portions! The chicken I got in the bowl looks like leftovers, not even whole pieces. No bread the two times I’m here.

I have been missing Sweetgreen since moving out here. This is not the Sweetgreen I remember. I ordered a hot honey chicken plate, crispy rice bowl, and focaccia with hummus. The crispy rice bowl came with no dressing, the hot honey chicken plate was all chicken with no sweet potatoes and a small scoop of quinoa, and the focaccia with hummus was missing the focaccia. I will wait until I’m back in New York to go to Sweetgreen again

Sweetgreen at the best mall! I was lucky enough to randomly stumble upon the soft opening of this location, and had the most wonderful experience ever- so good i had to write a review! Every single employee was just the sweetest person I had ever encountered, like beyond nice- it made me feel so welcome! I ordered the harvest salad and it was INCREDIBLE! The portion was large, very filling, and very well dressed. 100/10 salad and experience- it was my first time and you have earned a customer for life!

Came in with the clutch because I wanted to have a late dinner and I had a choice between this or awful fast food places. Super efficient service our server was Riley. Riley read to the last page of the manuel to see if one of the sauces he was going to give me has dairy or not. I eat non dairy. I ordered sweet potatoes and the kids meal the chicken and rice.

I like this chain but this location is pretty bad. Dirty sticky tables and food spilled on the ground. Ordering through the app is also extremely slow. Usually better to wait in line and order bc the delivery/online employees are slow ~15-20min for one bowl.
