My daughter first saw this place and we decided to to try it out, the food was very tasty and delicious, they served the food on hot sizzling plates which was very interesting and intriguing, the service was quite nice as well our waiter was very kind and respectful. The bathroom was clean and not dirty at all. For sure would come back again!

Came for lunch on a Sunday. It was pretty quiet. Several to go orders, but no customers inside.Ordered the lunch special. Came with fried rice, egg roll, a small soup, and a healthy portion of Szechuan chicken.The service was very good, the food was tasty, and the price was excellent ($10 for the lunch special available daily from 11-3).

Excellent! This is how Chinese food is cooked and how it should taste!!! Thank you cause now youre our to go Chinese restaurant! Baby Bok Choy! Me and my wife love it all. My favorite is the chicken and black beans, although I would prefer a stronger black bean flavor!

Worst service I ever experienced in LA ordering Chinese food!!I ordered food for delivery at 7 pm and it got delivered 2 hours later even though they told me it would only take an hour or so. I was paying with card but by the time the delivery guy came, the card machine was not working.Long story short, someone from the restaurant called me around 30 minutes later and asked me if I wanted to give them a tip for a the order since I wasn’t able before because of the card machine not working. Well, I told them I would give the driver a $6 tip despite the fact that the delivery was delayed. And instead of appreciation, she replied with a terrible attitude saying that I was “too far” and that’s why it took so long AND she hung up on me! The WORST customer service I ever experienced!!!The reason I ordered in the first place was because I got their menu with a coupon delivered to me in my mailbox… so why did they send me their menu if they can’t deliver to me in the first place???So my suggestion to anyone who wants to order from this place, consider your distance and make sure it’s not “too far.” Ridiculous!!!! In addition, the taste was “too far” from any other Chinese food I’ve had.

Hello guys again i forgot to share one of my favorite Chinese food spots in Canoga park. I ordered white fish with black bean sauce, chowmein shirmp/chicken lunch. And it was delicious flavor specially the black bean sauce fish. The price got my attention very affordable. Highly recomended. Great customer service

I have been coming to this place for years and they NEVER disappoint the food has stayed the same great quality. There is nothing you can order thats not a good... The service is awesome

If I could I would give 0 stars. Don’t even think to go to this restaurant. The food is awful and service is miserable. The manager told me that the sauce would cost an additional $2 and refused to give a container to pack leftovers. The manager was rude and disrespectful. The food tasted like medicine. The manager mocked at us and said she would give better service we we had spent $1000. I would like to see this restaurant closed for ever.

Consistently delicious; they provide a lot of food for a considerably great price. There are many options on the menu. Although the restaurant is small, its very clean and the staff is friendly. Take out orders are also packed well but make sure you ask for utensils and napkins. Highly recommend!

So glad that they have reopened for indoor dining! Although during the pandemic we were grateful for delivery and take-out, the food is so much better fresh. Good flavors, great variety. Our favorite Chinese in the Valley.Service is friendly, but a bit slower than pre-pandemic due to a wait-staff shortage. The shortage may be a continuing feature. Be prepared to wait a while to give your order. Food arrives promptly after ordering.

I ordered delivery on a Sat August 27th and the food was disgusting. I paid $60.00 for my order, with a coupon and the shrimp fried rice had a burnt, charred like taste almost like it was cooked on a dirty grill, or even worst like they cleaned the grill with a dirty rag. I asked for a refund they refused and tried to give me a store credit of $12.00 and then hung up on me while I was trying to resolve the issue over the phone, offering to bring them their food back.I received horrible customer service over the phone and they were even more rude once I took the food back the next day. It was to the point that another customer who I did not know that I assumed was waiting to get food stood up for me telling the manager lady that she was treating me so rudely since I walked into the store that he couldnt believe it. After he said what he said he walked out mad and did not have no food in his hands. I was happy that someone else was a witness to this mess and stood up for what was right. Thank you Sir!I handed the manager the big box of the food I ordered with the exception of one item and asked for a refund...not a store credit to come back to that horrible restaurant. They refused to give me a complete refund, yelled and talked rudely to me as I was leaving the store I spotted some almond cookies in a box on the counter for .35 cents, do you know that the manager lady grabbed those cookies off the counter away from me like a little kid and told me to get out! I then asked them if they were racist and why would they treat a paying customer like that, especially one that spent over 60.00 bucks with them...I then said May God bless you and I left.But wait...theres more....In between all of this the manager lady was telling me that I should be happy to eat their nasty food because their bussiness suffered through the pandemic. I am still trying to wrap my head around what she meant by saying that? It was Almost like saying it was my fault that I got horrible food, horrible treatment and horrible customer service! Do not spend money there please!
