sweetgreen in Mountain View

These healthy bowls are beautiful and delicious. We shared 3 different ones and each one was so unique. Different ingredients and green leaves. Loved them all. The blackened mushroom one was so uniquehighly recommend as yummy healthy options.

Salads are my favorite dish. And of all the places I’ve ate salads or Buddhabowls Sweetgreen is the best.Even if you get the gnarliest, most healthy raw, vegan option it tastes amazing.I definitely suggest sticking to their menu rather than free styling since the dishes are so thoughtfully combined. And this is a chain - the staff doesn’t always know how to create an amazing dish if you ask for advice.Eating in is fine for lunch, but such a wonderful and beautiful salad deserves to be eaten somewhere delightful. I wish sweet greens restaurants were as wonderful as their food.

Really enjoyed the crispy rice bowl with blackened chicken, raw carrots, shredded cabbage, cucumbers, cilantro, roasted almonds, crispy rice, warm wild rice, arugula, lime, spicy cashew dressing. Loved the variety of ingredients, high quality tender greens, dressing was awesome and a great pairing.

I’ve always been a sweet greens fan. I eat SG every week. But Mountain View location just tastes different(in a bad way), feel something is missing, and the portions are very small compared to other locations.

As others have said, the service here is super slow with seemingly nobody around to help you out. The other big problem is they add too many sugary ingredients to the salad, so make sure you tell them to swap things out as you go along. other than that, the salad was very satisfying and the preset options they have are actually appealing. $15

The salad is delicious but this is the worst Sweetgreen location because the portions are so tiny. My container of salad was literally half full. At other locations and in years past they would fill it all the way up, but apparently not anymore. Maybe I just got a bad one but in that case they still deserve a bad rating for poor consistency.

I am Chipotle fan, just because healthy food.I tried this first time, much more choices little costlier, but food is light, tasty and healthier. All drink choices are also good.

2nd update: ordered again. The order was available promptly, the receipt stickers showed the correct order, but when I got home, 1 of 3 salads (pesto paradise) was missing chicken. Forgetting the protein is a big miss. For takeout orders, this location has messed up 2 of our last 3 orders in some way, averaging an order every 2 weeks. Was trying to include this in the usual rotation to be more healthy, but this isn’t working out.Update: ordered again. Salads were there on the shelf when they were scheduled to be there. Maybe the other day was just a fluke. Happy again.Their food is good and healthy, but ordering through the app means waiting 30 minutes past the estimated time. This is the bench you’ll be waiting on. Not good when you’re trying to feed your kids before they get hangry.

Too slow for online order. There are many staffs but they were not working on preparing food. When I got my salad I also noticed that food portion is half compared to other stores I’ve been going. This is my worst sweet greens experience.

Delicious! They were only doing online orders when I went, but that wasnt an issue. My custom bowl was tasty and super filling. Loved every part of it. Ill be back!
