I been ordering take out from this restaurant. Indeed their chef is quite good and portions are large. Their spicy dishes are close to the traditional local Szechuan style. Menu is quite large but most of the ones I ordered were good. Mapo Tofu could have been better. Steamed fish in spicy oil sauce was very good. Parking lot is adequate most of the time.

Love the food. Our waitress was awesome. 1st time eating there, but Ive always ordered using delivery services. Been a year or so since Ive had it. Will definitely be back, and the food was just as I remembered it. Even better dining in.

It was a generous amount of food for the price. The lunch special is really a deal. the food was great too!! I had so much I had to take some home for leftovers and it was still good the next day. the egg flower soup was some of the best Ive ever had.

The place doesnt look nice from the outside, but the inside is nice. The food is pretty good and comes in large portions. Rice has to be order separately and also comes in a large portion, Id recommend getting one portion for every 2 people and then order more if thats not enough. The staff was friendly and the food came fast.

Ordered lunch menu the salt and pepper pork chop. Its comes with a soup, a salad, a piece of egg roll. The salt pepper pork chop was super good. So delicious....the egg roll was sooo good too, its so crunchy...and with the dipping sauce ohhh sooo good!!!They have free wonton when you check in on yelp..The restaurant has plenty parking, and also clean. The sevice was great too. The manager was really nice...

A few of us went in for lunch the other day, when they opened. Noticed when walking in, the floor was a little wet. No floor sign at all anywhere. They said oh be careful its wet. Not cool. They should think about mopping the floor at least 45 minutes before they open. Not very safe.Also, my husband and I were in a week prior. I ordered cashew nut chicken. Which was wonderful.But when I was at lunch with the ladies. I ordered almond chicken, and my other friend ordered cashew nut chicken. Which I tried again. For some reason the almond chicken and cashew nut chicken were spicier. Saw chili pieces in it. Im not a fan of spicy. And its not cool when it gets changed.And it definitely wasnt spicy the other night at dinner time.

Old tasting food. The orange chicken was honestly ridiculously bad. Chewy, yet hard and old tasting chicken. Szechuwan wontons were blatantly old. Mostly dough with a filling the was almost crumbly due to its age. Shrimp fried rice was grainy and the shrimp was obviously reheated and fishy. Avoid! This place makes panda express look like a Michelin restaurant. Also, the girl at the front had an obvious attitude. I dont know why though, the place was empty! at 5pm on a Friday.

I went for the vegan tangerine chicken. Ill be honest Im not as big of a fan as I was when this restaurant was run by the previous management.The vegan chicken that they use is made from texturized vegetable protein. The problem with that in Asian Cuisine is it doesnt absorb the flavors in the sauces as well. I grew up eating Asian food, most of the meals I eat involve rice. So that makes me very critical of rice dishes.Although its very tasty I still think that they could use a different type of vegetable based protein. Whatever brand are using now seems to have raised the prices of the dishes by a few dollars. However their tofu dishes are quite reasonable. The tofu vegetable soup serves two at under $5.All in all, if youre craving plant-based Chinese food this is an excellent choice. If you happen to be Asian and vegetarian this place makes for some darn good comfort food

Food here is good. I had the tea smoked duck.They lost a star because of the wacky way they served us, they brought out 2 of the 3 main courses before the appitizer and the 3rd dish came out when the other two were about done eatting. The servers got switched on us to for some odd reason. Didnt seem busy. The last thing that gives this place a ding on stars is the dirty bathroom doors. I felt like I was walking into a truck stop. The bathroom over all was clean. The doors were disgusting.

Real deterioration in service here. I have eaten here a lot over the past three years. Maybe twice a month. I have always received good service and the delivery driver is such a nice guy. Great food. However, tonight I called in to order and was placed on hold for 10 minutes, the call was cut off or they hung up on me. I tried to call back several times and when I finally got a young lady on the phone and told her what had happened there was no apology, basically called me a liar about the wait time and call being cut off and said I had to deal with it because “they are busy.” If they treat loyal customers with such disrespect, I can only imagine what is happening to the food behind the scenes.Whatever. You lost a good customer. Treat people with basic decency.

