The guys at this store are super friendly and will help you out. I been with this phone company for two and half years and it is the best. Please come see them and they will hook you up nice and answer all your questions you have.

Absolutely ridiculous. Im trying to get an upgrade and they told me that they had to upgrade my current account to Magenta firdt. They tried, and it wouldnt work for some reason. I was in there for an hour. They had to send the request to customer service. I was told to come back in three days, which I did. The guy who was supposed to be there to help me wasnt there. The one who was there couldnt help me because he didnt know the details of the issue. I was in there for another hour. Fine, whatever. So I went back two days later and waited for ANOTHER hour only for them to not help me whatsoever. I have to go back in the morning for the fourth time this week.

Senior gals forget the Jitterbug phone advertised in your AARP magazine because the young fellas at this T-mobile are rock stars and will have your phone setup before earlybird bingo with your contacts pictures of your thumb and yappy small dogs even without the passwords you forgot. The other companies said they could not. I was so frazzled when I arrived, they recognized this, had me take a seat and said we got you covered and went to work. They set me up with a new phone & plan that fit my budget also with internet and in all saved me about $80 a month. I could not be more pleased with the very sweet help I got and service plan. Internet set up was so easy I did it myself without having to call one of the grandkids.

Alexavier was an absolute Rockstar in customer service today. We visited and he helped my elderly mother get her broken phone serviced and set up her replacement phone and delivery with insurance online. He was so helpful and wasted no time in helping us in every way. Kudos! Someone promote that guy! 👏👏👏 Do not be mistake that this was the T Mobile next to AAA and Petco in Oroville.

Very helpful staff.. They stayed. Late to set me up with my Wi-Fi. Like them or not but TMOBILE has the BEST wifi by far. Its $50 a month. Unlimited. No throttling and very consistent signal. Then only reason this is a four and not a five is because of its location. Next to food maxx heavy traffic and just seems kind of sketch. Then again this is Oroville after all

They are paid literally to scam you and up your bill as much as they can I overheard them talking about how they got the customer in front of me to go up $100And when you have an issues the resolve is to up sale you on something you dont need and also tell you that your getting one thing and then go to use what you wanted for it not be what you thought u were getting them with the shipping oh it will be here tomorrow at 11:00 am next day, for it to not come for days and this has happened to me three times now there whole business model is to lie to you to line there own pockets

Went there two days in a row and the customer service was pleasantly impressive on both days with different representatives. Something you don’t see much these days. Thank you Oroville T-Mobile crew.

This store is just a pain in the ______ happy employees, but absolutely no customer service. I have been a sprint customer since 2016 when I Got fed up with T-Mobile now now T-Mobile goes in buys Sprint and on its Sprint and Im back in the same boat nothing but problems poor customer service no customer loyalty its just sad that this company thinks theyre Above the people who made them who they are. Shame on you Tmobile

The men working in the store were really helpful but we got double charged withing 2 days and it costs us over 560$! And the guys working there tried to fix it and i appreciate them, but we got no where. It wont let us be eligible for a refund they just are trying to credit it to the next bill. Its the week i just had brain surgery too so im barley scraping financially by with stitches down my head. Its so inconvenient. They couldnt have picked a worse time to mess us up like this. I am so unhappy with this. Thank you to the guys at the store who took the time to try and help over and over, too bad the company is too money hungry to care about us loyal customers whove been using their services for years.
