Ive been to the Rancho location too many times to count but this was my first time at the Santee location. I was pleasantly surprised that it was just as good. The service was excellent, they even offered fresh wasabi. I also had my two favorite rolls, lemon cilantro and salsa. Id definitely come back to this location again.

I had a synergy gift card, so we decided to try this place out. I am so happy we did!!! Its hard to find a good sushi place that also does bomb ramen! We had the gyoza, tonkatsu ramen, tuna seaweed salad, shrimp tempura roll and chicken yakisoba. Everything was absolutely amazing. I am happy that they were able to accommodate my diet by making my roll without rice.

Seriously, the sushi and staff are great. However the cleanliness that’s not great. The walls floors tables need deep, cleaning. Cleanliness in a restaurant goes a long way I’m going back a few weeks with a group of friends. Hopefully this issue was taken care of by then it is now August 9, 2023. Get yourself some ladders a couple of good cleaning people and get this place into shape wouldn’t take but a couple of hours once a week. Photos are not necessary. Just take a look the next time you’re there. Hopefully management reads these reviews, reviews break and make businesses.

Walked in with my date to this place on a Saturday at 9pm and it was empty. The food and service were very good though. Will come again and would love to see more people enjoying this place.

Pretty good, food was a tad on the bland side; the lunch Beto Boxes are a dealAt $15 with a meat, salad, cali rolls, rice, miso and tempera.The tea was not brewed, not good and was ick, lost a star due to this. waiter was friendly.But serval in our party had to use the restroom afterward. Hoping this was just a fluke. 3 people in our party did not feel well after eating here. Sorry will not be going back.

Food was Phenomenal and The Service to Match. My sister and I have Lunch frequently and this is going to be our New Spot. Highly recommend for Date night or a Nice Lunch with Your Sibling.

The food was so good and filling. We tried a new roll just to see if it was good as one slight difference that weve had with other rolls. The Twister Roll, in the description says shredded potato. So we got it out of curiosity. It was a 10/10 for us. The crisp on the potato was great. Its wrapped basically in a hashbrown. It was delectable. Recommend that and add spice mayo to it if you so desire.

Food was great! I only removed a star because of the menu. Both our menus were in shambles, completely falling apart. It was ridiculous trying to read them. Also, there were no pics of anything and when you go to sushi you kinda hope for that to get some idea of the food. Aside from that the sushi was great! Fix the menus and Ill fix my review lol!

Great staff and food! We have always gotten takeout, but went for a date night dine in. We had a great experience! Pic is Andys roll, seaweed salad and sake, of course. All delicious!