We only went to this place because our usual place was about to close. It was almost 9pm so we searched for Chinese food and this place popped up. We didnt know it was an actual restaurant so husband walked in without even getting greeted he literally stood there until someone from the back asked him what he needed. He asked if they had take out and the girl at front pointed to a menu they had. My husband asked if they had plates lady said this wasnt a combo place didnt even make eye contact with us. He then told her it was our first time there what would she recommend and she ignored him didnt even help us. We finally decided what we wanted and told her we were ready to order twice she continued to ignore us with no help so I told my husband we needed to leave. We literally walked out the least she could have done was help us out and explain to us what they had with it being our first time there. Customer service was horrible.

Somewhere, something happened here. I will admit that its been a long time since we have been here, but I was craving Szechuan.They arent the same, service to say one star was overrated. It took 10 minutes to get hot tea & a beer. They no longer carry Tsing Tao, so LOL get a corona. Food came out separately, he was done with his meal and mine was still 10 minutes away. WHAT?? I just got mine to go. Unless reviews change, I wont be back.

I ordered the lunch of shrimp in lobster sauce. This is one of my favorite from this restaurant. It was 3:30 and 4 is the cut off for lower prices. The quality wasnt the same as when I ordered it at 1 another time. There was less sauce than usual and a lot more rice. Plus it didnt taste the same. I will return to the restaurant.

Everything was sticky, like nothing gets wiped off properly: sticky tables and menus, sticky silverware... the air conditioning wasnt working and it was so HOT, and the wait staff was either in slacks and a shirt or Rugrat sweatpants and cut off shirts.

So, the location looks as though covid happened and then when we went inside, the man who greeted us basically pointed to table and said, THERE!! I then ask my husband, where? We just head towards a table that had dishes on it because that was the only one like that lol. The server was everywhere and would come to us from time to time. We ordererd Pink lemonade because I wanted to try their Thai tea but no plant based milks, which is always a bummer, and to make that part worse, the lemonade had no flavor and was watered down. We explained to the server, she said, she thought it didnt seem right, so she brought us a fresh glass... That was only slightly better, after that, I no longer drank anymore.We ended up ordering vegetable chow-fun with added fried tofu, vegan chickn and broccoli and my husband ordered chicken fried rice. I will say with all honesty, the food was truly fabulous, we both were shocked.I would say that if I were to ever eat here again, I would order take out because the service and drinks were terrible.

We just wanted a refund on the dish that was not correct. They made us bring the food back. With covid and everything they really took food back? What are they going to do with it. Our family ate here for the first time tonight. We enjoyed the food and each dish came to our table fresh and hot. We all order a meal from the lunch menu, which you can do for only $2 more at dinner. The only thing I would say is that we had to wait for each item ordered to be brought to the table at different times. It wasnt brought all at once so 2 of the 4 of us had to wait for our orders for probably 10-15 minutes after the first dishes were served. We werent in a hurry so it was fine but I would have preferred all the dinners at the same time. The servers were friendly and attentive. The portions were generous and we didnt leave hungry. We took the rest home to have for another meal.I would definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to eat there again or get it to go.

Szechuwan Garden has been my go to place for food delivery for years. The gentleman that delivers the food is very sweet and polite, my husband loves talking to him when he delivers our food. Hes always early on his deliveries or on time, but never late, all this years ordering from them and Ive never had a late delivery.You can order online or on the phone, sometimes I order lunch but mostly dinner. The plates are big and always full to the top, I usually order the special because includes salad, egg roll and soup. My favorite is anything shrimp but if I have to pick one I think mine is shrimp in lobster sauce, my husband likes chicken, his favorite is chicken walnut. The food always arrives super hot never cold, not even in this type of weather.The walnut shrimp has approximately 10 shrimps, carrots and some other vegetable that I have no idea what it is but it taste good kind like zucchini; the lobster sauce flavor is really good, it also has a little bit of egg. If you really like shrimp in lobster sauce, try this one, you wont be disappointed, other reviewers say the same thing.If you like this type of food, try Szechuwan Garden, you wont be disappointed, either order online o visit theyre restaurant. Excellent Chinese food. So many times the food is okay in a Chinese restaurant. This restaurant takes it up a few notches. We had the mixed fried rice, pepper and salt pork chops, beef with broccoli, and Kung pao chicken. Because my friend is recuperating from chemo, we kept the spice to zero. I like it hot, but the flavors were so good and the food was cooked to perfection -- I didnt miss the heat at all! Gonna go visit my friends soon just to go again!

