Food is decent enough and the crew are nice depending on the day. A couple of the guys seemingly dont like talking and are very standoffish. But most are nice.Freshness is 50/50. Ive ordered the same custom salad two days in a row, the first had fresh romaine the second was rusting. Which is disappointing given that the prices can be pretty up there.Pretty location with a lot of sunlight in the dining area. Although it can get pretty crowded during the early lunch hours. Bit dusty some days as well. Also they get really busy with delivery during the early lunch and dinner hours, so if youre looking to order during these times please understand that you may have to wait due to the huge amount of orders coming in. Ive seen their second salad line be completely full with a huge stack waiting at the start of it.

I love sweetgreen. Great portions, healthy and balanced recipes. Harvest bowl is my favorite.Update: it’s the second time for the last couple of months that I stop by at 7:30/7:45pm and the store is closed. Change the info for your location, it’s misleading!

Never order take outs from this location. I have waited for 15 for my pick up order to be completed in store. While they finished everyones order before me.They have a million of delivery orders which they are not doing!

I usually love this place and always order balckened chicken. Today the blackened chicken was not goof at all. Very fatty and not cooked very well. I’m dissapointed

Generally good vibes compared to other locations such as the one in marina del ray. Portions smaller in online orders than in person (general SG problem). Tons of new faces all the time which leads me to believe there’s high turnover. Been frustrating lately that they close 15/20 minutes early . If the employees want to get off early (totally get it) just change your operating hours to reflect that.

I know for a fact that no companies pay their employees anywhere near enough, so it’s hard to blame the people working there for what a mess it is. But good lord is it a mess. Trash overflowing, workers seeming like they don’t have direction, consistently backed up with mobile orders, etc. Maybe it’s management? Maybe it’s just the people working there in the evening? I’m not sure. But sweetgreen corporate, if you’re reading this, maybe try giving everyone a considerable raise with benefits so that there’s an incentive for people to want to have pride in their work. 💘

I love stopping by for a delicious salad and house drinks. Always pleasantly surprised at the end of my meal; feeling full without the desire for a nap. It is moderately priced; however, ones health is priceless. So if youre in a pinch and dont have time to make your own salad, stop by and worry no more!

Just ordered for the first time on UberEats, and boy was I not disappointed. Food was delivered quickly, quality of all items was fantastic, and the price (esp compared to local rivals) was more than fair. Will absolutely be eating or ordering from here again.

Restaurant not clean. Scary especially due the actual circumstances (Covid-19) - Patio disgusting, table not clean with foods & trash on it. The trash completely full, they werent busy so its even worst. Floor dirty too!!! Its seems nobody really care about it! I wont go back. Culver City is much better.

This Sweetgreen (Montana Ave, Santa Monica) is really great. That staff is always friendly.Today I had used the app to preorder for pickup and wasn’t able To get what I originally wanted since the app said the dressing wasn’t available. However, when I got to the store that wasn’t necessarily the case, as I overheard another gal order that item. I inquired with one of the staff, his name is Matt. Although they had already started on my order, he was SO incredibly friendly and eager to change it for me! Thank you so much, Matt! Your customer care towards me was above and beyond. Especially in the middle of lunch rush. From happily greeting me while I waited, to allowing me to interrupt/change, and continuously being such a joy to interact with — I truly appreciate your hard work and positive attitude!You’re right, the Ratatouille bowl is delish.
