The appearance might not be impressive since the staff assisted in mixing the ingredients in the salad bowl. However, the flavor is truly delicious and refreshing, and the portion size is generous. The environment is clean and pleasant.

I tried sweet green for the first time in Boston and I recalled having the kale Caesar and was not impressed. I never had sweet green again after till years later — I’ve tried the Westwood location in LA twice now and it was way better than I remembered so perhaps it was a case of getting the wrong thing the first time. I got the harvest bowl but customized it — took out the cheese and almonds and asked for no dressing and added lemon squeeze, basil and cilantro, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and raw beets! It was REALLY good even without the dressing. They definitely had a lot of shredded kale in it and the bowl was super clean, they didn’t overdo it with the grains / carbs, maybe I would’ve wished there was more wild rice in the bowl but overall the other toppings I was able to add was more than enough. The portion size was also perfect. Would highly recommend going to sweet green if you’re looking for healthy options; because you can customize your meal and add/take out things as you like. The cheeses, tortilla chips, crispy Parmesan crisps and dressing are mainly what increases sodium and sugar levels in the meals so if you’re health conscious You can always take those out and the bowls & salads are still good!!

I had a good experience ordering to go here! I really liked the food and everything. That being said, I felt that they were a little stingy on the spinach so next time I’ll make sure to request more spinach.

I love sweetgreen in general but this is by far my favorite location. Every time I go in I’m helped by the kindest people and the whole store has the best positive energy. I recently met the manger who is fantastic as well. I highly recommend if you’re in/near the mall!

I have never had SweetGreen and I was very impressed!! I ordered online after completing my shopping and I got the Buffalo chicken salad. It was upscale and very good. The portions are very generous and I really was enjoying the flavor combinations. The service was good! Very friendly and attentive since I didnt know where the pickup spot was!Thank you SweetGreen Century City for giving me a great first experience!

I visit this branch regularly as I have been living near the mall for the past two years.I love their Guacamole Greens salad. The staff and especially their manager are so friendly and welcoming.

Great salads, this is the Chicken Pesto Parm. Lines can be long at lunch both in Century City and Santa Monica. Sneak out of the office before noon to beat the crowd.

Delicious healthy salad with tons of options to choose from or create your own. My only issue is they skimp on some toppingsbut still charge the same. Like apples or raisins are a small scoop to add.

I didn’t like Sweetgreen. The food 🥘 is poor in taste and the drinks are very weirdly stinky. It’s not my kind of place. I didn’t care to take any pictures.

Let me start by saying I LOVE SGs. I get it probably once a week. I see others had good experience with the staff so maybe I just experienced new people that hadnt been trained? I waited at the counter for ten minutes before anyone even said hello. There was a girl making to go salads, which is fine, thats the job she was assigned to, but she didnt say hello, welcome, someone will be right with you. Nothing. In fact, she wouldnt even look at me even though she was standing in front of me. The girl beyond me caught my eye and we both started laughing because it was so rude. Finally, someone else helped me. I asked for blackened chicken and realized half way through my salad, there was no chicken. Luckily, she didnt charge me for it, but still annoying as I know I asked for it. I get the same salad every week. They had no customer service skills whatsoever. We all pay a lot for your salad, be nice to us customers!