The Singapore Noodles are Delicious! Some of the Best Ive had. Dont even talk to me if I have a plate of these noodles in my face. They also have a good Steamed Seafood Delight with some pretty large scallops. Brown sauce on the side. Theyre are much closer Chinese places near our hotel but We always try to take the extra drive here. The prices are average. The food is nothing to write home about though it is good. I do like that they have loads of veggie options too. Good experience overall.

This is a solid choice. The waiter was really funny, recommending very enthusiastically the wanton appetizer. We gave him the ok and the wontons appeared nearly instantly, piping hot. He started laughing and admitted that they were a mistake order that he needed to unload on us suckers. They were so-so; brown sauce too sweet and gooey for my taste. For lunch we ordered egg foo young, which was oddly crispy and thick, but delicious. The crispy walnut shrimp was so good, I think its my new favorite. Sauteed green beans were super tasty, but I make spicy green beans that are way better. The honey spicy chicken was not spicy at all and pretty sweet, so just a C on that.

They were very kind and loved to help. The wait for food was not long, food came out piping hot, and the price was right! Let me make this clear. I liked this restaurant. I didnt give the last star because I would say the food is not as flavorful as other restaurants that I have been to. This is my personal opinion and taste. If you are looking for a great asain restaurant, this would be a good place to start. If you are thinking of stopping this place, it would be your loss. Definitely worth the visit!

If I could give a negative 10 rating, I would. What irresponsible staff and establishment. I called January 2nd to make a reservation for January 22 from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm for a party of 50 to 60 people. I spoke with Ken, who stated that they would call me on January 20th to confirm that 50 to 60 people were coming so that they could bring in extra staff. January 20th came and no one called. So I took the initiative to call them and no one could recall or even knew what was going on. And instead of admitting their mistake or apologizing, all they could say was, I dont know, I dont see a reservation written down.TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND DO BETTER!

I’m from Vancouver where the Asian food is all relatively authentic and just amazing. Coming to Cali I really was expected subpar Asian food but this place was pretty good. I’m a soup person and the hot and sour soup was one of the best I’ve had in North America so far. That alone deserves 5 stars. The single bowl option is very very small. I highly recommend to get the for two. It is over four times the size of the single person option and only twice as much. The Shen Zhou Chow Niu Fer or Shen Zhou Chow Mien was alright. The BBQ pork had some flavor and was somewhat tender. The fried fish in it tasted a bit bland. The noodles were good though. The portion was big. The washroom is weirdly lit, dingy and old ones. Not dirty but not very pretty at all. The interior is very dark but cozy.

Everyones dinner was delicious, Sesame Chicken, Hot & Sour Soup, etc.. I ordered Teriyaki Chicken, it was terrible! Very dry tasteless pieces of chicken that had been fried to a piece of leather -- no sauce, no side except steamed broccoli that had no seasoning. Truly this dish is akin to a pile of chicken jerky. I drove 15 minutes for an authentic Chinese meal after seeing so many good reviews for this restaurant. To my disappointment the Dandan noodles I ordered is nothing like the authentic noodles made in SiChuan. Thanks God I didn’t order more dishes as I was tempted to do. Reviews can be deceiving. If you are a chinese, don’t come here. This restaurant is for Americans, not Chinese.

Such good food with options for any diet. I tried the szechuwan eggplant and the vegan Mongolian beef. Both were very flavorful and would order them again! The eggplant has a bunch of other veggies mixed in and the sauce was the perfect spicy level. The beef was served with a ton of green onions and the sauce reminded me of a mushu dish. Marvelous portions, very tasty dishes, flavorful, my favorite place for hot n Sour soup. We did wait 20mins to get my to go boxes and the check, Which actually shouldnt be a bad thing, usually restuarants are quick to herd you out after a meal.

We came out to a baseball ⚾️tournament and found this Chinese restaurant. It is pretty good....service was good.....just a little dirty as far as utensils. The soup and egg rolls are very good.....I believe this restaurant is just opening back up.

Do not order online. I just placed an order online from there website. I called ask how long my order will be and she said they never received call back 10 min. So I wait call back and still did not received asked what I should do and she say call number on my email recite to try get refund. We just had lunch there and I was truly disappointed order tangerine chicken and it didnt taste like tangerine at all order some szechuwan shredded pork and instead I got crispy beef and the guy there said that it was shredded pork, table top dirty service with an attitude I would travel a little farther and would go to the one in Glendora instead truly disappointed!!!!
