I’ve been a loyal customer for years. The food is always great and tasty. The price is reasonable and provides takeout and home delivery. They have variety menus, including Chinese and American style which is very impressive because they consider every customer from overseas. My family and I have tried almost everything on the menus, and no disappointments yet. Everything is fresh and delectable. We love their special spicy chili and spice level can be adjusted.The service is superior.The owner and waitress are friendly and exceptional, they take good care of every order and table. A very nice ambiance place for lunch and dinner.Strongly recommended. The best Chinese food in town.

I love to come here for lunch special that comes with a soup, rice, egg roll and cream cheese wonton. The food is flavorful, testy and come out quickly. I love their spicy chili, it’s really authentic. The price is also reasonable and worthy. The service is indeed very professional and conscientious. I would recommend to bring over your family and friends together.

We ordered 2 servings of Beef Chow Mein for pickup today for dinner. Got home and started eating. Tasted something plastic-y, thought it was just residue off the containers or something. Wrong, the burnt plastic flavor continued to mount and we had to stop eating, leaving most of it uneaten. I am not sure how this is acceptable. Whoever cooked tonight: do some investigation into how something in the ingredients of beef chow mein got contaminated by plastic. Cooking in an unwashed new wok? Burnt oil? Hot ingredients kept in unsuitable plastic for too long? Please figure it out because it was unacceptable, not to mention at the base level it was otherwise flavorless. My stomach does not feel good and I think I might end up sick.

Went for lunch and ordered the Dan Dan noodles. The pork was well seasoned and slightly spicy, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was infused with szechuan peppercorns which created a gentle numbing sensation on the tongue. Would definitely order this dish again.

I wish more people went🙄. The food quality is immaculate and they truly understand Chinese cuisine. Where else can someone get a Peking duck? I always frequent it for the holidays. Btws theres a new bar across the street excellent beer who wouldnt do both?

Every time Ive ever eaten in or ordered to go, Ivebeen very pleased. Restaurant is clean & spacious despite its small location. Food is delicious, cooked to order and reasonably priced. They also provide home deliverywhich is less expensive then using delivery app service. Ive never hesitated recommending this restaurant to local or out-of-town friends.

We recently ordered take-out from here for a very large group on a tight dinner schedule. They were wonderful! They had everything ready right on time, well packaged, and the food was delicious! They even helped us carry it all to our car. I would definitely order from them again.

We caught many rockfish out in the marina, and brought them here (whole) to be processed and cooked. The 5 fish we requested to be cooked were prepared deliciously, all with different sauces and seasonings. We highly recommend the Szechuan. The other fish we brought in (filleted) were cleaned and wrapped and frozen for us. The total price for the processing about 20 fish was very very fair. Susan and her coworkers were also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend if you want to bring in any fish that you catch and want to support a local business.

Overpriced and not too flavorful! Asked for extra spicy and it wasn’t spicy at all. No real flavor to the vegetarian food either. Very expensive for what you get. Too bad :-(

I gave only 3 stars because they have at least 2 dishes that we can usually rely on- the Wor wonton soup and Szechuan shrimp. Unfortunately this time we ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp and the Fried Rice. The Honey walnut shrimp sauce is what ruined the dish .. the consistency was of a thick mayo/condensed milk based sauce, it was very unbalanced, gooey, thick, and very distasteful in texture and flavor and did not resemble honey flavor in the least. Sad to say but Panda Express makes their Honey Walnut Shrimp way better. I really expected this dish to be better than the fast food version... the rice was very oily. We were really disappointed and feel sad to write this but it was bad enough to have to say something. I doubt if we will be back :( sorry for the review but just being honest about our experience.

Ordered take out for dinner. Pork wontons, orange flavored chicken, steamed rice and noodles with chicken and vegetables.All entrees were delicious. Good portion size for take out. Food was ready for pick up within 15 minutes of ordering it.Parking lot very adequate in shopping area restaurant is located in. Will definitely visit again.Entree pricing $$.

Ive lived in Santa Barbara now for close to 20 years and in that time I have had only one source of decent Chinese faire. Sadly the Mongolian barbeque closed during the pandemic and I thought eastern cuisine was now going to be reserved for when I was out of town. Boy was I wrong.Im beyond excited to have found Szechuan. Their full course options are not only among the best value Ive ever experienced, price wise, but they are also incredibly good quality food. The apps are moist and delicious and the entrees are excellent as well.The real clincher though, especially during this new normal, is their delivery service. For 7.00 flat they deliver to our address perfectly on time, hot and tasty. That is quite the feat considering what a hard to find spot we live in.Highly recommended if you are looking for some tasty Chinese. Try the option B with imperial shrimp. You wont be dissatisfied.

Solid reliable delivery Asian food. Big portions and good quality food/cooking. The fried rice comes salty we thought, so we stick w steamed. Good order takers and delivery people rounds out a dependable dinner that will end up stirred in to breakfast and give a lunch tomorrow too.

The worst chinese restaurant that I have ever tried. the food is really salty and greasy, low quality food and the waiters are not friendly. Even worse is that they charge the bill automatically with a 18% forced gratuity, which is way too much compared to their bad service! We are 4 adults and one child. During the whole dinner time, they do not refill water for the whole table. I ordered server dishes, some are non-spicy, and some are spicy, but finally they had all the dishes non-spicy, did they ever listen to the customer? And later they directly took away the soup bow even when we were not finished yet. They also charge for the regular tea which is free in all other chinese restaurant. Will not come back again and not recommend.

Amazing fried rice and chow mein! The atmosphere is really nice and welcoming and the service is attentive and polite. The prices are right where they should be and the location is good with lots of parking available. This is a good place to enjoy either indoor or outdoor eating and I love going there.

Santa Barbara not known for its Chinese food but this little place served pretty authentic Chinese. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they served hotpot and it was pretty good! For the adventurous, try the boiled sichuan beef.

It’s okay. The sweet and sour pork ribs are American tomato flavored. There are relatively few shredded bamboo shoots in the fish-flavored shredded pork. It seems to be sweet potatoes, and it looks a bit like white radish. Overall, its okay, not too unpalatable, and basically authentic. The store is quite clean.
