Food is good, the place/seating/bathroom is a bit run down. Overpriced tho. $10 for 6 small wings, $15 for a bowl of beef noodle. $5-6 a drink.

Haven’t been able to find decent bubble tea until today when we found this spot. It’s legit! I got the earl grey milk tea and was surprised by how good it was. The boba’s were perfect, not too hard or too soft. Highly recommend!

I like this place. Employees are nice and they have lots of tables so you can come with friends or just do your job on computer. They have lots of options of tea and a few meal/snack options.

I always love stopping by T4. The drinks range from tea and coffee to smoothies and milkshakes, with all kinds of flavor combinations, including kumquat, which I love but is a rare find. They have my favorite edible floral flavorings like rose, lavender, and jasmine as well. The young gentlemen and ladies who work here are always polite and more than willing to accommodate customization requests, such as half boba or no pork. Even if it is close to closing time, theyre always polite and willing to fill your order. The food is always delicious. My personal favorites are the chicken noodle soup, the beef noodle soup, the Vietnamese egg rolls, the pot stickers, and the takoyaki. My mom, brother, and I love this place so much, we stop by as often as we can.

The music, very uplifting. The pastel blues pinks and purples are very pleasant. A welcoming friendly atmosphere. Had the fried calamari, delicious. Not chewy, soft with a seasoned crunchy coating.. The tea with boba was so good. I bought one for the road. I highlyrecomend this spot to meet up with friends and plan orjust chill.

Sweet potato fries were excellent. Not greasy, they were dry so I didnt have a handful of grease. And there are very nicely salted not too salty. And very reasonably priced. And I got it in a to-go box. My friend had the popcorn chicken and he liked it very much. It was also not greasy.

This was the worst boba tea I’ve ever had. The guy didn’t even stir up the matcha powder all the way. The employee was extremely rude and not helpful at all. The establishment was dirty, food on tables, dirt and a clumps of hair on the floor. Never eating/drinking here again.

Normally really good service. Ordered my drink, processed my payment, AND then after was told they had no boba for my drink. Had a refund done. And told the associate maybe to tell customers next time before a payment. She told me I didn’t need to be rude. Multiple times. Really a shame a high schooler has such an attitude when she didn’t preform her job properly. I was a manager in food service, and that is NOT the way to speak to customers, at all, ever.

Fantastic Boba Tea (personal favorite is the Earl Grey Milk Tea), and surprisingly delicious noodle bowls. The best bubble tea in town, no comparison to TBar or TeaStop. Always fast and easy. Ambience is decent and spacious, all things considered.

The egg puffs are SO good and I am really sad that they got taken off the menu(aka why in the world are there no egg puffs??!!!) but the drinks were delicious, we also got cream cheese wontons and it was absolutely amazing! The Takoyaki is delicious, but hold each one carefully as theyre very slippery and like to flee your utensils. The popcorn chicken is gently spiced under the breading, which I was not expecting but was very pleased about.

Such a fun environment to be around, and has wonderful staff. They were the 1st shop I tired that has bubble tea and no other place compares. Plus there various Tawanies Appetizers and lunch menu is wonderful and is nice for people for like to try new foods. Music is pleasant and not over powering. Will always come back for more!

Such a fun place to have a tea in that they have a big variety to choose from. They have the typical flavors for milk teas plus an extensive menu with different/unusual flavors & combinations. They get the 4th star because they let you choose the sweetness level of the tea AND they also have a few hot food items. (Noodle soups & bowls, and appetizers)Well definitely make it our go to place.

Love this place! My bf introduced this to me after recently moving to Redding. I’m from Southern California so I was a bit hesitant about trying boba in Redding but this place didn’t disappoint!So many different flavors and their teas are always delicious. I love their milk teas and regular teas!Also, the staff here is super nice! Usually, the same guy help us and we’ve never had a bad experience.Definitely recommend this place!

Very good tea served hot or cold. I used to go in for the sweet potato fries, sometimes they were amazing and other times they were undercooked or overcooked. Havent been there in quite a while. Handicap parking is always an issue. My friend loves their soups.

I would have to say when it comes to the Redding area this is the best place to buy tea. If youre looking for 100% organic tea or vegan options... I probably wouldnt recommend here, even though Im pretty sure I did see a few vegan options on the menu. But they do use Dairy and other animal products in some of their mixtures so if you dont want to go to an establishment that serves any of that here is not the place. But aside from that I would 100% recommend this place. Its pretty spacious a good hangout area even though I just kind of come and get my tea and leave.

Came in on a Sunday, early evening. Restaurant was half full. I ordered a customized smoothie: honey peach + passion fruit + boba. Plus, popcorn chicken.I was wrongly given a slushy (smoothie has milk). I noticed, on the menu, a smoothies/milkshakes section. Per this experience, Id assume that the milkshakes were really smoothies and not actual milkshakes (with ice cream).The popcorn chicken was crispy and had a satisfactory flavor, but rather dry. One key ingredient was missing: fried basil leaves. T4, itself, is a Taiwanese chain. Taiwanese popcorn chicken is unique and tasty. The Redding location served up a half-effort imitation.Altogether, everything was acceptable owing to the limited options in the region, but nothing memorable.

I honestly love the tea here - it’s one of my favorite places to go and have great tea. But, every time I go there, it is thee WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girls that work the counter have never been nice and they always have an attitude. Literally, every girl I’ve come into contact there has been snappy and sassy. I overhear their conversations and they are always upset about serving the customers their tea. I really do wish I could rate this place better and honestly they would have 5 stars if their employees were more mature and happy. But unfortunately, because of their horrible customer service, they’ll remain at a two.

This is probably the only good place to get milk tea in all of Redding. It’s not the best milk tea I’ve ever tasted though. I used to live in the Bay Area and Los Angeles so it’s really difficult to beat the boba over there. I’m glad they allow sugar and ice adjustments because some of the teas are really sugary. I recommend the jasmine milk tea with 50% sugar level. I also never had mini boba until I came here, I’m a huge fan of them now. I don’t know why, but I prefer it to the normal size boba now :)The food here is 2.5 out of 5. Popcorn chicken is above average, but nothing amazing. On the other hand the honey wings are god awful. I took one bite, gagged and threw all of it away. A huge waste is $8. This is primarily the reason for 4/5 star rating. The rice dishes are also average to below average. I don’t eat here anymore except for the occasional fries and popcorn chicken these days.The people who work here are chill, they are trying to do their best with the whole coronavirus pandemic, but they don’t require masks which I think they should. A lot of kids and teens come here and take forever, they also aren’t the most caring type of people with the virus going about. To avoid them, don’t come here in the late afternoon and early evening when school’s out.

My favorite place in all of Redding! I love their teas so much, and they are always introducing new flavors and changing the menu. They also offer an awesome selection of soups and appetizers such as crab wantons, popcorn chicken, and calamari which are all excellent. Yummy place for a snack, you wont be disappointed!

The menu at T4 U offers some choices that are unique for the Redding market. I have sampled a few of the plates and two of the Pho esque offerings. The plates were average, the food one could tell had been frozen and or sat on a steam table. The Pho/soup offering fared better and the produce used seemed to be of a good quality. The tea on the other hand was over sweet, if you are used to southern sweet tea you will find yourself right at home. Finally the service was largely uninspiring, young people more intent on discussing who was dating whom and what other things folks had done to draw their ire held far greater import than connecting with customers.
